The contact affinity is related to the call duration, the communication frequency and the call time between the associated number and the calling number, and generally, the longer the call duration is, the higher the communication frequency is, the higher the contact affinity is. In addition, the communication time can reflect the intimacy degree between the user corresponding to the associated number and the calling user to a certain degree. The present embodiment does not limit the specific determination rule of the affinity.
In one embodiment, the process of determining the affinity of the associated number to the calling number by the determination module 230 comprises:
based on the associated number and the calling number, inquiring the communication record of the associated number and the calling number from the associated number attribution operator or the calling number attribution operator;
according to the communication record of the associated number and the calling number, the call duration and/or the communication frequency and/or the call time of the associated number and the calling number are obtained;
determining the contact intimacy between the associated number and the calling number based on the call duration and/or the communication frequency and/or the call time;
in one embodiment, determining the affinity of the associated number to the calling number based on the call duration and/or the communication frequency and/or the call time comprises:
setting a determination rule of the contact intimacy;
and determining the contact affinity between the associated number and the calling number according to the call duration and/or the communication frequency and/or the call time based on the determination rule of the contact affinity.
And a selecting module 240, configured to select the collaborative reminder number from the associated numbers based on the contact affinity.
There may be a plurality of acquired associated numbers, and in order to achieve the highest success rate of the called user call reminding through the associated numbers, the selecting module 240 selects the associated number with the highest contact affinity as the collaborative reminding number.
A sending module 250, configured to determine a state of the collaborative reminder number according to an acquisition condition of the collaborative reminder number, and send the state of the collaborative reminder number to the network element responsible for call connection, so that the network element responsible for call connection determines whether to send a reminder to a user corresponding to the collaborative reminder number based on the state of the collaborative reminder number.
And the state of the cooperative reminding number comprises the existence of the cooperative reminding number and the nonexistence of the cooperative reminding number. Specifically, if the collaborative reminder server acquires the collaborative reminder number, the state of the collaborative reminder number is determined as the existence of the collaborative reminder number, and if the collaborative reminder server does not acquire the collaborative reminder number, the state of the collaborative reminder number is determined as the absence of the collaborative reminder number.
In an embodiment, after determining the status of the collaborative reminder number based on the acquisition condition of the collaborative reminder number, the collaborative reminder server sends the status of the collaborative reminder number to the network element responsible for call connection through the sending module 250. And the network element responsible for call connection receives the state of the cooperative reminding number and executes corresponding operation based on the state of the cooperative reminding number. Specifically, if the status of the collaborative reminder number received by the network element responsible for call connection is that no collaborative reminder number exists, the collaborative reminder process of the call is ended. And if the state of the collaborative reminding number received by the network element responsible for call connection is that the collaborative reminding number exists, the network element responsible for call connection sends a request for executing the collaborative reminding to a collaborative reminding server when the calling terminal rings with the called terminal, wherein the request for executing the collaborative reminding comprises the calling number and the called number. And the cooperative reminding server receives a cooperative reminding request sent by a network element responsible for call connection and sends a cooperative reminding instruction to a terminal corresponding to the cooperative reminding number, wherein the cooperative reminding instruction comprises a calling number and a called number. And after the terminal corresponding to the collaborative reminding number receives the collaborative reminding instruction, reminding the user corresponding to the collaborative reminding number of having a new call.

Claims (10)

1. A method for reminding an incoming call is applied to a collaborative reminding server and comprises the following steps:
receiving a request for acquiring a state of a cooperative reminding number, which is sent by a network element responsible for call connection, wherein the request for acquiring the state of the cooperative reminding number comprises a calling number and a called number;
inquiring the associated number of the called party based on the called number in the request for acquiring the status of the cooperative reminding number;
determining contact affinity of the associated number and the calling number, and selecting a collaborative reminding number from the associated number based on the contact affinity, wherein the contact affinity is used for expressing the affinity degree of the communication contact between the associated number and the calling number;
determining a state of a collaborative reminding number according to the acquisition condition of the collaborative reminding number, and sending the state of the collaborative reminding number to the network element responsible for call connection, so that the network element responsible for call connection determines whether to send a reminder to a user corresponding to the collaborative reminding number based on the state of the collaborative reminding number, wherein the state of the collaborative reminding number comprises the existence of the collaborative reminding number and the absence of the collaborative reminding number.
2. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the querying the associated number of the called party based on the called number in the request for obtaining the status of the collaborative reminding number comprises:
sending a user information inquiry request to the called number attribution operator, wherein the user information inquiry request comprises the called number;
responding to a message returned by the called number attribution operator, and acquiring user information of the called number;
and inquiring the associated number of the called user from a service operator based on the user information of the called number, wherein the service operator is the operator storing the associated number of the called user.
3. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 2, wherein the service operators comprise communication operators, online shopping operators and logistics operators, wherein the communication operators comprise the calling number home operator, the called number home operator and the associated number home operator.
4. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the contact affinity between the associated number and the calling number and selecting a collaborative reminding number from the associated number based on the contact affinity comprises:
inquiring a communication record of the associated number and the calling number from the associated number attribution operator or the calling number attribution operator based on the associated number and the calling number;
according to the communication record of the associated number and the calling number, obtaining the call duration and/or the communication frequency and/or the call time of the associated number and the calling number;
determining the contact affinity between the associated number and the calling number based on the call duration and/or the communication frequency and/or the call time;
and selecting the associated number with the highest contact affinity as the cooperative reminding number.
5. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 4, wherein the determining the intimacy degree of the contact between the associated number and the calling number based on the call duration and/or the communication frequency and/or the call time comprises:
setting a determination rule of the contact intimacy;
and determining the contact affinity between the associated number and the calling number according to the call duration and/or the communication frequency and/or the call time based on the determination rule of the contact affinity.
6. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 1, wherein after sending the state of the collaborative reminder number to the network element responsible for call connection, further comprising:
if the state of the collaborative reminding number is that the collaborative reminding number exists, receiving a collaborative reminding execution request sent by the network element responsible for call connection, wherein the collaborative reminding execution request comprises the calling number and the called number;
and sending a cooperative reminding instruction to a terminal corresponding to the cooperative reminding number to remind a user corresponding to the cooperative reminding number, wherein the cooperative reminding instruction comprises the calling number and the called number.
7. The incoming call reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the request for obtaining the status of the cooperative reminding number is sent by the network element responsible for call connection when the calling terminal corresponding to the calling number calls the called terminal corresponding to the called number.
8. An incoming call alert device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a request for acquiring the state of the collaborative reminding number, which is sent by a network element responsible for call connection, wherein the request for acquiring the state of the collaborative reminding number comprises a calling number and a called number;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring the associated number of the called party based on the called number in the request for acquiring the state of the cooperative reminding number;
a determining module, configured to determine an affinity of the associated number and the calling number, where the affinity is used to indicate an affinity of a communication connection between the associated number and the calling number;
the selecting module is used for selecting a collaborative reminding number from the associated numbers based on the contact intimacy;
and the sending module is used for determining the state of the cooperative reminding number according to the acquisition condition of the cooperative reminding number, and sending the state of the cooperative reminding number to the network element responsible for call connection, so that the network element responsible for call connection determines whether to send out a reminder to a user corresponding to the cooperative reminding number or not based on the state of the cooperative reminding number, wherein the state of the cooperative reminding number comprises the existence of the cooperative reminding number and the absence of the cooperative reminding number.
9. The incoming call reminder device according to claim 8, wherein the determination module includes:
a call record inquiry unit, configured to inquire, based on the associated number and the calling number, a communication record between the associated number and the calling number from the associated number home operator or the calling number home operator;
a call parameter obtaining unit, configured to obtain, according to a communication record of the associated number and the calling number, a call duration and/or a communication frequency and/or a call time of the associated number and the calling number;
and the contact intimacy determining unit is used for determining the contact intimacy between the associated number and the calling number based on the call duration and/or the communication frequency and/or the call time.
10. The incoming call reminding device according to claim 8, wherein the selecting module is configured to select the associated number with the highest affinity from the associated numbers as the collaborative reminding number based on the affinity.
