Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份为：野菱15‑20、盐酸树8‑12、凤眼果根10‑15、补血草7‑10、紫珠叶9‑13、白芍12‑16、党参6‑8、苍术6‑10、干姜5‑8、海螵蛸5‑7、珍珠伞7‑10、红花6‑9、枳壳6‑8、吴茱萸8‑10、莪术5‑7、元胡8‑12、黄芪9‑11、附子4‑6、厚朴5‑7、肉桂4‑6、槟榔6‑8、焦三仙5‑7、秋海棠根3‑5、刺果苏木2‑3、米壳2‑4和香叶子3‑5；本发明的中药组合物中药配伍严谨，各原料药相互影响，协同作用，具有温中健脾、活血散瘀、消肿止痛、舒肝和胃、祛风散寒、舒筋活络等多重疗效。对治疗胃溃疡具有疗效显著，安全性高，无毒副作用，不易复发等特点。临床验证，有效率高达100%，治愈率达98.2%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，属于中药领域。
背景技术
胃溃疡是消化系统常见疾病、多发病。病因复杂，多种因素所致。易复发，病程长，可并发出血、穿孔、幽门梗阻、恶变等并发症。主要表现为上腹痛、
食欲不振、饭后胀满、恶心和呕吐、反酸、嗳气。随着现代社会经济发展的增速，人们竞争意识的增强，为了节约时间，造成现代人饮食失调，过度劳累、精神紧张、吸烟、酗酒等因素，使胃溃疡的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前治疗胃溃疡的药物种类繁多，例如克拉霉素、奥美拉唑、阿莫西林等西药，这些药物疗效好、见效快，但有些药物有一定的副作用，长期或大剂量服用对身体有一定的危害，而且难以起到根治的效果。而中药在改善症状、提高溃疡愈合质量方面具有较大的优势，较之西医治疗复发率低、副作用小。
发明内容
为了缓解现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于，其组成原料的重量份为：野菱15-20、盐酸树8-12、凤眼果根10-15、补血草7-10、紫珠叶9-13、白芍12-16、党参6-8、苍术6-10、干姜5-8、海螵蛸5-7、珍珠伞7-10、红花6-9、枳壳6-8、吴茱萸8-10、莪术5-7、元胡8-12、黄芪9-11、附子4-6、厚朴5-7、肉桂4-6、槟榔6-8、焦三仙5-7、秋海棠根3-5、刺果苏木2-3、米壳2-4和香叶子3-5。
治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于，其组成原料的重量份为：野菱16、盐酸树9、凤眼果根12、补血草8、紫珠叶11、白芍14、党参7、苍术8、干姜6、海螵蛸6、珍珠伞9、红花7、枳壳7、吴茱萸9、莪术6、元胡10、黄芪10、附子5、厚朴6、肉桂5、槟榔7、焦三仙6、秋海棠根4、刺果苏木2.5、米壳3和香叶子4。
用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，药材共粉碎成细末，分成每包4克，温开水冲服。每日2次，一次一包，一周为一个疗程，一般2-4个疗程即可治愈。
本方中野菱味甘，性平，归脾，胃二经，补脾健胃，生津止渴，解毒消肿。主脾胃虚弱，泄泻，痢疾，暑热烦渴，饮酒过度，疮肿；盐酸树性味，酸，咸，凉，具有解毒消肿，散瘀止痛之功效；凤眼果根性味，甘，平，用于治疗胃溃疡；补血草性味，苦，咸，温。具有血，止血，温中健脾，滋补强壮之功效；紫珠叶可止血消炎，散瘀消肿；党参可补中益气，和脾胃，除烦渴；珍珠伞性味，辛，苦，微温，具有活血止痛，清利咽喉，舒筋活络之功效；吴茱萸可散寒止痛，降逆止呕，助阳止泻；槟榔性味，苦辛，温，入脾、胃、大肠三经，具有杀虫消积，降气，行水，截疟之功效；焦三仙包含原料焦麦芽、焦山楂、焦神曲，可健脾消食、解表化湿，是健运脾胃的良药；秋海棠根具有活血散瘀、消肿止痛、清热利湿之功效；刺果苏木可祛瘀止痛，清热解毒；米壳具有涩肠止泻，敛肺止咳，定痛之功效；香叶子可温中行气，祛风散寒；加上其它辅药，协同作用，具有温中健脾、活血散瘀、消肿止痛、舒肝和胃、祛风散寒、舒筋活络等多重疗效。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的中药组合物中药配伍严谨，各原料药相互影响，协同作用，具有温中健脾、活血散瘀、消肿止痛、舒肝和胃、祛风散寒、舒筋活络等多重疗效。对治疗胃溃疡具有疗效显著，安全性高，无毒副作用，不易复发等特点。临床验证，有效率高达100%，治愈率达98.2%。
具体实施方式
实施例1：治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量（g）为：野菱16、盐酸树9、凤眼果根12、补血草8、紫珠叶11、白芍14、党参7、苍术8、干姜6、海螵蛸6、珍珠伞9、红花7、枳壳7、吴茱萸9、莪术6、元胡10、黄芪10、附子5、厚朴6、肉桂5、槟榔7、焦三仙6、秋海棠根4、刺果苏木2.5、米壳3和香叶子4。
用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，药材共粉碎成细末，分成每包4克，温开水冲服。每日2次，一次一包，一周为一个疗程，一般2-4个疗程即可治愈。
典型病例：
病例1、许某某，女，33岁，患有胃溃疡一年多，上腹隐疼，饱胀不适，偶尔感觉恶心，反酸，食欲不振，服用本发明的中药组合物，每日2次，一次一包，服用一周后，症状明显减轻，继续服用一个疗程，医院复查，胃溃疡消失，痊愈。
病例2、习某某，男，71岁，患胃溃疡七年，此前吸烟、酗酒；患者自述：中上腹疼痛，暖气、反酸、灼热、嘈杂，严重时出现黑便与呕血，精神状况差。期间服用其它中西药，病情反复，停药后复发，不得终治。服用本发明的中药组合物，每日2次，一次一包，连续服用两个疗程，症状得到缓解，继续服用2个疗程，诸症全消。医院复查，胃溃疡消失。痊愈。随访一年未复发。
病例3、关某某，男，52岁，患胃溃疡三年，饮食不规律，工作过于劳累，无规律性胃痛、胃胀、反酸；医院就诊，食物消化不良，引起胃液大量分泌加重胃部负担，溃疡面血管扩张而引起出血，病情严重。服用本发明的中药组合物，每日2次，一次一包，连续服用两个疗程，疼痛明显减轻， 继续服用两个疗程，疼痛消失。医院复查，胃溃疡痊愈。至今未复发。

1.一种治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于，其组成原料的重量份为：野菱15-20、盐酸树8-12、凤眼果根10-15、补血草7-10、紫珠叶9-13、白芍12-16、党参6-8、苍术6-10、干姜5-8、海螵蛸5-7、珍珠伞7-10、红花6-9、枳壳6-8、吴茱萸8-10、莪术5-7、元胡8-12、黄芪9-11、附子4-6、厚朴5-7、肉桂4-6、槟榔6-8、焦三仙5-7、秋海棠根3-5、刺果苏木2-3、米壳2-4和香叶子3-5。
