Abstract

本发明公开了一种立体投影成像光栅压紧装置,包括扩印平台、曝光头。所述的扩印平台两边设置有压紧机构,所述的扩印平台上设有吸风口,所述的曝光头上设置有风嘴,在整个装置工作时通过风嘴的风力使光栅贴紧在感光相纸上供曝光头来完成投影感光成像,通过曝光头把立体相机拍摄的多角度图像进行多次移动投影使立体图像复合成像,从而完成拼图投影感光成像效果。

立体投影成像光栅压紧装置
技术领域:
本发明是一种立体投影成像装置,尤其涉及一种立体投影成像光栅压紧装置。
背景技术:
目前公知的立体投影成像光栅与感光材料先将光栅与感光材料复合好再进行投影成像,然后进行冲洗,由于光栅的卷曲度较强,必须要有庞大的冲洗设备配套冲洗,用这种大型设备冲洗耗药、耗时、耗大型场地,且冲洗出来的立体图像灰雾度大,反差小,同时在冲洗时易产生对光栅表面的损坏影响观看效果,加之这种先行复合好的立体感光材料要依赖进口,价格昂贵。
发明内容:
本发明解决了上述的技术问题,提供了一种简单、实用的一种立体投影成像光栅压紧装置。
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种立体投影成像光栅压紧装置,包括扩印平台、曝光头,所述的扩印平台两边设有多个压紧机构,所述的压紧机构是对光栅起到稳固压紧作用,在所述的扩印平台侧面设置多个吸风口。在所述的曝光头下设置有气嘴固定板,所述的气嘴固定板上设置有多个风嘴。所述曝光头与风嘴可以移动。
本发明的使用方法是:由压紧机构把光栅稳固在扩印平台上,在压紧机构自动松开光栅即自动弹起,然后使感光相纸自动输入光栅与扩印平台之间,感光相纸在扩印平台侧面由多个吸风口产生风力的作用下,紧贴扩印平台,所述的曝光头在工作时,气嘴固定板四周多个风嘴同时在吹风,在吹风时产生风力的作用下使所要投影的光栅部分与相纸紧贴一起供立体图像投影感光。进行下一个图像的投影时,曝光头产生移动,
风嘴跟着曝光头移动,由于吹风时产生风力使所投影的光栅另一部分与相纸的另一部分紧贴完成第二次投影,以此类推来完成多个图像,得到所需的立体图像复合效果。当完成所有投影工作时,曝光头和扩印平台同时停止工作,使所述的光栅迅速弹起,感光相纸自动输入冲洗设备冲洗。最后将光栅与所得的立体图像用同一规格光栅加膜复合得到立体照片。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.结构简单,便于在反复移动投影感光时把光栅和感光材料均能压紧。
2.使用效果佳,产生图像清晰,不会划伤光栅及感光材料。
3.使用材料成本低。
4.便于拼图投影感光成像后的相纸冲洗。
5.解决了用普通感光材料取代昂贵的进口立体感光材料。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示一种立体拼图投影成像光栅压紧装置包括扩印平台1,曝光头2,在所述的扩印平台1的平台上设置有数个风嘴3,在所述的扩印平台1的两边设置多个压紧机构7,所述的扩印平台1平台上面用压紧机构7安装有光栅5,所述的光栅5上安装有图像尺寸框8,所述的光栅5与扩印平台1之间设置安放有感光相纸6,在所述的曝光头2下端设置有气嘴固定板9,所述的气嘴固定板9四周设置多个吹风嘴4,所述的曝光头2可移动,且气嘴固定板9随着曝光头2一起移动。
本发明是将光栅5用压紧机构7稳固在扩印平台1上,当压紧机构7松开,光栅即自动弹起,感光相纸6输入光栅5与扩印平台1之间,在扩印平台1工作时,由吸风嘴3把感光相纸6吸紧贴在扩印平台1上,所述的曝光头2工作时,气嘴固定板9上设置多个吹风嘴4工作,风嘴4吹风产生的风力将所要通过光栅5投影的图片,涉及到光栅5的某一部分在风嘴风力的作用下与感光相纸6的某一部分紧贴来完成一次投影,然后将曝光台移动,同一原理完成第二次投影,根据立体相机所拍摄的多角度图像的数量来逐步完成投影感光最终达到所需的立体效果。完成后整个压紧装置停止工作,使得光栅5自动弹起与扩印平台1松开,从而使感光相纸6自动送入冲洗设备进行冲洗,相纸6柔软,冲洗方便。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明而并非限制本发明所描述的技术方案;因此,尽管本说明书参照上述的各个实施例对本发明已进行了详细的说明,但是,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,仍然可以对本发明进行修改或等同替换;而一切不脱离本发明的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。

Claims (6)

1.一种立体投影成像光栅压紧装置,包括扩印平台、曝光头,其特征在于:在所述的扩印平台上设有多个吸风口,在所述的曝光头下设置有气嘴固定板。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种立体投影成像光栅压紧装置,其特征在于:所述的扩印平台两边设有多个压紧机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种立体投影成像光栅压紧装置,其特征在于:所述的气嘴固定板上设置有吹风嘴。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种立体投影成像光栅压紧装置,其特征在于:所述的气嘴固定板与所述的曝光头可以同步移动。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种立体投影成像光栅压紧装置,其特征在于:所述的压紧装置停止工作,光栅自动弹起感光相纸即自动输送冲洗设备冲洗。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种立体投影成像光栅压紧装置,其特征在于:所述的气嘴固定板下面设置有立体投影感光图像尺寸框。
