Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗儿童肠痉挛的中药，本发明根据小儿生理病理特点，认为小儿肠痉挛的病位在肠，而病机关键与脾、肝等脏器关系密切，临床以健脾和胃、理气止痛为治疗原则组方。该中药由下列重量份的中药原料组成：白术10—15、陈皮6—10、白芍10—15、枳壳6—10、木香6—10、元胡6—10、乌药6—10、炙甘草3—6。该种药经临床应用效果显著，安全无毒副作用，适合应用现代制药技术研制开发成携带服用方便，小而容易接受的颗粒、口服液、胶囊、片剂、袋泡剂等，可进一步提高患儿的依从性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种以植物中草药为原料治疗儿童肠痉挛的中药，属于中药技术领域。
背景技术
肠痉挛是小儿急性功能性腹痛中最常见的病症，临床以健康小儿突然发生阵发性或间歇性腹部绞痛，发作间歇时缺乏异常体征为主要表现。近年来，随着生活水平的提高和家长对独生子女的惯养，是小儿饮食结构和生活习惯发生了变化，因过食生冷和含糖食物过多，致使小儿肠痉挛的发病率逐渐增加，但目前对小而肠痉挛的治疗尚无特效疗法。尽管该病的预后良好，但给患儿带来痛苦，使家常惊恐不安，成为现今非常社会关注的问题。
中医认为，本病属“腹痛”范畴，脾胃虚弱，寒凝气滞，饮食积滞，肠虫内扰是其主要病因病机，治疗主要采用健脾益气，温中散寒，消食导致，驱虫止痛等方法。
技术内容
本发明的目的就是针对小儿肠痉挛的病因，提供一种安全、有效的治疗小儿肠痉挛的中药。
本发明所采用的技术方案是基于中医药理论对小儿肠痉挛机理的认识和治疗原则，结合多年来治疗本病的临床经验，经反复筛选，精心研制而成的具有健脾和胃，理气止痛的中药。
该治疗小儿肠痉挛的中药，由下列重量份的中药原料组成：白术10—15、陈皮6—10、白芍10—15、枳壳6—10、木香6—10、元胡6—10、乌药6—10、炙甘草3—6。
最佳方案是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：白术10、陈皮6、白芍12、枳壳6、木香10、元胡10、乌药6、炙甘草3。
本发明中药组方具有健脾和胃，理气止痛的功效，主治小儿肠痉挛腹部疼痛，时作时止，痛处喜暖，饮食减少，或食后腹胀，伴或不伴有呕吐恶心，大便不调，舌质淡红，舌苔薄白或白腻，脉沉玄。本发明根据小儿生理、病理特点，应采取攻补兼施，以健脾和胃、理气止痛为治疗原则，方中白术健脾益气，使脾健气行，推动有力，增强肠胃蠕动功能，为君药；陈皮、白芍、枳壳理气止痛，消食除满，与白术配伍则补中行滞，为臣药，木香、元胡、乌药理气止痛，兼以散寒，为佐药；炙甘草缓急止痛，调和诸药，为使药。主要合用健脾不雍阻，理气不伤气，且具有口感较好，易于服用等特点，为治疗儿童肠痉挛的良药。
临床应用表明，本发明中药可显著缓解肠痉挛患儿的临床症状，且无毒副作用，实验研究表明，本发明中药具有良好的解痉止痛，促进胃肠蠕动，提高胃蛋白酶活性等作用。
本发明适合应用现代制药技术研制开发成携带服用方便，小而容易接受的颗粒、口服液、胶囊、片剂、袋泡剂等，可进一步提高患儿的依从性。
具体实施方式
下面叙述本发明的三个实施例：
实施例1：
取白术10克、陈皮6克、白芍12克、枳壳6克、木香10克、元胡10克、乌药6克、炙甘草3克。按常规方法水煎取汁服用，一天早晚各服用一次。
实施例2：
取白术15克、陈皮10克、白芍15克、枳壳10克、木香6克、元胡6克、乌药10克、炙甘草6克。按常规方法制作为颗粒剂，一天早晚各服用一次。
实施例3：
取取白术12克、陈皮8克、白芍10克、枳壳8克、木香8克、元胡8克、乌药8克、炙甘草4克。按常规方法制作为片剂，一天早晚各服用一次。

1.一种治疗儿童肠痉挛的中药，其特征在于，它是由下列重量份的中药原料组成：白术10—15、陈皮6—10、白芍10—15、枳壳6—10、木香6—10、元胡6—10、乌药6—10、炙甘草3—6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗儿童肠痉挛的中药，其特征在于，所述各原料药的重量配比为：白术10、陈皮6、白芍12、枳壳6、木香10、元胡10、乌药6、炙甘草3。
