本发明公开了一种制氧机的吸附塔上盖集成,其包括吸附塔上盖,吸附塔上盖底部密封安装有气道连接板,气道连接板上设置有压缩空气进口以及排氮口,所述吸附塔上盖侧面安装有气动阀,气动阀上设置有先导电磁阀;本产品采用一体成型,减少了吸附塔上盖各部件之间的管道连接,从而减少压力损失,有利于制氧机的微型化,使得制氧机的吸附塔上盖的结构更为紧凑,从而简化了安装步骤,提高了系统的密封性和可靠性,可以广泛应用于制氧机的吸附塔上盖的制作上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制氧机的部件,尤其涉及一种制氧机的吸附塔上盖集成。
背景技术
近年来,由于变压吸附(PSA)技术飞速发展,变压吸附制氧的应用领域也越来越广。变压吸附(PSA)空气分离制氧技术,它是基于吸引剂对空气中氧、氮吸附能力的差异来实现氧、氮的分离。当空气进入装有吸附剂的床层时,氮气吸附能力较强被吸附,而氧气不被吸附,这样可以在吸附床出口端获得高浓度的氧气。目前变压吸附(PSA)系统中的气动阀门、双塔上盖以及各种连接气道管线分别组合,结构比较分散、设计复杂而笨重、装配较困难,容易发生位移而影响密封效果,从而难以满足客户的使用要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构新颖的制氧机的吸附塔上盖集成。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种制氧机的吸附塔上盖集成,其包括吸附塔上盖,吸附塔上盖底部密封安装有气道连接板,气道连接板上设置有压缩空气进口以及排氮口,所述吸附塔上盖侧面安装有气动阀,气动阀上设置有先导电磁阀;
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述的气动阀包括有气动阀缸体,气动阀缸体内依此设置有阀门动子、橡胶膜片以及气动活塞。
本发明的有益效果是:本产品采用一体成型,减少了吸附塔上盖各部件之间的管道连接,从而减少压力损失,有利于制氧机的微型化,使得制氧机的吸附塔上盖的结构更为紧凑,从而简化了安装步骤,提高了系统的密封性和可靠性,可以广泛应用于制氧机的吸附塔上盖的制作上。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种制氧机的吸附塔上盖集成,其包括吸附塔上盖1,吸附塔上盖1底部密封安装有气道连接板2,气道连接板2上设置有压缩空气进口21以及排氮口22,所述吸附塔上盖1侧面安装有气动阀3,气动阀3上设置有先导电磁阀4。
本产品使用的气动阀3包括有气动阀缸体31,气动阀缸体31内依此设置有阀门动子32、橡胶膜片33以及气动活塞34,当然根据实际需要,气动阀3结构形式可以多种多样的,总之只要是以基本相同的手段实现本发明的目的,都属于本发明的保护范围。
本产品采用一体成型,减少了吸附塔上盖各部件之间的管道连接,从而减少压力损失,有利于制氧机的微型化,使得制氧机的吸附塔上盖的结构更为紧凑,从而简化了安装步骤,提高了系统的密封性和可靠性,可以广泛应用于制氧机的吸附塔上盖的制作上。

1.一种制氧机的吸附塔上盖集成,其特征在于:包括吸附塔上盖(1),吸附塔上盖(1)底部密封安装有气道连接板(2),气道连接板(2)上设置有压缩空气进口(21)以及排氮口(22),所述吸附塔上盖(1)侧面安装有气动阀(3),气动阀(3)上设置有先导电磁阀(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制氧机的吸附塔上盖集成,其特征在于:所述的气动阀(3)包括有气动阀缸体(31),气动阀缸体(31)内依次设置有阀门动子(32)、橡胶膜片(33)以及气动活塞(34)。
