Abstract

本发明涉及一种无塑料结构件包覆发热陶瓷的吹风机加热模块,包括:发热陶瓷,压降陶瓷,陶瓷衬套,以及金属导电螺丝柱;在发热陶瓷和压降陶瓷中间设有贯通孔,发热陶瓷表面涂覆有发热薄膜;在发热陶瓷和降压陶瓷的上、下两端面分别涂覆有银胶薄膜形成银胶导电极;陶瓷衬套中间设有贯通孔,陶瓷衬套穿设于发热陶瓷和压降陶瓷贯通孔中;金属导电螺丝柱穿设于陶瓷衬套的贯通孔中,将所述发热陶瓷和压降陶瓷固定在吹风机的马达及风扇支架座上。本发明的优点是:发热陶瓷没有与任何塑料结构件接近,不致因发热陶瓷发出的热能而损坏吹风机,当发热陶瓷因异常使用而导致散热不良产生高温时,也不至于损坏加热模块结构,有效延长吹风机本体的使用寿命。

Description

吹风机加热模块固定结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吹风机加热模块固定结构,尤其涉及一种无塑料结构件包覆发热陶瓷的吹风机加热模块,不致因该发热陶瓷所发出的热能而熔化塑料结构件,从而损坏吹风机加热模块固定结构。
背景技术
吹风机是现今日常生活中使用率极高的一项产品,但已知的使用发热陶瓷产生远红外线热能的吹风机,由于发热陶瓷所产生的温度在散热不良情况下,温度可高达摄氏三百度以上,由于加热模块的塑料固定结构耐温往往不足三百度,因此三百度以上的高温,容易造成吹风机加热模块产生熔化现象。
如何创作出一种吹风机加热模块固定结构,使吹风机加热模块不致因发热陶瓷所发出之热能而产生损坏,有效延长吹风机本体的使用寿命,使本发明要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吹风机加热模块固定结构,尤指一种使吹风机本体不致因该发热陶瓷所发出之热能,而产生损坏吹风机加热模块固定结构,从而有效延长吹风机本体的使用寿命。
本发明提供的一种吹风机加热模块固定结构,包括:发热陶瓷,压降陶瓷,至少一个陶瓷衬套,以及金属导电螺丝柱;
所述发热陶瓷中间设有第一贯通孔,发热陶瓷表面涂覆有发热薄膜,并在该发热陶瓷上、下两端面分别再涂覆有银胶薄膜形成银胶导电极,藉由供电于该银胶导电极使该发热薄膜获得能量从而使发热陶瓷发热;
所述压降陶瓷中间设有与发热陶瓷中间设有的贯通孔相同的第二贯通孔及数个透孔,在该压降陶瓷的上、下两端面分别涂覆有银胶薄膜形成银胶导电极;所述压降陶瓷设置于所述发热陶瓷之一端面,并使发热陶瓷第一贯通孔与压降陶瓷第二贯通孔对齐,二者接触端面的银胶导电极相互电连接;
所述陶瓷衬套中间设有第三贯通孔,所述第三贯通孔的方向与所述发热陶瓷第一贯通孔及压降陶瓷第二贯通孔平行,所述陶瓷衬套穿设于所述第一贯通孔及所述第二贯通孔中;
所述金属导电螺丝柱穿设于陶瓷衬套的第三贯通孔中,将所述发热陶瓷和压降陶瓷固定在吹风机的马达及风扇支架座上。
本发明的优点是:
吹风机加热模块的发热陶瓷没有与任何塑料结构件接近,不致因发热陶瓷所发出的热能而产生损坏吹风机,因此当发热陶瓷因异常使用而导致散热不良产生高温时,也不至于损坏加热模块结构,有效延长吹风机本体的使用寿命。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作一详细描述。

具体实施方式
实施例,参见图1、图2和图3,一种吹风机加热模块固定结构,包括:
一发热陶瓷1,在发热陶瓷中间设有第一贯通孔2,围绕第一贯通孔设有蜂窝孔,所述发热陶瓷表面涂覆有发热薄膜,并在该发热陶瓷上、下两端面分别再涂覆有银胶薄膜形成银胶导电极3,藉由供电于该银胶导电极使该发热薄膜获得能量从而使发热陶瓷发热,其中,所述发热薄膜为厚膜发热薄膜(例如,碳膜,但不限于此)或薄膜发热薄膜(例如,纳米半导体膜,但不限于此);
一压降陶瓷4,在压降陶瓷中间设有与所述发热陶瓷中间设有的贯通孔相同的第二贯通孔5及数个透孔6,在所述压降陶瓷的上、下两端面分别涂覆有银胶薄膜形成银胶导电极7,所述压降陶瓷设置于发热陶瓷之一端,并使所述发热陶瓷第一贯通孔与所述压降陶瓷第二贯通孔对齐;发热陶瓷和压降陶瓷接触端面的银胶导电极相互电连接,然后接至吹风机电源21;所述压降陶瓷是在陶瓷的表面涂覆与发热陶瓷相同的发热薄膜,所述压降陶瓷与所述发热陶瓷表面银胶导电极形成电路并联结构,参见图3,其中,压降陶瓷另一端银胶导电极经整流电路20与吹风机马达串联,再与发热陶瓷另一端银胶导电极一起接至吹风机电源,此时压降陶瓷在电子回路上类似一分压电阻;利用电压分压原理经整流后,提供吹风机马达构件8的直流低压,使该吹风机马达在额定电压内工作(一般为DC12V~36V);
至少一个陶瓷衬套9,在陶瓷衬套中间设有第三贯通孔10,所述第三贯通孔的方向与所述发热陶瓷第一贯通孔及压降陶瓷第二贯通孔平行,所述陶瓷衬套穿设于所述第一贯通孔及所述第二贯通孔中,本实施例陶瓷衬套为两个分别穿设于所述第一贯通孔及所述第二贯通孔中;
以及一个金属导电螺丝柱13,所述螺丝柱穿设于陶瓷衬套的第三贯通孔中,将所述发热陶瓷和压降陶瓷固定在吹风机的马达及风扇支架座14上。
所述陶瓷衬套的主要功能是提供所述发热陶瓷1及所述压降陶瓷与所述导电螺丝柱间的绝缘及定位。
为了使吹风机使用上更为安全,在所述金属导电螺丝柱和所述发热陶瓷之间连接有温度控制开关15,当风道阻塞或吹风机马达构件8及风扇构件故障时温度控制开关跳开(open),待温度降至额定温度以下时温度控制开关再导通;温度控制开关的附加方式较佳的方案是,在所述金属导电螺丝柱及所述陶瓷衬套之间设有第一垫圈支架16,且该第一垫圈支架形成有第一接合部17;在所述发热陶瓷及所述陶瓷衬套之间设有第二垫圈支架18,且该第二垫圈支架形成有第二接合部19;温度控制开关的两端分别接于所述第一接合部及所述第二接合部,其中,所述第一垫圈支架及所述第二垫圈支架材质为导电材质,以将电源经由所述金属导电螺丝柱透过该第一接合部经过温度控制开关至所述第二接合部供电于发热陶瓷。
由于吹风机系为会产生高热之产品,在所述发热陶瓷及所述压降陶瓷之间设有接点垫圈11,所述接点垫圈接入温度保险丝12作为最终保护,当过热发生且所述温度控制开关故障时,温度一旦超过额定温度,温度保险丝烧毁形成断路,此时发热陶瓷及压降陶瓷电性并联接点垫圈将无电源供应,使该吹风机无法再使用。
如上所述,本发明提供了一种吹风机加热模块固定结构,其可使吹风机加热模块不致因发热陶瓷所发出之热能而产生损坏,有效延长吹风机本体的使用寿命;就产业上的可利用性而言,利用本发明所衍生的产品,当可充分满足目前市场的需求。
本发明上述实施例仅用于描绘本发明,而不应解读为限制本发明的范围。应注意的是,举凡与该实施例等效之变化与置换,均应设为涵盖于本发明之范畴内。

Claims (6)

1.吹风机加热模块固定结构,其特征在于,该加热模块固定结构包括:发热陶瓷,压降陶瓷,至少一个陶瓷衬套,以及金属导电螺丝柱:
所述发热陶瓷中间设有第一贯通孔,发热陶瓷表面涂覆有发热薄膜,并在该发热陶瓷上、下两端面分别再涂覆有银胶薄膜形成银胶导电极,藉由供电于该银胶导电极使该发热薄膜获得能量从而使发热陶瓷发热:
所述压降陶瓷中间设有与发热陶瓷中间设有的贯通孔相同的第二贯通孔及数个透孔,在该压降陶瓷的上、下两端面分别涂覆有银胶薄膜形成银胶导电极;所述压降陶瓷设置于所述发热陶瓷之一端面,并使发热陶瓷第一贯通孔与压降陶瓷第二贯通孔对齐,二者接触端面的银胶导电极相互电连接
所述陶瓷衬套中间设有第三贯通孔,所述第三贯通孔的方向与所述发热陶瓷第一贯通孔及压降陶瓷第二贯通孔平行,所述陶瓷衬套穿设于所述第一贯通孔及所述第二贯通孔中:
所述金属导电螺丝柱穿设于陶瓷衬套的第三贯通孔中,将所述发热陶瓷和压降陶瓷固定在吹风机的马达及风扇支架座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吹风机加热模块固定结构,其特征在于,所述陶瓷衬套为两个分别穿设于所述第一贯通孔及所述第二贯通孔中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吹风机加热模块固定结构,其特征在于,所述金属导电螺丝柱和所述发热陶瓷之间连接有温度控制开关,在所述金属导电螺丝柱及所述陶瓷衬套之间设有第一垫圈支架,第一垫圈支架形成有第一接合部:在所述发热陶瓷及所述陶瓷衬套之间设有第二垫圈支架,第二垫圈支架形成有第二接合部;温度控制开关的两端分别接于所述第一接合部及所述第二接合部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吹风机加热模块固定结构,其特征在于,所述发热陶瓷及所述压降陶瓷之间设有接点垫圈,所述接点垫圈接入温度保险丝。
5.根据权利要求3所述的吹风机加热模块固定结构,其特征在于,所述第一垫圈支架及所述第二垫圈支架材质为导电材质,以将电源经由所述金属导电螺丝柱透过该第一接合部经过温度控制开关至所述第二接合部供电于发热陶瓷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吹风机加热模块固定结构,其特征在于,所述发热薄膜为碳膜发热薄膜或纳米半导体膜。
