技术领域
本发明属于金属卤化物灯的发光药丸,特别属于色温为4700—5500K的金属卤化物白色灯的发光药丸。
背景技术
金属卤化物白色灯是PhilipS、中国为代表的HPI灯,其发光药丸的成份是碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟的共熔物,该类灯的特点是发光效率高、寿命长,发出的光色为清凉的偏兰白色(色温4700—5500K)并可简单置换高压汞灯,其缺点是显色性较差,显色指数为60左右、光色一致性差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种显色指数高的金属卤化物白色灯的发光药丸。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:金属卤化物白色灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,还含有碘化铱。
所述的碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟、碘化铱的摩尔比为1:0.2—0.6:0.045—0.06:0.003—0.006。
优选的碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟、碘化铱的摩尔比为1:0.4:0.05:0.004。
所述的金属卤化物白色灯的色温为4700—5500K。
本发明利用碘化铱来提高金属卤化物白色灯的显色指数,碘化铱的摩尔浓度太低时,起不到增加显色指数的作用,而当其摩尔浓度太高时,反而降低金属卤化物白色灯的显色指数。
本发明与现有技术相比,所制备的金属卤化物白色灯,具有显色性好,显色指数大于80的特点。

下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
实施例1:
金属卤化物白色灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟、碘化铱,碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟、碘化铱的摩尔比为1:0.2:0.045:0.003。
实施例2:
金属卤化物白色灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟、碘化铱,碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟、碘化铱的摩尔比为1:0.4:0.05:0.004。
实施例3:
金属卤化物白色灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟、碘化铱,碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟、碘化铱的摩尔比为1:0.6:0.06:0.006。
实施例1、2、3均可用于不同管型的金属卤化物白色灯,其显色指数分别为80、85、82,色温分别为4713K、5031K、5430K。

1、金属卤化物白色灯的发光药丸,含有碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟,其特征在于:还含有碘化铱。
2、根据权利要求1所述的金属卤化物白色灯的发光药丸,其特征在于:
所述的碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟、碘化铱的摩尔比为1:0.2—0.6:0.045—0.06:0.003—0.006。
3、根据权利要求2所述的金属卤化物白色灯的发光药丸,其特征在于:
所述的碘化钠、碘化铊、碘化铟、碘化铱的摩尔比为1:0.4:0.05:0.004。
