Claims (2)
- 一种去除废水中氨氮的处理方法,先在废水进水管(1)的进口处充入压缩空气,经高压喷嘴(3)射入废水混合反应器(5),废水进水管(1)的进水压力为3~5kg/cm2,充入压缩空气后进水管(1)管道中的压力维持在0.2~2.0Mpa;再在混合反应器(5)内加入脱氮剂,废水与脱氮剂混合后,混合液的pH值控制为5~12,混合反应器(5)上空呈负压状态;最后使混合后的废水从分为渐缩段(10)、喉管段(11)和扩散段(12)三段的文丘里管(7)中流出进入走廊式廊道结构的吹脱池(8)中进行曝气吹脱,喉管段(11)的喉管直径d2与高压喷嘴(3)的喷嘴直径d1的比值为2.0~2.5,其特征在于:在混合反应器(5)内连续加入脱氮剂,加入量与废水的比例为1~50ppm,脱氮剂是以乳酸乙酯为主,乙酸为辅的有机复合脱氮剂;所述吹脱池(8)截面呈矩形或圆形,内部四周为环跑道,中心为气体通道,中心直径与环跑道直径之比为2∶1,在环跑道式水槽中敷设曝气设备。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去除废水中氨氮的处理方法,其特征在于:废水沿着四 周环形跑道自上而下溢流,废水在环形跑道中的流速为10〜50m/h,废水在池中的水力停 留时间为2〜6小时。
