Abstract

本发明涉及一种取暖用自循环锅炉,属于锅炉领域。设有水桶,水桶的上侧加工有补充孔,补充孔的位置低于水桶内腔的上壁,水桶下壁开有出水孔,出水孔上安装有单向阀,单向阀与电加热装置相连,电加热装置与输出管相连接,水桶底部的内腔与水桶输入管相连通,水桶输入管与输入管相连通,输入管经压力减小管与水桶内腔上端的空气腔相连通。本发明结构简单、易于安装,锅炉内压力小、使用安全、温水管的配件可用塑料替代、加热速度快。

Description

取暖用自循环锅炉
技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉领域,详细讲是一种在没有水泵的情况下,能将产生的热水通过循环水暖管进行循环的取暖用锅炉。
背景技术
众所周知:锅炉所产生的温水从锅炉本体流向房间地面、床垫或床等等的下面所安装的温水排管从而取暖。锅炉本体连接有两个接口,一个是连接锅炉本体热水的输出管,输出热水,一个是输入凉水的输入管,进入凉水。锅炉本体热水输出的时候用水泵,锅炉本体加电的时候,冷水向热水变化,这时候水泵运转,供给水进入温水管,通过温水管的水进来,供暖区加温,水流变化成低温水,再流入到锅炉本体内,再加热输出水。给供暖区供应热水时,必须要用水泵,或用止回阀装在水桶里面,安装难度大,容易产生安全隐患。压力减小管连接的输入管在输出管下面,压力大,所以锅炉或温水管配件的材料必须用耐高压的金属材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构简单、易于安装,锅炉内压力小、使用安全、温水管的配件可用塑料替代、加热速度快的取暖用自循环锅炉。
本发明采用如下技术解决方案:一种取暖用自循环锅炉,设有水桶,水桶的上侧加工有补充孔,补充孔的位置低于水桶内腔的上壁,水桶下壁开有出水孔,出水孔上安装有单向阀,单向阀与电加热装置相连,电加热装置与输出管相连接,水桶底部的内腔与水桶输入管相连通,水桶输入管与输入管相连通,输入管经压力减小管与水桶内腔上端的空气腔相连通。
本发明还可通过如下措施来实现:电加热装置由两个独立的电加热箱体贴合在一起,两个电加热箱体之间安装有电加热器。输出管上安装有压力安全开关。压力减小管的上端安装有压力安全开关。水桶内腔的下部位置安装有无水感应器。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单、易于安装,锅炉内压力小、使用安全、温水管的配件可用塑料替代、加热速度快,由于水桶内腔上方有空气层,在加水操作时很容易将水注到规定的水位,另外,两套循环系统供暖,可使速度增加两倍。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以助于理解本发明的内容。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,本发明设有水桶4,水桶4的上侧加工有补充孔10,补充孔10上安装有水桶盖9,补充孔10的位置低于水桶4内腔的上壁,从而可保证水桶4内注水完成后,水桶4内腔上方能形一个空气腔11,空气腔11下方为储水区12,水桶4下壁开有出水孔,出水孔经水桶输出管13与单向阀2的水桶方向连接孔16相连接,单向阀2的加热方向连接孔17与电加热装置1的单向阀方向连接孔19相连接,电加热装置1由两个独立的左电加热箱体20a及右电加热箱体20b贴合在一起组成,左电加热箱体20a及右电加热箱体20b之间安装有电加热器23,电加热器23与电线21连接。电加热装置1的供暖区方向连接孔22与输出管8相连通,输出管8上安装有压力开关5b,水桶4底部内腔与水桶输入管14连通,水桶输入管14与输入管7相连接,输入管7经压力减小管6与水桶4内腔上部的空气腔11相连通,压力减小管6的上端安装有压力开关5a,水桶4内腔的下部位置安装有无水感应器3。
补充孔10比水桶4最上面的地方低,注满水时,水桶4上面的空气腔11始终有空气层,空气层下面是水层,水桶4内的水层温度上升时出来的蒸汽从空气腔11通过连接的压力减小管6接输入管7,压力减小。水桶4可以做成圆形的、有弧度的,方形的。水桶4的水通过水桶输出管13供给单向阀2。
水桶的水通过水桶方向连接孔16供给单向阀2,通过加热方向连接孔17供给电加热装置1。左电加热箱体20a、右电加热箱体20b加热的水因为温度上升,有压力发生,单向阀2的止回板15瞬间上升,粘贴单向阀内腔上壁18,防止逆流。从而被加热的水能沿输出管8方向流出,水瞬间移动时,止回板15恢复到原来位置,瞬间上面的水通过单向阀2供给加热区域。
电加热装置1可以是一个电加热箱体,也可以采用两个紧贴在一起的电加热箱体,中间是电加热器,从而提高了循环速度、节省电量,防止浪费。
本发明经散热器散热后的循环水经水桶输入管7重新进入锅炉,水桶4内的水层温度上升时出来的蒸汽从空气腔11通过连接的压力减小管6接输入管7,从而将锅炉内的压力减小到1/10左右。

Claims (5)

1、一种取暖用自循环锅炉,设有水桶,其特征是:水桶的上侧加工有补充孔,补充孔的位置低于水桶内腔的上壁,水桶下壁开有出水孔,出水孔上安装有单向阀,单向阀与电加热装置相连,电加热装置与输出管相连接,水桶底部的内腔与水桶输入管相连通,水桶输入管与输入管相连通,输入管经压力减小管与水桶内腔上端的空气腔相连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述取暖用自循环锅炉,其特征在于所说的电加热装置由两个独立的电加热箱体贴合在一起,两个电加热箱体之间安装有电加热器。
3、根据权利要求1所述取暖用自循环锅炉,其特征在于所说的输出管上安装有压力安全开关。
4、根据权利要求1所述取暖用自循环锅炉,其特征在于所说的压力减小管的上端安装有压力安全开关。
5、根据权利要求1所述取暖用自循环锅炉,其特征在于所说的水桶内腔的下部位置安装有无水感应器。
