Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications, and in particular, to a method and system for implementing a mobile terminal status.
Background
In a Home Location Register (HLR) based on a conventional switch, various states of a mobile terminal are defined, including idle, busy, off, out of service, etc. When a calling party calls a called Mobile terminal of a called party through a calling Mobile terminal, a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) first queries the state of the called Mobile terminal from a home location register, and performs a wireless call to the called Mobile terminal or plays a prompt voice to the calling Mobile terminal according to the queried state of the called Mobile terminal. However, in the prior art, the state of the mobile terminal is fixed, and is passively reported to the home location register through a wireless environment for reflecting the current state of the mobile terminal, but the user cannot actively set the state of the mobile terminal according to the actual activity status of the user, that is, the current state of the mobile terminal cannot actually reflect the current activity status of the user using the mobile terminal. For example, when the called user is busy and does not want to be disturbed or even does not want to hear the ring tone of the incoming call, but at the same time, the calling user wants to know that the called user is in the busy state, the called user cannot ensure that the called user is not disturbed or the calling user knows that the called user is in the busy state according to the state of the mobile terminal defined in the home location register under the existing conditions.
The method is characterized in that instant messaging software is installed on a Personal Computer (PC) based on the Internet, and the current user state is flexibly defined through the instant messaging software, such as 'on-line', 'busy', 'back right now', 'leave', 'in call', 'out for dinner', 'displayed off-line' and the like. These current user states can actually reflect the current activity state of the user. Similarly, instant messaging software can be installed on the mobile terminal of the user, and the current state of the user can be flexibly defined through the instant messaging software. For the calling user and the called user, the calling user can directly see the current state of the called user through the instant messaging software, so that the operation of whether to send a message to the called user or not is selected. However, the current status of the user described herein requires that the calling user and the called user simultaneously log in the same instant messaging software and stay online to determine the current status of each other.
With the development of mobile internet, user mobile terminals are gradually merged into the internet. Since the mobile terminal is usually carried by the user, if the mobile terminal can actually reflect the activity status of the user, the mobile terminal will have wider practicability compared with status display on the personal computer-based instant messaging software. Then, can the user set the state of the mobile terminal according to the self-activity state? After setting the state of the mobile terminal, in the most widely used voice service, can the calling subscriber know the state of the called subscriber before the call reaches the called subscriber and choose whether to continue the call?

Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a system for implementing a mobile terminal status in an embodiment of the present invention, where fig. 1 includes a calling mobile terminal 1, a mobile switching center 2, a service control point 3, instant messaging software 4, and a called mobile terminal 5, and the mobile switching center 2 includes a service switching point 20. Wherein,
the calling mobile terminal 1 is used for sending a call request message to the mobile switching center 2.
And the mobile switching center 2 is used for receiving the call request message sent by the calling mobile terminal 1, and inquiring the home location register according to the call request message to determine that the called mobile terminal 2 has signed the T-CSI service of the called mobile terminal state display service. The mobile switching center 2 queries the home location register according to the number of the called mobile terminal in the call request message to determine that the called mobile terminal 2 has signed the T-CSI service of the called mobile terminal state display service.
The service switching point 20 includes a start detection module 201 and an instruction execution module 202. Wherein,
a start detection module 201, configured to send a start detection point message to the service control point 3. The starting detection point message comprises the number of the calling mobile terminal, the number of the called mobile terminal, a service key and calling and called service identifiers. The service key represents the service signed by the mobile terminal, and the calling and called identifiers are used for identifying the calling process or the called process.
And the instruction execution module 202 is configured to receive an instruction message sent by the service control point 3 and corresponding to the state of the called mobile terminal 5, and execute an operation according to the instruction message.
For example, when receiving the call continuation instruction message sent by the service control point 3, the service switching point 20 continues to call the called mobile terminal 5 according to the call continuation instruction message; when receiving the instruction message of the play notification sent by the service control point 3, the service switching point 20 broadcasts a corresponding voice to the calling mobile terminal 1 according to the instruction message of the play notification, and notifies the called user called by the calling user to be in an offline state; when receiving the instruction message for releasing the call sent by the service control point 3, the service switching point 20 releases the call to the called mobile terminal 5 according to the instruction message for releasing the call, and disconnects the communication connection between the calling mobile terminal 1 and the called mobile terminal 5.
The service control point 3 comprises a state change module 301, a request response module 302, a query determination module 303 and an instruction message module 304, wherein,

In step 405, the service control point 3 receives the message of starting detection point, and queries the state of the called mobile terminal 5 according to the message of starting detection point.
In step 406, the service control point 3 determines that the status of the called mobile terminal 5 is other status according to the query result.
Other states include busy, meeting, rest, dining, driving, leaving, and returning immediately. The user can set the state of the user's mobile terminal to one of the other states through the instant messaging software 4.
In step 407, the service control point 3 sends a broadcast notification instruction message corresponding to the state of the called mobile terminal 5 to the service switching point 20.
In step 408, the service switching point 20 receives the instruction message of the play notification corresponding to the state of the called mobile terminal 5, and broadcasts the voice corresponding to the state of the called mobile terminal 5 to the calling mobile terminal 1 according to the instruction message of the play notification corresponding to the state of the called mobile terminal 5, so as to notify the calling user of the current state of the called user called by the calling user.
In step 409, the service control point 3 sends a continue call instruction message to the service switching point 20.
The service switching point 20 receives the continue call instruction message, and continues to call the called mobile terminal 5 according to the continue call instruction message, step 410.
In this embodiment, after the voice is broadcasted to the calling subscriber, if the calling subscriber has no other service operation, the service switching point 20 will continue to call the called subscriber, which is consistent with the user experience of the existing mobile communication service, and thus, the situation that the calling subscriber cannot normally call due to the use habit problem of the calling subscriber is not caused.
In the above embodiment, the states of the mobile terminal may be increased according to the development of communication services and the usage habits of users, and processing manners corresponding to the various states may be added.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the present invention, and any modifications, alterations, combinations, equivalents, improvements and the like made to the embodiments of the present invention within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
