通常,激光发生器被牢固地安装在机架的侧面上。这导致了当激光加工机被运输时突出的外形。如果激光发生器被集成在激光加工机内,则没有突出的外形,但是,激光发生器就以难以接近的方式被放置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是以当激光加工机被运输时没有突出外形的方式将激光发生器放置于机架上。
根据本发明,该目的通过一种激光加工机得以实现,其中,激光发生器在激光加工机内可以相对于机架移动,且优选地,激光发生器被可枢转地连接到机架上。激光发生器可以被移动或枢转出工作位置进入运输位置。例如,激光发生器可以被完整地预安装到激光加工机上。为了运输,激光发生器在机架上被以激光发生器不侧向突出出机架的方式枢转。运输尺寸仅仅由机架确定。当在原位进行最后安装时,激光发生器不必再次调整。电缆和柔性管不必重复安装。虽然具有可枢转性,但激光发生器和机架之间具有稳定不变的联系。这个联系通过定心辅助件协助。优选地,电缆或电线以捆束的方式从安装在激光控制台上的仪器或单元开始在枢转轴的区域内被向下导引。

具体实施方式
从图1中可以看到,激光加工机1包括机架2和激光发生器3。激光发生器3借助于激光控制台4被紧固在机架2上。这个紧固是可枢转的形式,以使激光发生器3可以被置于各种位置上。作为主要紧固构件的轴5在图1中可以被看到。这个紧固使激光控制台4能够与激光发生器3一起枢转远离工作位置A进入运输位置B。在运输位置B上,激光发生器3被整体置于机架2后面,而激光发生器3不从侧面突伸出机架2。因此,当激光加工机1被运输时,只有机架2的宽度必须被考虑。激光发生器3因此不形成运输过程中的突出外形。为了运输目的,激光控制台4被枢转经过大约170°-180°(位置B)。为了进行维修工作,可以将激光控制台4枢转经过不同的角度,例如,通过约30°。
激光控制台4具有支撑脚形式的支撑装置,在进行枢转和运输之前,支撑脚可以被远离地板向上旋转。在运输过程中,支撑脚被向下旋转,以使激光控制台4牢固地立在运输车辆的地板上。同样地,当激光加工机1处于工作中时,激光控制台4具有可靠的立脚点。

Claims (5)

1.一种激光加工机(1),具有机架(2)和被紧固在机架(2)上的激光发生器(3),激光发生器(3)相对于机架(2)可移动,其特征在于,激光发生器(3)被以下述方式安置在机架(2)上,即可在运输位置和工作位置之间枢转,以避免激光发生器在运输时形成突出的外形,其中,激光发生器(3)在工作位置从机架侧向突出、在运输位置不从机架侧向突出,并且,激光发生器(3)被安置在激光控制台(4)上,激光控制台(4)通过轴(5)被安装到机架(2)上,此外,激光发生器和机架之间设有定心辅助件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光加工机,其特征在于,设有用于将枢转后的激光控制台锁定在工作位置和运输位置上的紧固构件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的激光加工机,其特征在于,激光控制台(4)具有伸缩式支撑脚。
