背景技术
[0003]典型的压力调节阀包括位于燃料液压室中的弹簧偏压膜片。如果燃料液压室中的压力克服了弹簧的弹力,膜片被推开,因此燃料自由地通过燃料出口从阀离开。
[0004]该阀仅仅可以开启或关闭,因此不能精确地调整燃料压力。
[0005]上述在背景部分公开的信息仅仅是为了增加对于本发明的背景技术的理解,因此它可包含的信息不构成本领域普通技术人员在该领域中已知的所有的现有技术。
发明内容
[0006]用于车辆燃料管线的压力调节阀包括设置在壳体内并将壳体的内部分隔成第一和第二室的膜片。阀板设置于第二室中并附着于膜片。回复部件设置于第二室中。弹性构件给膜片提供朝向第二室的弹力。弹力调整部件控制弹性构件的弹力。

具体实施方式
[0015]接下来将参考附图详细地描述本发明的示意性的实施例。
[0016]参见图1,用于车辆燃料管线(未显示)的压力调节阀2包括圆柱状的上壳体4和圆柱状的下壳体6。膜片8插在上壳体4和下壳体6之间,内阀体(inner body)10设置在膜片8内。弹簧座12设置在膜片8上。阀板14附着于内阀体10的底部,并且阀板14开启和关闭设置在衬套20内的阀体16。带有出口22的燃料喷嘴24设置在衬套20的下方。燃料进口26设置在下壳体6的一侧。燃料通过燃料进口26供给到位于膜片8之下的液压室28。
[0017]液压室28内部的燃料压力推动膜片8。如下所述,如果液压室28内部的压力克服膜片8上的弹力,燃料经过位于阀板14和阀体16之间的间隙。弹性构件30,例如卷簧,设置在内阀体10上,用于向内阀体10提供弹力。弹性构件30设置在弹簧座12和弹力调整部件之间,该弹力调整部件包括可在上壳体4内滑动的滑座32。该弹力调整部件还包括依照发动机控制部件(ECU)的控制来控制滑座32的位置的传动装置。该传动装置包括控制电动机34和控制轴36,该控制轴与该控制电动机34相连并与上壳体4的内螺纹构件38螺纹连接。
[0018]控制轴36的末端接触可在滑座32的座42内自由地旋转的球体40。因此,滑座32依照控制电动机34的旋转方向上下运动。
[0019]当燃料液压室28内部的燃料压力不能克服弹性构件30的弹力时,压力调节阀2保持着阀板14抵靠阀体16。
[0020]当燃料液压室28内部的燃料压力不能克服弹性构件30的弹力时,膜片8由燃料液压室28内部的压力向上推动,并且在阀板14和阀体16之间形成间隙。燃料通过所述间隙、阀体16和燃料喷嘴24返回燃料箱(未显示),因此燃料管的压力保持在预先确定的范围内。
[0021]如果需要升高燃料管内的压力,控制电动机34使滑座32向下移动,因此燃料管内部的压力随着弹力的增加而升高。如果需要降低燃料管内的压力,控制电动机34使滑座32向上移动,因此燃料管内部的压力随着弹力的降低而下降。
[0022]燃料压力调节阀2可适用于乙醇和汽油发动机。因为乙醇和汽油发动机中不同的空气/燃料比,通常使用不同的喷射器。然而,该示意性的压力调节阀2适用于汽油和乙醇发动机。
[0023]如图2所示,在乙醇发动机中使用时,ECU检测来自乙醇传感器S1的乙醇含量,或者来自氧传感器S2的氧气输送值的反向运行,并且检测来自燃料压力传感器S3的实际燃料压力,之后控制燃料压力调节阀2(通过控制电动机34)。
[0024]可选地,如图3所示,ECU依照理论的空气/燃料比,而不是所测量的实际的管道压力来控制燃料压力调节阀2(通过控制电动机34)。

Claims (6)

1、用于车辆燃料管线的压力调节阀,包括:
壳体;
膜片,其设置在壳体内,并且将壳体的内部分隔成第一和第二室;
阀板,设置于第二室中并附着于膜片;
回复部件,其设置于第二室中;
弹性部分,用于给膜片提供朝向第二室的弹力;和
弹力调整部件,用于控制弹力。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆燃料管线的压力调节阀,其中回复部件包括选择性地连接阀板的阀,和用于从第二室释放燃料的出口。
3、根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆燃料管线的压力调节阀,其中弹力调整部件包括滑动地设置在第一室内并且与弹性部分接触的滑座,和用于控制滑座的位置的传动装置。
4、根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆燃料管线的压力调节阀,其中传动装置包括电动机,与电动机连接的螺纹控制轴,和与控制轴连接的壳体的螺纹部分,其中控制轴接触滑座。
5、根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆燃料管线的压力调节阀,其中滑座包括可旋转的球体,并且其中控制轴接触该球体。
6、根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆燃料管线的压力调节阀,进一步包括设置在弹性部分和膜片之间的弹簧座。
