Abstract

Description
一、技术领域
本发明属于中医药领域，具体涉及一种以植物中草药为原料而制成的专门治疗儿童肠痉挛的中药。
二、背景技术
肠痉挛是小儿急性功能性腹痛中最常见的病症，临床以健康小儿突然发生阵发性或间歇性腹部绞痛，发作间歇时缺乏异常体征为主要表现。近年来，随着人民生活的提高和家长对独生子女的惯养，使小儿饮食结构和生活习惯发生了变化，因过食生冷和含糖食物过多，致使小儿肠痉挛的发病率逐渐增加，但目前对于小儿肠痉挛的治疗尚无特效疗法。尽管本病预后良好，但给患儿带来痛苦，使家长惊恐不安，成为现今社会非常关注的问题。
中医学认为，本病属“腹痛”范畴，脾胃虚弱、寒凝气滞、饮食积滞、肠虫内扰是其主要病因病机，治疗主要采用健脾益气、温中散寒、消食导滞、驱虫止痛等方法。
三、发明内容
1.本发明的目的在于针对儿童肠痉挛的病因，提供一种安全、有效的治疗儿童肠痉挛的中药。
2.本发明的技术解决方案是基于中医药理论对儿童肠痉挛机理的认识和治疗原则，结合多年诊疗本病的临床经验，反复筛选、精心研制成的具有健脾和胃、理气止痛的中药。
3.一种治疗儿童肠痉挛的中药，其特征在于它主要是由下列重量份配比的原料药物组成：
白术10～15，陈皮6～10，白芍10～15，枳壳6～10，木香6～10，元胡6～10，乌药6～10，炙甘草3～6。

本发明根据小儿生理、病理特点，应采取攻补兼施，以健脾和胃、理气止痛为治疗原则。方中白术健脾益气，使脾健气行，推动有力，增强肠胃蠕动功能，为君药；陈皮、白芍、枳壳理气止痛，消食除满，与白术配伍则补中行滞，为臣药；木香、元胡、乌药理气止痛，兼以散寒，为佐药；炙甘草缓急止痛，调和诸药，为使药。诸药合用，健脾不壅阻，理气不伤气，且具有口感较好，易于服用等特点，为治疗儿童肠痉挛的良药。
临床应用表明，本发明中药可显著缓解肠痉挛患儿的临床症状，且无任何毒副作用。试验研究表明，本发明中药具有良好的解痉止痛、促进胃肠蠕动，提高胃蛋白酶活性等作用。
本发明适合应用现代制药技术研制开发成携带服用方便、小儿容易接受的颗粒、口服液、胶囊、软胶囊、片剂、袋泡剂等，可进一步提高患儿的依从性。
四、具体实施方式
实施例1：本发明的药物是由下列最佳重量份配比的原料药物组成：
白术10，陈皮6，白芍12，枳壳6，木香10，元胡10，乌药6，炙甘草3。
实施例2：本发明的中药处方，按常规方法水煎取汁口服，治疗儿童肠痉挛，安全有效。
实施例3：本发明药物适合应用现代制药技术研制开发成携带服用方便、小儿容易接受的颗粒、口服液、胶囊、软胶囊、片剂、袋泡剂等，可进一步提高患儿的依从性。

白术10～15，陈皮6～10，白芍10～15，枳壳6～10，木香6～10，元胡6～10，乌药6～10，炙甘草3～6。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗儿童肠痉挛的药物，其特征在于它是由下列最佳重量份配比的原料药物组成：
白术10，陈皮6，白芍12，枳壳6，木香10，元胡10，乌药6，炙甘草3。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗儿童肠痉挛的药物，其特征在于适合应用现代制药技术研制开发成携带服用方便、小儿容易接受的颗粒、口服液、胶囊、片剂、袋泡剂等常用口服制剂。
4.权利要求1所述药物，在制备治疗儿童肠痉挛药物中的应用。
