Abstract

本发明涉及垂直风力发电机,尤其是一种垂直轴风力发电机运输体的结构及运输方法。具体是一箱体或框架结构,在对应发电机底部的相应箱体或框架的平面上设有若干个与发电机底部标准通孔固定连接的连接部件。

一种垂直轴风力发电机的运输方法
技术领域
本发明涉及垂直风力发电机,尤其是一种垂直轴风力发电机运输体的结构及运输方法。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有的垂直轴风力发电机,包括由发电机2,垂直轴11,上、下法兰15,支持翼12,叶片13组成的风轮1等装置组成。其各零部件大多采用拆分后单独运输,然后待运抵安装现场后,将所需的各种零部件在现场进行安装和调试。但由于施工现场的安装条件受限制,各种零部件的安装配合公差较大,影响了整机的稳定性和可靠性,对使用寿命产生很大的影响。例如通常情况下,将发电机2,垂直轴11分别单独运输,由于该两件核心部件的安装配合要求很精密,其安装情况很大程度上影响了整机的稳定性和可靠性,对使用寿命产生很大的影响。且由于风力发电机普遍重量较重,运输过程中容易损坏部件,在装置自身尺寸较大的情况下,安装十分不便,且劳动强度较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术的弊病,提出一种即易于现场安装,减少现场安装工作量,又便于运输,降低成本的垂直轴风力发电机运输体结构及运输方法,为垂直轴风力发电机的广泛应用提供解决途径。
本发明的具体技术方案是:
一种垂直轴风力发电机的运输体结构,是一箱体或框架结构,在对应发电机底部的相应箱体或框架的平面上设有若干个与发电机底部21固定连接的连接部件22。
上述的箱体或框架的连接部件是和发电机底部设置的通23孔固定连接。
上述的箱体或框架的连接部件是和发电机底部标准通孔23固定连接。
上述的固定连接方式是螺栓固定连接。
上述箱体或框架的下端面横向尺寸略小于或略大于上端面尺寸,在上、下端的相应叠放位置开设若干通孔,便于以螺栓固定上、下箱体或框架。
一种垂直轴风力发电机的运输方法,
将发电机水平放置于如上述的运输体内,发电机底部对应固定连接在该运输体对应的平面上;
在运输体内用支撑物支撑垂直轴11。该该支撑物可以是钢性结构体,如以钢带与框架或箱体结构焊接在四条边框上,也可以用绳索固定在框架或箱体结构的四条边框上。
上述运输体的下端面横向尺寸略小于或略大于上端面尺寸,在上、下端的相应叠放位置设有若干通孔,以螺栓固定上、下运输体,将多个运输体重叠安放,进行运输。
为免去现场安装法兰,减少现场安装工作量,将上、下法兰15安 装在垂直轴11上之后运输。
采用该运输体结构后,现场安装工作量和安装时间与原来采用分别运输、现场安装的工作量和工作时间减少一半以上,而且由于可靠性、稳定性大为提高,减少了风轮在强风时的摇摆和共振,同时由于减少了在现场安装时对风机表面涂装的损坏,相应延长了风机的寿命。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
如图2所示,是本发明运输体整体结构示意图,该运输体结构为框架结构。将发电机水平放置于该框架4内,该框架4可为一个长方体形状的钢制框架。在该发电机底部21对应的框架平面上设有若干个与标准通孔固定连接的连接部件22,利用发电机底盘上原先具有的标准通孔23,对应固定连接安装在该钢制框架体的平面上,并以螺栓紧固。或者可在发电机底部及框架平面的对应位置设置通孔23, 以螺栓等方式紧固。
如图3所示,是本发明垂直轴风力发电机垂直轴固定示意图。在钢制框架内垂直轴11的另一端用支撑物3支撑。该支撑物可以是钢性结构体,以钢带与钢架结构焊接在四条边框上,也可以用绳索固定在钢架结构的四条边框上,支撑位置可以是在垂直轴前端的1/3处。
为免去现场安装法兰,减少现场安装工作量,可将上、下法兰15安装在垂直轴11上之后运输,这样可以杜绝现场安装对法兰和轴之间公差配合要求低的缺陷,提高风机稳定性并减少现场安装时间。
如图4所示,为更进一步便于运输,该框架的下端面横向尺寸略小于或略大于上端面尺寸,同时在上、下端的相应叠放位置开设若干通孔5,便于用螺栓6固定上、下框架,这样可将多个框架进行重叠安放,以进一步降低运输成本。
实施例2:
如图2所示,是本发明运输体整体结构示意图,该运输体结构为箱体结构。将发电机水平放置于该箱体4内,该箱体4可为一个长方体形状的钢制箱体。在该发电机底部21对应的箱体平面上设有若干个与标准通孔固定连接的连接部件22,利用发电机底盘上原先具有的标准通孔23,对应固定连接安装在该钢制箱体的平面上,并以螺栓紧固。或者可在发电机底部及框架平面的对应位置设置通孔23,以螺栓等方式紧固。
如图3所示,是本发明垂直轴风力发电机垂直轴固定示意图。在钢制箱体内垂直轴11另一端用支撑物支撑。
为免去现场安装法兰,减少现场安装工作量,可将上、下法兰15安装在垂直轴11上之后运输。
这样可以杜绝现场安装对法兰和轴之间公差配合要求低的缺陷,提高风机稳定性并减少现场安装时间。
如图4所示,为更进一步便于运输,该箱体的下端面横向尺寸略小于或略大于上端面尺寸,同时在上、下端的相应叠放位置开设若干通孔5,便于用螺栓6固定上、下箱体,这样可将多个箱体进行重叠安放,以进一步降低运输成本。

Claims (3)

1.一种垂直轴风力发电机的运输方法,采用一箱体或框架结构的运输体结构,其特征在于,将发电机水平放置于所述运输体内,上、下法兰(15)安装在垂直轴(11)上,通过发电机底部设置的通孔(23)以螺栓固定连接在该运输体对应的平面上,在垂直轴(11)的另一端以支撑物(3)支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垂直轴风力发电机的运输方法,其特征在于,所述运输体的下端面横向尺寸略小于或大于上端面尺寸,在上、下端的相应叠放位置设有若干通孔(5),以螺栓(6)固定上、下运输体,将多个运输体重叠安放,进行运输。
3.根据权利要求1所述的垂直轴风力发电机的运输方法,其特征在于,所述支撑物是钢性结构体,支撑位置在垂直轴前端的1/3处。
