Abstract
一种能够提高阀门耐流体中的固体粒子、粉末、结晶体、聚合物的颗粒或液滴冲蚀的阀座。阀门的上游流通通道内,安装固定有一端固定在阀体上游流通通道的圆周表面上,另一端贯穿过阀门上游阀座通孔的圆环形衬套的辅助阀座。在阀座通孔的整个轴向长度上,或者在辅助阀座内孔的、自靠近关闭件上游表面一侧的端面沿轴向向上游伸展一段距离(或在整个内孔的轴向长度)的长度上,设置一种沿它们的圆周表面分布的、许多径向向圆周表面内凹入或向圆周表面外凸出和径向相间的障碍物,例如,矩形凹槽、齿形凹槽或者类似的机构。
