Abstract

本发明涉及一种根据权利要求书1前序部分的钳把手的把手套。
背景技术
通常情况下,钳把手由绝缘材料制成、适于手握、并就电钳而言防止使用者受到电击。把手的加工一般通过浸涂方法实现,在该方法中,将原材钳把手浸入到具有液态的包覆材料的槽中或进行注塑。DE29 705522 U1公开了这样的钳把手。所示和描述的结构在实践中经受考验。其缺点是,这样一次制出的钳把手具有不能改变的尺寸。如果使用者的手比平均的要大很多,这样的钳不一定能很好在手中握持。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,开发一种钳把手、克服上述缺点、并刻可成本低廉地制造。
本发明的目的通过具有权利要求1的技术特征的钳把手实现。
按照本发明,套装到钳把手上的把手套可简单且快捷地安装。
此外,此把手套可成本低廉地制造。
通过本发明能明显降低了由于把手宽度与手的大小不能最佳配合带来的使用者手的疲劳现象的问题。
本发明的其他有益的改进方案记载在从属权利要求中。

在下面通过附图的描述中,概念如上、下、左、右、前、后等等仅涉及在各附图选择的示例的视图和钳的位置。这些概念不应受限制地去理解,亦即在不同工作条件下或由于对称的布置或者诸如此类改变其关系。
具体实施方式
图1和2示出了带有两个手柄2、3的钳1。手柄3与壳体4一体形成,而另一手柄2是可转动地支承在壳体4上。
在手柄2、3上,可取下地套装一把手套5,其根据使用者手的大小可更换大尺寸或小尺寸的把手套,从而实现钳的把手宽度的改变。除了钳之外例如对于手柄2和3,图3还示出一种用于上手柄3的更换把手套8的一种结构,其匹配于手柄3的轮廓,并且从四面围住手柄3。如图2中所示,把手套5设计为“L”形的。把手套背部9优选在X方向上呈拱形。特别优选的是,把手套背9在X和Y方向上均成拱形,在这里在Y轴方向上有一弯拱部。也可想到的是与手柄背部的配合的导轨作为把手套顶部或者是“U”把手套,其覆盖手柄背部和手柄3侧区域。作为另外可替换的方案,也考虑在第一把手套5上可套上一把手套8,用于加大了把手宽度,这样使得覆盖手柄的把手套5在手柄上停留。优选的是,把手套8具有至少一个定位齿6,其卡入到手柄3上的锁定开口7,以保证把手套5在手柄3上稳定且可靠的固定。
按发明的把手套优选由木材、橡胶或特别优选由不同的塑料制造。特别优选的是,对于以双组分方法制成的把手套采用塑料。

Claims (9)
1.带有钳把手的钳(1),优选是剥线钳,所述钳把手从至少三侧包围钳(1)的手柄(2,3),其特征在于,至少其中一个钳把手由一个可更换的把手套(5,8)包围。
2.按照权利要求1所述的钳把手,其特征在于,两个钳把手被一可套上且可更换的把手套(5,8)包围。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的钳把手,其特征在于,把手套(5,8)具有至少一个定位齿(6),该定位齿能够与在钳把手上的锁定开口(7)啮合。
4.按照权利要求1至3任意一项所述的钳把手,其特征在于,所述把手套(5,8)设计为L形的。
5.按照权利要求1至4任意一项所述的钳把手,其特征在于,把手套背部(9)设计成在一维方向(X)上呈拱形。
6.按照权利要求1至3任意一项所述的钳把手,其特征在于,把手套背部(9)设计成在两维方向(X、Y)上均呈拱形。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的钳把手,其特征在于,所述把手套由塑料或橡胶制造。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的钳把手,其特征在于,所述把手套由木材制造。
9.按照权利要求7所述的钳把手,其特征在于,所述把手套由塑料以双组分法制成。
