Abstract

一种电热油汀取暖器,包括一散热体(1)、安装在散热体(1)上的电控箱(2)和位于散热体(1)内的发热体(3)。散热体(1)包括依次连接的多片散热片(11),散热片(11)为中空的片状体,其内部成形有至少两条导油槽(12)。散热片(11)的上、下端成形或安装有沿水平方向延伸的中空的连接套管(13),连接套管(13)内设有与导油槽(12)相通的导油孔,各散热片(11)上的连接套管(13)相互连接在一起,形成一个密封的油腔,其内充装有导热油,每相邻两散热片(11)之间安装有补强散热片(4)。

Description

一种电热油汀取暖器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种取暖器设备,尤其涉及一种电热充油式取暖器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,电热油汀取暖器越来越受到人们的青睐。现有技术中的电热油汀取暖器,其发热的功率与散热片的大小成正比,即功率越大,散热片就要做的越大,使得整个电热油汀取暖器的体积变大。如中国专利号为ZL02225717.9号发明专利,其公告日为2003年2月19日,公开了一种新型充油式电暖器,包括有发热管、连接套、若干充油散热片、控制箱,其中连接套与其相邻的充油散热片连接,发热管穿套在连接套及若干充油散热片内,且发热管浸入充油散热片内的导热油,与控制箱相连接的散热片为不充油散热片,其置于连接套的外侧。上述专利由于采用与控制箱相连接的散热片为不充油散热片的结构,因此,该散热片不直接向控制箱内发散热量,而只是间接传送其它充油散热片的热量,故其可在不影响整机功能和外观的基础上,使控制箱内的工作温度大幅度地降低,使其内部设有的提手及旋钮等控制元器件和塑料件温升较低,避免了因过热而损坏,从而延长了电暖器的使用寿命。虽然上述专利虽然具有一定的进步性,但其仍然存在传统电热油汀所具有的缺点,要是其散热功率变大,势必要增大散热片的体积。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术之不足,提供一种散热功率大、但体积小、整体美观的电热油汀取暖器。
按照本发明提供的一种电热油汀取暖器,包括一散热体、安装在所述散热体上的电控箱和位于所述散热体内的发热体,所述散热体包括依次连接的多片散热片,所述散热片为中空的片状体,其内部成形有至少两条导油槽;所述散热片的上、下两端成形或安装有沿水平方向延伸的中空的连接套管,所述连接套管内设有与所述导油槽相通的导油孔,各所述散热片上的连接套管相互连接在一起,形成一个密闭的油腔,其内充装有导热油,每相邻两散热片之间安装有补强散热片。
按照本发明提供的一种电热油汀取暖器还具有如下附属技术特征:
所述补强散热片为单片结构,其包括一散热板和与所述散热板相连接的散热壁。
所述补强散热片被夹持于相邻散热片的连接套管的连接处。
所述散热片上的连接套管的一端壁成形有一凸环,所述凸环穿过所述补强散热片,并插入相邻散热片上的连接套管的另一端。
所述散热壁的顶部成形有多个散热孔。
所述散热孔为条形孔。
所述补强散热片与所述散热片的形状相同。
所述散热壁成形有折边。
所述散热壁的宽度为相邻两散热片的间距的60%-80%。
所述散热板上成形有沉台。
按照本发明提供的一种电热油汀取暖器与现有技术相比具有如下优点:首先,本发明在传统的每相邻两充油散热片之间,安装有不充油式补强散热片,因此,本发明可以增强散热效果,使取暖器的散热功率大大提高,但相应体积却并没有明显变化,解决了现有技术中大功率电热油汀取暖器体积太大的问题;其次,由于发热体都安装在连接套管中,连接套管的温度是最高的,因此,将补强散热片安装在各段连接套管之间,可以最大限度的发散热量,提高补强散热效果;再次,补强散热片的整体外形与散热片相同,且其由散热板和位于散热板周边的散热壁组成,散热壁可以填充在散热片的空隙中,使得取暖器的整体更加美观。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图6,按照本发明提供的一种优选实施例,包括一散热体1、安装在所述散热体1上的电控箱2和位于所述散热体1内的发热体3,所述散热体1包括依次连接的多片散热片11,所述散热片11为中空的片状体,其内部成形有至少两条导油槽12;所述散热片11的上、下两端成形有沿水平方向延伸的中空的连接套管13,所述连接套管13内设有与所述导油槽12相通的导油孔,各所述散热片11上的连接套管13相互连接在一起,且各个连接套管13的空腔相通,与导油槽12一起形成一个密闭的油腔,其内充装有导热油。参见图11,在上述结构中,所述发热体3安装在连接套管13中。本发明的电控箱2内安装有温控器24和过热保护器25,电控箱2的前端安装有前面板22,前面板22上安装有开关23和旋钮。所述温控器24可以控制取暖器的发热温度,而过热保护器25可以起到过热保护的作用。在取暖器的后端可以设置一后罩盖5,所述后罩盖5上设有提手51,方便取暖器的移动。取暖器的底部还设置有底座6,利于取暖器的放置。
本发明中的散热片11上的连接套管13也可以是安装在散热片11上的,所述散热片11一般是由两片盖合而成,各散热片11的形状和大小都是相同的。本发明与现有技术的不同之处在于,每相邻两散热片11之间安装有补强散热片4。所述补强散热片4可以进一步增强散热效果,使得在增大散热功率的情况下,取暖器的体积不会增大。因此,在相同功率的情况下,本发明的取暖器的体积更小,利于取暖器在室内的放置。
参见图7、图8和图9,在本发明给出的上述实施例中,所述补强散热片4为单片结构,其包括一散热板41和与所述散热板41相连接的散热壁42。所述补强散热片4为非充油式散热片,所述散热板41可以通过斜板47与散热壁42的一侧边连接在一起。这样即可以保证散热板41位于散热壁42的中间,又可以使补强散热片4冲压成形。同时,这种结构更加有利于热气流的上升。
参见图8和图10,在本发明给出的上述实施例中,所述补强散热片4被夹持于相邻散热片11的连接套管13的连接处。由于所述发热体3安装在连接套管13中,因此连接套管13处的温度是最高的,将补强散热片4安装在连接套管13处,不仅有利于安装,而且可以达到最好的散热效果。
参见图7至图10,在本发明给出的上述实施例中,所述散热片11上的连接套管13的一端壁成形有一凸环131,所述凸环131穿过所述补强散热片4上的通孔46,并插入相邻散热片11上的连接套管13的另一端。从而将所述补强散热片4夹持在相邻两连接套管13之间,安装非常方便。上述结构中,各连接套管13之间密封配合在一起,在安装时,将连接套管13上的凸环131插入相邻连接套管13的一端中,然后焊接在一起。所述补强散热片4则被紧密夹在相邻连接套管13的端壁之间。
参见图2、图6和图14,在本发明给出的上述实施例中,所述散热壁42的顶部成形有多个散热孔43,所述散热孔43为条形孔。在顶部设置散热孔43有利于热气上升,并进行散发。利于空气流通,增强取暖器的散热效果。
参见图5、图8和图9,在本发明给出的上述实施例中,所述补强散热片4与所述散热片11的形状相同。所述散热壁的宽度B为相邻两散热片11的间距C的60%-80%,本实施例给出的为74%。所述散热壁42的成形有折边44。本发明的整体美观,且散热性好。由于散热壁42成形有折边44,因此,其不会划伤使用者,并且外形美观。
参见图9,在本发明给出的上述实施例中,为了增强补强散热片4的强度,在所述散热板41上成形有沉台45。所述沉台45冲压而成,可以增强所述补强散热片4的整体强度。

Claims (9)

1.一种电热油汀取暖器,包括一散热体(1)、安装在所述散热体(1)上的电控箱(2)和位于所述散热体(1)内的发热体(3),所述散热体(1)包括依次连接的多片散热片(11),所述散热片(11)为中空的片状体,其内部成形有至少两条导油槽(12);所述散热片(11)的上、下两端成形或安装有沿水平方向延伸的中空的连接套管(13),所述连接套管(13)内设有与所述导油槽(12)相通的导油孔,各所述散热片(11)上的连接套管(12)相互连接在一起,形成一个密闭的油腔,其内充装有导热油,其特征在于:每相邻两散热片(11)之间安装有补强散热片
(4),所述补强散热片(4)为单片结构,其包括一散热板(41)和与所述散热板(41)相连接的散热壁(42)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电热油汀取暖器,其特征在于:所述补强散热片(4)被夹持于相邻散热片(11)的连接套管(13)的连接处。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种电热油汀取暖器,其特征在于:所述散热片(11)上的连接套管(13)的一端壁成形有一凸环(131),所述凸环(131)穿过所述补强散热片(4),并插入相邻散热片(11)上的连接套管(13)的另一端。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种电热油汀取暖器,其特征在于:所述散热壁(42)的顶部成形有多个散热孔(43)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种电热油汀取暖器,其特征在于:所述散热孔(43)为条形孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种电热油汀取暖器,其特征在于:所述补强散热片(4)与所述散热片(11)的形状相同。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种电热油汀取暖器,其特征在于:所述散热壁(42)的成形有折边(43)。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种电热油汀取暖器,其特征在于:所述散热壁的宽度为相邻两散热片的间距的60%-80%。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种电热油汀取暖器,其特征在于:所述散热板(41)上成形有沉台(44)。
