所述闩锁可以适合于安装在门柱上,并且如果需要该结构适合于与后部启动单元连接,所述启动单元将安装在门柱的相对的背面上。通过在这种后部单元中使用圆柱锁,并且在每个圆柱锁中具有常规有限的空转,所述闩锁单元可以因此形成,使得通过圆柱锁中的任何一个旋转锁定件而打开。
实施例包括所述锁定件安装在保持部件的盒支架中,以便有所述圆柱锁的移除和复位,例如如果顾客希望所述锁用于常见的上锁而复位。因此,组装变得容易,并且不需要专用工具或者技能。另外,该配置可以有助于重新组装,因此该装置构造为用于左手或右手安装情况,例如,当所述外壳具有用于安装在门柱上的L形底板和安装在该底板上的盖子护罩时。
因此,本发明的实施例首次提供了可包括坚固但是组件简单的部件的结合,以提供可以仅仅是重力偏压或者重力和弹簧偏压到锁定位置和/或可以自锁的闩锁。另外,所述闩锁可以是具有前部单元和后部单元的形式,用于安装在门柱的相对侧上,使得每个锁可以转动以允许通过所述锁定件的移置以释放锁定舌部而打开门,所述锁定舌部随后移动以当门打开时允许撞击臂移动脱离配合。
虽然实施例在此被描述为钥匙启动或者手动启动的,但是也可以设置远程电子操作的实施例作为对钥匙启动器的可选方案或者补充。
因此,本发明自身提供了具有各种特征的新结合的实施例。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1的分解图,示出了用于闩锁组件的前部单元,该前部单元为当锁的钥匙启动发生时自动打开的自锁组件的形式。所述前部单元适合于与图2中所示的撞击臂组件一起使用中配合,并选择性的使用图4的分解图中示出的后部进入单元。如图1所示,该闩锁单元包括从基座单元22装配的外壳20和前部壳体24,该前部壳体内装有用于与舌部28形式的枢轴闩锁件协作的锁定盒组件26。所述舌部安装在壳体24中的枢轴销30上,并且该舌部适合于通过螺旋拉伸弹簧32向上偏压到其打开的位置,所述螺旋弹簧的上端安装在安装销34上,并且下端直接连接到舌部。
基座22一般在平面中为L形并具有侧腿36,该侧腿适合于配合到门柱的表面并通过螺栓38固定到到门柱。基座的主腿39与两个垂直隔开的孔40A和40B对称,并且该腿也适合于通过上和下螺钉42固定到门柱。当组件装配到内部时,壳体24通过一串四个螺钉44从基座的后部进入壳体24而安装到底座,并且盒的圆柱锁46配合在所述壳体中相应的孔48中,而盒的后部的桶状部50配合在下部孔40A中。
因此门闩锁可以安装到左手或者右手打开的门上,该单元可以使基座22旋转180°而重新装配,使得开口40B更低并且适合于通过桶状部50而被配合。
图2的撞击销单元适合于固定到门的边缘部分,并且为此目的而具有L形撞击支架60,该支架包括适合于通过两个固定螺钉64固定到门的侧面的侧腿62,并且支架的另一腿具有整体的直立主体部分66,该主体部分也适合于固定到门,但是通过两个螺钉68穿过前表面而固定。所述主体部分安装有钢制撞击销70。
图3示出了盒26的细节,该盒包括在一端具有圆柱形部分73以容纳圆柱锁46的塑料模制保持器72,和用于容纳转子76形式的锁定件的部分圆柱形同轴部分74。扭转弹簧78安装在向后延伸的桶状部50上,该桶状部具有用于容纳下面将要描述的后部单元的正方形启动杆的正方形轴向孔。当装配时,扭转弹簧78安装为如图1和图3中所示的逆时针方向将转子朝向其锁定位置偏压。该转子具有前部桶状部80,该桶状部包括矩形轴向槽,所述轴向槽容纳从圆柱锁46延伸的常规扁平的控制杆79。圆柱锁通常具有一定程度的空转,以便通过钥匙的开始旋转不转动所述杆79或者转子,而是进一步沿顺时针方向(如图1和图3中所示)动作,然后转动转子抵靠其弹簧偏压,以脱离所述转子的舌部保持指部82,以便释放该舌部28从而在弹簧32的偏压下向上移动,因此释放撞击臂以便相关联的门可以打开。扭转弹簧78然后作用以逆时针推动所述转子(如图1和图3中所示),直到指部82的侧面与舌部28的侧面互相配合,因此保持闩锁机构打开,并当门关闭时容易被撞击销移置。
为此目的,舌部28具有凸出腿部84(参见图1),当舌部在关闭位置时该腿部妨碍与指部82的侧面。舌部的外形包括邻接肩部86,该邻接肩部构造为使得当被撞击臂70碰撞时,舌部如图1所示从打开位置逆时针旋转,以将腿84向指部82的位置后面移动,因此释放转子以在扭转弹簧78的力下沿逆时针方向转动,使得自动实现锁定。
组件的更多细节在图5中示出,其中为了读图的简易,拉伸弹簧32被示出为没有与舌部配合,因此其在重力的作用下下降到当沿逆时针方向被撞击杆推动时其将采用的位置。图5是中心面的截面图并示出了舌部的围绕腿部84的空间,所述舌部的侧面用作用于转子的指部82的侧面的接合件(其在图5中可见)。
现在参考图4,选择性的后部进入单元具有大体为L形的外壳90,并具有适合于通过螺钉93固定到门的侧面的侧腿92,以及适合于安装锁96和启动器组件98的框架94。所述锁安装在帽100中,该帽在框架94的相应通道中轴向延伸。所述外壳90也安装有基座件102以将锁96保持在纽100中。启动单元具有主体部分103,使得所述锁和纽朝向向外的位置偏压。启动器的左手端部包括具有矩形槽的桶状部105,圆柱锁96的操作杆106的端部为了传递旋转力而配合到所述矩形槽中。启动器的右手端部104包括基本为正方形截面的驱动杆,用于配合在转子76的桶状部50中。因此,由于闩锁96作为左手操作锁,钥匙逆时针旋转以进行初始空转,且随后进一步移置以如图4中的视图所示顺时针旋转杆104,因此转子朝向其打开位置转动,并可以在其弹簧偏压下更加向上地释放闩锁舌部。
在这个实施例中,帽100不能轴向移置,或者如果可以轴向移动,其由于杆104而不能完全穿插在转子的腔。在任一种情况下,如果可能的话,纽的任何运动不产生任何作用,无论如何,但是上述的结构具有有用的设计标准,使得所述单元可以在第二实施例中使用,或者至少图4的许多组件都可以使用,因此制造商可以有效成本地组装并对不同的市场需求提供不同的实施例。为了该具有自锁前部单元的第一实施例的目的,帽100不用轴向可移置。
总之,上面描述的实施例自身提供高效坚固的结构,且在组件的数目和装配方面相对简单。另外,一个重要的方面是用手工工具和手握式钻容易地安装到门和门柱上。在门柱的后壁和前臂之间延伸以便安装可选的后部进入单元以与前闩锁组件对准地配合所全部需要的仅仅是单独的孔。相反地,如果在平行间隔的位置处需要用于两个操作启动器的钻孔,用手工工具实现精确定位有很大困难。
参考附图10-14所涉及的第二实施例,相似的部件具有相似的附图标记,即使某些部件的具体构造可能不同。在部件为了不同功能与第一实施例相比为变化的形式的情况下,其附图标记比第一实施例的附图标记大200。
第二实施例的显著不同是没有自动锁定或者自锁功能,而是改为在前部单元和后部单元的每个中设置可锁定的圆柱锁(46,96),并且每个可以被启动以开锁并保持解开的闩锁或者手动锁住闩锁。每个锁可以转动以解开闩锁,并且在这个实施例中,舌部228具有包括指部配合端的凸出片229,因此舌部可以手动升高。在此情况下,舌部的外形被制成具有引导鼻部分231,该引导鼻部分适合于当门关闭时被受撞击销碰撞,以便向上旋转舌部以允许撞击销在闩锁肩部后面配合,而在这个实施例中舌部在重力作用下下降以实现锁定功能。这样的实施例的适应性变化包括在前部单元或后部单元的每个或者两个都不提供锁,而是使用诸如转子的内部部件。因此,用于不同用途的一系列实施例基于相同的内部转子装置。
所示出实施例中后部操作单元的主要区别是锁96安装在可压低按钮100中,且前部单元中的转子276具有受限的轴向运动,抵抗压缩弹簧223的恢复力。该配置使得从门的后部打开闩锁需要按钮100被按压,以便启动杆104向前移动并因此推动转子到有限的轴向尺寸,假设其处于打开位置以与舌部的后表面配合从而通过绕其丸部(pillet)的旋转将其向上推。
然而,在锁定位置,转子具有向上凸出的指部,该指部在舌部的后腿部前面配合,从而防止其向前运动。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于保持门关闭的闩锁,其中所述闩锁适合于与撞击臂协作,所述闩锁包括:
(a)外壳,其中
(b)可移置的闩锁件安装为从闩锁位置朝向打开位置可移置,在所述打开位置中所述撞击臂被释放用于打开门,和
(c)所述闩锁件具有闩锁肩部以当所述撞击臂配合到所述闩锁肩部后面时保持所述撞击臂,并且所述闩锁件具有配合表面,该配合表面在门朝向关闭位置移动时适合于与所述撞击臂配合以移置所述闩锁件,并用于允许所述撞击臂的相对运动以采用所述闩锁肩部后面的位置,
(d)安装在所述外壳中并具有用于打开所述闩锁的钥匙操作的用钥匙操作的锁,
(e)用于锁定所述闩锁件的锁定件,该锁定件适合于在所述用钥匙操作的锁启动时在锁定位置和移置位置之间移置,在该锁定位置中所述闩锁件被限制移动,并且在该移置位置中所述闩锁件自由移动,
(f)所述锁定件以转子的形式可旋转地安装在所述外壳中,并且能够绕该锁定件的轴线旋转,用于直接与所述闩锁件配合和从所述闩锁件脱离,以及
(g)所述转子具有远离所述闩锁的部分,该部分能够与远程启动单元配合,所述远程启动单元能够安装在门柱相对于所述闩锁的相对侧上,用于经由所述转子远程操作所述闩锁。
2.如权利要求1所述的闩锁,其中所述锁是圆柱锁。
3.如权利要求2所述的闩锁,其中所述转子可旋转地围绕所述圆柱锁的轴线安装。
4.如权利要求3所述的闩锁,其中所述转子在所述锁定位置和移置位置之间具有大约20°的旋转运动。
5.如权利要求3所述的闩锁,其中所述转子的远离所述圆柱锁的后部连接到所述远程启动单元。
6.如权利要求5所述的闩锁,其中所述转子还具有沿所述圆柱锁的轴向方向的有限轴向运动,并被偏压到远离圆柱锁的前部的位置,所述转子具有凸出件,该凸出件适合于在所述转子已经从锁定位置移动到所述移置位置时使所述闩锁件从所述闩锁位置朝向打开位置移置,并且所述转子克服偏压移置。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的闩锁,与具有轴向可移置件的后部启动器单元相结合,所述轴向可移置件可操作以远程地移置所述闩锁件。
8.如权利要求7所述的闩锁,其中所述轴向可移置件可操作以与所述转子配合并克服弹簧偏压移置所述转子,以产生所述闩锁件的远程启动从而打开所述闩锁。
9.如权利要求7所述的闩锁,其中所述后部启动器单元适合于被连接以从所述锁定位置到移置位置和从所述移置位置到锁定位置将转动传递给所述转子以允许所述闩锁打开或者锁定所述闩锁。
10.如前述权利要求1-6中任一项所述的闩锁,其中所述闩锁件部分地掩盖在具有凸出部的所述外壳中,所述凸出部延伸到表面槽之外,以便于当锁打开时有助于手动升高所述闩锁件。
11.如前述权利要求1-6中任一项所述的闩锁,其中所述闩锁构造为重力闩锁,并且所述闩锁件是枢轴的并通过重力偏压到所述闩锁位置。
12.如权利要求7所述的闩锁,其中所述后部启动单元设置有按钮,该按钮安装为轴向压下并驱动一机构以使所述转子转动,使得该转子的进一步的动作随后导致所述闩锁件移置。
13.如前述权利要求1-6中任一项所述的闩锁,其中所述闩锁具有自锁功能,并且所述闩锁件掩盖在所述外壳中并通过内部机构可移置以释放所述撞击臂,所述闩锁件从其闩锁位置朝向所述撞击臂被释放的打开位置偏压使得可打开门,所述撞击臂的返回运动促使所述闩锁件克服偏压运动以释放所述内部机构,所述内部机构通过其自身偏压而操作配合具有所述闩锁件的保持器从而关闭所述闩锁。
14.如权利要求13所述的闩锁,其中所述内部机构包括所述锁定件,所述锁定件具有偏压力以朝向所述锁定位置被偏压,并且当所述闩锁件已经被移置远离闩锁部分时,所述闩锁件具有可操作的妨碍部分,以防止所述锁定件返回其锁定位置。
15.如权利要求14所述的闩锁,其中所述闩锁件为基本上整体封入在所述外壳中的层状件的形式,用于在所述外壳中绕水平轴线的枢轴运动,弹簧被设置用于朝向所述打开位置偏压所述层状件。
16.如权利要求14所述的闩锁,其中所述闩锁适合于与可选的后部启动器单元协作,所述可选的启动器单元将安装到门柱的与所述闩锁相对的相对侧上,并且所述锁定件构造为使得其可相对于所述外壳的底座部分运动,而所述外壳的底座部分适合于接收与所述后部启动器单元相关联的启动件,以便操作所述机构并使所述锁定件从所述锁定位置移动到移置位置。
17.如权利要求16所述的闩锁,其中所述启动件被设置用于通过一孔,该孔延伸穿过门柱,该门柱用于将全部移置效果传递到所述转子。
18.一种用于保持门关闭的装置,其中闩锁适合于与撞击臂协作,所述闩锁包括:
(a)外壳,其中
(b)可移置的闩锁件安装为从闩锁位置朝向打开位置可移置,在所述打开位置中所述撞击臂被释放用于打开门,和
(c)所述闩锁件具有闩锁肩部以当所述撞击臂配合到所述闩锁肩部后面时保持所述撞击臂,并具有配合表面,该配合表面在门朝向关闭位置移动时适合于与所述撞击臂配合以移置所述闩锁件,并用于允许所述撞击臂的相对运动以采用所述闩锁肩部后面的位置,
(d)用于锁定所述闩锁件的锁定件,该锁定件适合于当用钥匙操作的锁启动时在锁定位置和移置位置之间移置,在该锁定位置中所述闩锁件被限制移动,并且在该移置位置中所述闩锁件自由移动,
(e)所述锁定件以转子的形式可旋转地安装在所述外壳中,并且绕其轴线可旋转,用于直接与所述闩锁件配合和从所述闩锁件脱离,以及
(f)所述转子安装在所述外壳的基座部分上,并能够通过后部启动单元轴向移置,所述后部启动单元具有一连接件,所述连接件通过所述外壳的基座部分中的孔,用于打开所述闩锁件。
