背景技术
使用塑料材料制造结构或结构部件越来越常见。它们广泛用于航空领域,其中塑料材料和金属合成物的组合有利于其成本、其性能或者由塑料提供的多种可能性。
另外,在结构中使用基于碳纤维的合成材料变得广泛,这是由于与金属相比,它提供更大比阻力和更好的耐疲劳性。
为此,在工业中的许多结构中,特别是在航空领域中,有用的是使用通过铆螺母的使用结合到其它金属和非金属部件上的塑料材料部件。这使其可以形成可以拆卸的非结构结合部,其方式是这些铆螺母通过销柱牢固结合在将被固定的部件或构件之一上。这显著地有助于这些部件或构件之间形成的结合部的组装和拆卸。

发明内容
作为本发明目的的系统用来解决所述的问题和不便。为此,在将铆螺母铆接在塑料部件上时,不使用金属销柱,而是使用从塑料材料部件本身伸出的突出部。这些引入将被固定的各自孔。接着通过超声波或者通过任何其它适当的机械方法进行铆接。
也就是说,本发明包括将金属铆螺母固定在由塑料制成的部件上的新型铆接方法。为此,制造塑料部件的相应注射模具或者制造塑料部件的任何其它方法或工艺设计成使得被制造的部件具有突出部,简短来说,突出部将构成代替通常使用的传统金属销柱。
在它们引入并经过铆螺母孔之后,通过使用适当的超声波焊接机器,热量和压力施加在突出部上。以此方式,实现这些突出部与铆螺母的焊接,将其固定在塑料部件上。

但是,重要的是由于塑料的抗力小于金属,使用由塑料材料制成的铆螺母造成紧固扭矩的反作用能力损失。这种损失在“塑料销柱”的部分保持与原始金属铆螺母相同尺寸时产生。
因此,为了避免紧固扭矩的反作用扭矩的这种损失并且为了实现功能上等同的部件,铆螺母可以多种方式形成。下面可以作为重要的选择来说明:

为了补充下面给出附图,以及提供本发明特征的更好理解,说明书附有一组附图,通过附图将更容易理解作为本发明目的的系统的创新性和优点。
图1详细表示通过传统铆接系统(即通过金属销柱)将铆螺母固定在塑料材料部件内的截面图;
图2详细表示塑料材料部的截面图,其中通过按照本发明进行铆接,从中伸出的突出部位于铆螺母孔内;
图3详细表示通过超声波或其它机械方法将铆螺母铆接到所示塑料部件的截面图;
图4详细表示通过进行超声波铆接的工件端部的截面;
图5表示以上附图所示的相同详细截面图,其中表示通过超声波铆接时销柱端部获得的形状;
图6表示将标准铆螺母配置在具有突出部的塑料材料部件上以影响紧固扭矩的透视图。
具体实施方式
在图1中可以看到,将铆螺母1固定在合成塑料部件上的传统系统通过传统金属销柱3来实现,它需要在这些销柱3的端部提供耐腐蚀保护,并且在进行铆接操作时具有在塑料部件2中可能造成裂纹的问题。
因此,为了避免这些问题和不便,本发明的系统最好通过如图2和3所示超声波或者通过适当的任何其它方法进行铆接。为此,与铆螺母1进行铆接的塑料材料部件具有多个突出部4,突出部作为塑料部件2的制造过程的一部分形成,最好通过注射模制形成。这些突出部4穿过为了铆螺母1制成的相应孔。铆接3’接着通过超声波或其它方法进行,如图3所示。
如图4和5所示,超声波铆接工具结合有头部5,通过头部,热量和压力施加在各自突出部4上,头部5的端部具有凹入区域6,其中收集了被熔化和压迫的突出部的多余部分,以便将销柱7的端部形成帽形状如图5清楚所示。
最后,如图6所示,为了避免紧固扭矩的反作用能力损失,打算在使用标准1的铆螺母时,相应塑料材料部件1具有突出部2’,突出部可添加在部件2上或者可形成其整体部分,将铆螺母定位在突出部的顶部上,使得紧固扭矩通过此突出部2’支承。此突出部还可通过模制塑料部件2本身来形成。
清楚的是,除了使用标准1的铆螺母,可以使用设计成具有比等同金属铆螺母大的突出部,在这种情况下,可以解决相应塑料部件2上紧固扭矩的反作用能力的可能损失。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于将铆螺母结合到塑料材料部件中的系统,将金属铆螺母(1)固定在塑料部件(2)上,由此将塑料部件连接在其它部件上,所述其它部件是金属或非金属的;
其特征在于,最好通过注射模制制造的塑料部件(2)包括用来铆接在铆螺母(1)上的多个突出部(4),这些突出部(4)事先穿过为此设置在铆螺母(1)内的孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于将铆螺母结合到塑料材料部件中的系统,其特征在于,铆螺母(1)具有过大尺寸,以及各自情况下所需的方便紧固扭矩和材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于将铆螺母结合到塑料材料部件中的系统,其特征在于,铆螺母(2)是标准铆螺母,而塑料部件(2)包括另外的连接装置,以避免紧固扭矩反作用损失。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于将铆螺母结合到塑料材料部件中的系统,所述的另外连接装置包括塑料部件(2)上的突出部(2’)。
5.如权利要求3所述的用于将铆螺母结合到塑料材料部件中的系统,其特征在于,所述另外的连接装置包括经由模制塑料部件(2)制造的凹口。
6.如上述权利要求任一项所述的用于将铆螺母结合到塑料材料部件中的系统,其特征在于,铆接过程通过超声波进行。
7.如权利要求6所述的用于将铆螺母结合到塑料材料部件中的系统,其特征在于,用于将热量和压力施加在塑料部件(2)的突出部(4)上的超声波机器的工具(5)的头部在其端部具有凹入区域(6),通过该区域,在热量和压力施加并且在每个塑料部件(2)的各自突出部(4)中出现熔合之后,每个铆螺母头部(7)的一个端部形成帽形状。
8.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的用于将铆螺母结合到塑料材料部件中的系统,其特征在于,铆接过程通过机械装置进行。
