Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于加工多锥棱柱棱柱面的多边形铣床。包括机架、支架和两个铣削装置,支架的上部设有一悬臂,用于装夹工件的三爪卡盘经夹盘转轴箱转动连接悬臂上,悬臂上固定设有与三爪卡盘同心的环状刻度盘,夹盘转轴箱的侧面固定设有一个伸缩定位杆,支架的底部滑动设置在水平工作平台上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其前后移动;两个铣削装置分别设置在三爪卡盘回转中心轴线的左、右两侧,其底部分别滑动设置在水平工作平台上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其左右移动。本发明,通过两个铣削装置可一次加工完成多棱柱的两个相对的棱柱面,转动三爪夹盘可进行工件另外两个棱柱面的加工,大大提高了加工速度和精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铣床,特别是涉及一种用于加工带有锥度的多棱柱棱柱面的铣床。
背景技术
传统阀门行业在生产闸阀、截止阀阀杆时,因阀杆的上部的方边、及闸阀螺母套装手轮的四棱柱与手轮的内孔难以达到完美的适配,故而在阀门的正常使用中阀门的阀杆或手轮很容易损坏,而且难以修复,为了解决这一问题,传统的方法是在铣床上安装分度头,调整铣头的锥度,一个面一个面的铣削加工,加工出具有一定锥度各棱柱面,使阀门手轮在装配时先松后紧,从而达到紧密配合,但是,这种方法加工速度慢,精度也难以保证,耗时耗力成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是解决铣削加工锥度多棱柱棱柱面速度慢,精度难以保证的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是提供一种铣床,包括机架、支架和两个铣削装置,机架的上表面设有水平工作平台;支架的上部设有一悬臂,用于装夹工件的三爪卡盘经夹盘转轴箱转动连接在该悬臂上且所述三爪卡盘的回转中心轴线垂直于所述水平工作平台的水平工作台面,悬臂上固定设有与三爪卡盘同心的环状刻度盘,该环状刻度盘上均布设有若干刻度定位孔,夹盘转轴箱的侧面固定设有一个与所述刻度定位孔相适配的伸缩刻度定位杆,所述支架的底部滑动设置在水平工作平台上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其前后移动;两个铣削装置分别设置在三爪卡盘回转中心轴线的左、右两侧,其底部分别滑动设置在水平工作平台上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其左右移动。
上述方案中,所述铣削装置包括滑动设置在水平工作平台上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其左右移动的横向移动工作台,所述横向移动工作台的上表面螺栓固定有连接板,连接板上固定设有由电机驱动的铣头,连接板上靠近三爪卡盘回转中心轴线的一侧开有至少一个螺纹通孔,锥度调节螺杆旋装在该螺纹通孔内且与所述连接板的上表面相抵。
所述环状刻度盘上的刻度定位孔为二个、四个或六个,分别沿该刻度盘的圆周均布。
本发明,通过两个铣削装置可一次加工完成多棱柱的两个相对的棱柱面,转动三爪夹盘可进行工件另外两个棱柱面的加工,大大提高了加工速度和精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作出详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明包括机架10、支架20和两个铣削装置30。
其中机架10的上表面设有水平工作平台11,支架20的上部设有一悬臂22,用于装夹工件的三爪卡盘21经夹盘转轴箱23转动连接在该悬臂22上且三爪卡盘21的回转中心轴线垂直于水平工作平台11的水平工作台面,悬臂22上固定设有与三爪卡盘21同心的环状刻度盘24,该刻度盘24上均布设有若干刻度定位孔25,刻度定位孔可以根据加工需要设置为四个或六个。夹盘转轴箱23的侧面固定设有一个与上述刻度定位孔25相适配的伸缩式刻度定位杆26,加工时,该刻度定位杆26伸入刻度定位孔25内定位。支架20的底部滑动设置在水平工作平台11上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其前后移动。
两个铣削装置30分别设置在三爪卡盘21回转中心轴线的左、右两侧,其底部分别滑动设置在水平工作平台11上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其左右移动。铣削装置30包括滑动设置在水平工作平台11上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其左右移动的横向移动工作台31,横向移动工作台31的上表面螺栓固定有连接板32,连接板32上固定设有由电机驱动的铣头36,连接板32上靠近三爪卡盘回转中心轴线的一侧开有至少一个锥角向下的螺纹锥孔,锥度调节螺杆34旋装在该螺纹锥孔内且与连接板32的上表面相抵。
其中右侧的连接板32上旋装有用于工件定位的定位螺杆35,所述定位螺杆35位于三爪卡盘21的正下方,铣头36上设有角度指示标志33。
本发明的使用过程如下:
首先将工件装夹在三爪夹盘21上,调整定位螺杆35的高度,定位好工件所需要的加工高度,转动三爪夹盘21让刻度定位杆26顶在刻度盘的刻度定位孔25内,然后根据需要,利用锥度调节螺杆34分别调整好卧铣头36的角度,再通过横向调节手轮使两卧铣头36的切削量一致,开启电机,电机驱动两卧铣头36同时转动,转动前后进给手轮使支架10前后移动,于是工件随支架10前后移动并从两个转动的卧铣头36中间穿过,同时完成两个棱柱面的加工,然后转动三爪夹盘21可进行工件另外两个棱柱面的加工。每次转动的度数根据需要来调整,如加工四棱柱,每次加工好工件第一个两面后,转动三爪夹盘的度数为90°,如要加工六边行的,在每次加工好工件第一个两面后,转动三爪夹盘的度数为60°依次类推。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1、一种铣床,其特征在于包括:
机架,其上表面设有水平工作平台;
支架,其上部设有一悬臂,用于装夹工件的三爪卡盘经夹盘转轴箱转动连接在该悬臂上且所述三爪卡盘的回转中心轴线垂直于所述水平工作平台的水平工作台面,悬臂上固定设有与三爪卡盘同心的刻度盘,该刻度盘上均布设有若干刻度定位孔,夹盘转轴箱的侧面固定设有一个与所述刻度定位孔相适配的伸缩刻度定位杆,所述支架的底部滑动设置在水平工作平台上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其前后移动;
两个铣削装置,分别设置在三爪卡盘回转中心轴线的左、右两侧,其底部分别滑动设置在水平工作平台上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其左右移动。
2、如权利要求1所述的铣床,其特征在于所述铣削装置包括滑动设置在水平工作平台上且由丝杆螺母机构驱动其左右移动的横向移动工作台,所述横向移动工作台的上表面螺栓固定有连接板,连接板上固定设有由电机驱动的卧铣头,连接板上靠近三爪卡盘回转中心轴线的一侧开有至少一个螺纹通孔,锥度调节螺杆旋装在该螺纹通孔内且与连接板的上表面相抵。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的铣床,其特征在于所述刻度盘上的刻度定位孔为二个、四个或六个,分别沿该刻度盘的圆周均布。
