Claims (15)
- 权 利 要 求1. 一种软包装锂离子动力电池模块, 其特征在于, 所述电池模块包 括'.电池箱, 其包括用于设置电极接线端的两个相对侧壁;装配在所述电池箱内的多个软包装鋰离子动力电池, 每个电池都具 有正和负极耳;连接件, 其选择性地将所述多个电池的正和负极耳电连接, 以便将 所述多个电池串联或并联成电池组, 并形成所述电池组的正极和负极; 两个正极接线端, 均电连接至所述电池组的正极, 并且相面对地分 别设置在所述电池箱的所述两个相对侧壁上且暴露于电池箱的外部;两个负极接线端, 均电连接至所述电池组的负极, 并且相面对地分 别设置在所述电池箱的所述两个相对侧壁上且暴露于电池箱的外部;其中, 所述接线端在所述侧壁上位置设置成这样, 即, 当多个所述 电池模块在进行串联或并联对接时, 所述电池模块的对接侧壁上的两个 接线端都分别与相邻电池模块的对接侧壁上的两个接线端相面对。
- 2. 根据权利要求 1所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块, 其特征在于, 所述电池组中的多个电池的极耳排列成两列, 其中: 当所述多个电池成 并联时, 所述多个电池的正极耳排列在其中一列上, 所述多个电池的多 个负极耳排列在另一列上; 当所述多个电池成串联时, 所述多个电池的 正和负极耳在所述两列上均为交错排列。
- 3. 根据权利要求 2所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块, 其特征在于, 所述连接件包括两块至少局部导电的长型连接板, 其分别设置在所述两 列极耳上并沿着极耳的排列方向延伸, 并利用其导电部分逸择性地与其 所在列中的极耳电连接, 以形成所述电池组的正极和负极。
- 4. 根据权利要求 3所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块, 其特征在于, 所述连接板与其所在列中的极耳机械连接。
- 5. 根据权利要求 3所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块, 其特征在于, 所述接线端为可导电的接线板, 其设置在所述电池箱侧壁上的开口中并 与所述侧壁平行。
- 6. 根据权利要求 5所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块, 其特征在于, 所述电池组为并联电池组或者奇数个电池的串联电池组。
- 7. 根据权利要求 6所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块, 其特征在于, 形成所述两个正极接线端的两个接线板与一个长型连接板形成为成一 体, 形成所述两个负极接线端的两个接线板与另一个长型连接板形成为 成一体。
- 8. 根据权利要求 7所述的软包装裡离子动力电池模块, 其特征在于, 所述一体成形的接线板和连接板为 U形, 其中, 连接板为该 ϋ的底部, 两 个接线板分别为该 U形的向上弯折部。
- 9. 根据权利要求 5所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块, 其特征在于, 所述电池组为偶数个电池的串联电池组。
- 10.根据权利要求 9所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块,其特征在于, 所述正极接线端与电池组正极通过附加的导电连接件电连接, 所述负极 接<sup>4</sup>线端与电池组负极通过附加的导电连接件电连接。
- 11.根据权利要求 5所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块,其特征在于, 还包括将用于所述电池模块的接线端与相邻电池模块的接线端进行电连 接和 /或机械连接的模块连接组件。
- 12. 根据权利要求 11所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块, 其特征在 于, 所述模块连接组件包括设在所述接线端内的连接孔以及适于容纳在 该连接孔内的螺栓。
- 13.根据权利要求 1所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块,其特征在于, 所述电池箱由绝缘材料制成。
- 14.根据权利要求 1所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块,其特征在于, 所述电池箱为一端可敞开的立方体形。
- 15. 根据权利要求 1 所述的软包装锂离子动力电池模块, 其特征在 于, 所述电池为具有一厚度的扁平状, 所述多个电池沿其厚度方向紧密 组合成所述电池组。
