Abstract

轮船碰撞防沉法属造船工业领域,为在轮船碰撞后,船在不发生大解体,船体只有大小漏洞情况下,轮船防沉的方法。取一片片密不透水且耐拉伸的防火材料软布,横向一片片粘贴并用缝纫相连,片片延伸上下左右均皱折用防水胶贴于船底和舱内壁上,最后形成整块软布全覆式的上下左右皱折粘在船底和舱内壁之上。软布两端延伸一截固定在船底上和舱上下的甲板上,再在船底和舱的软布上加段段厚铁条,一段一段并行地横向固定压在软布之上,起横向固定支撑作用。这样当船被撞后,船底或舱破漏,由洞进入的撞物就被小范围脱胶脱壁的皱折软布内陷并绷紧缓冲的包住,水隔于船壁之外起到船只防沉效果。另外,需在软布与支撑铁条上再覆盖一层片片压接的全覆铁皮,以防软布脱胶脱落,并可起到二次支撑作用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及轮船工业领域,具体的讲是一种在船底和船舱加特殊的保护层方法,以防止轮船发生碰撞后,在船体不发生大解体,船体只发生大小漏洞的情况下,防止船体进水沉没,是轮船碰撞防沉的全新方法。
背景技术:
轮船行驶在水面上,常有发生船底触礁或轮船相撞。如碰撞后,船底或船舱破裂而由漏洞大量进水,则船只可能沉没。若有一种方法能使船舱碰撞后,在船只不发生发解体,而只有大小漏洞情况下,防止船体从漏洞进水,而使船只不沉没,若船体不发生大倾斜,则相碰后轮船还可在水面继续航行,并在轮船靠港后修补漏洞继续使用。本新型发明即为达到这一目的的全新方法。
发明内容:
本发明目的是一种在轮船触礁或相撞后,在船体不发生大解体,船底或船舱发生大小漏洞的情况下,保证相撞轮船的船底或船舱不进水,从而防止轮船沉没的全新方法。
技术方案:
是利用以柔克刚的原理,在新船或旧船的船底或舱壁上事先利用密不透水的耐拉伸的防火材料软布,因船底或舱的纵向长度很大,全整块地用防水胶粘软布难度大,可先用一片软布横向皱折粘贴,软布应上下左右均皱折的粘牢,留出一段布片头,然后用缝纫的方法札接后,再片片延长地皱折式粘贴,这样片片相连接,使软布成为整块的、上下左右均皱折地用防水胶贴在船底和船舱内壁,后再在船底和舱纵向大空间加一段段并行的厚铁条,一段段铁条横向压在软布上,横向支撑起支撑作用,这样,当轮船碰撞后,若漏洞进入撞物太大时,可防止皱折软布向内变形脱胶变形太大,而铁条可起到很好支撑作用。
皱折贴好软布和加好支撑铁条后,当轮船发生碰撞后,船底或舱破漏,由洞进入的撞物就被小范围脱胶脱壁的密不透水的皱折软布内陷。皱折软布绷紧缓冲将撞物包住,把水隔阻于船壁外,在轮船不发生大解体只有船底或舱发生大小漏洞的情况下,可保证船不从被撞的漏洞进水。
另外,还要在船底和舱壁上皱折的软布与支撑铁条上覆盖一层片片压接的全覆的铁皮,以防人员或货物挤压,使皱折附壁软布脱胶脱壁,船舱方便货物盛装,且铁皮可起到二次支撑作用。
此技术方案可使船只防沉,尤其适用于油轮,可防碰撞后油轮原油外泄,以保护海洋环境。

具体实施方式:
取一片片横向足够长的密不透水的耐拉伸的防火材料软布,若难以找到不透水的防火材料软布,可在防火软布涂以防水粘合胶,在用聚乙烯塑料液薄薄涂一层,待塑料液干后,胶合紧附在软布上而成密不透水的本发明所需软布。因船底或舱纵向长度很大,全整块地用防水胶贴难度大。故先用一片软布横向皱折粘贴,软布应上下左右均皱折地粘牢,并留出一段布片头,然后用缝纫的方法札接后,再片片延长地皱折式粘贴,这样片片软布相连,最后全整块的软布上下左右均皱折地用防水胶粘贴在船底和船舱内壁。即附图2中的1。软布两上端应上延船上或舱上下的甲板并延出一截,在船底上或舱上下甲板上,先用附图5中的条形连接螺母件将软布用螺栓将连接件固定上紧,再在两上边端的软布用铁条铆紧,铁条边端焊接在铁甲板上。〖参见图2〗这样贴好软布并在布两上端固定好之后,在船底和船舱的纵向上,横向加一段段并行的厚铁条,即附图2中2。压在软布上,起支撑作用〖参见图3〗铁条两上端也延伸一截至船底上或舱上下的铁甲板上焊接固定〖参见图2〗,目的是在轮船发生碰撞物进船体时,软布皱折绷紧,内陷缓冲包住撞物,而铁条支撑,不发生软布大片脱胶,使船底或船舱内部不发生大的变形。最后在船底和舱的软布和支撑铁条上再覆盖一层片片压接的全覆铁皮〖参见图4〗压接铁皮即图2中3,铁皮上两端也在船底上或船舱的上下铁甲板上延伸一段后固定焊接〖参见图2〗。这样就可防人员或货物挤压,使皱折附壁的软布脱胶脱落,船舱可方便盛物,也可起使船底和船舱的二次支撑作用。

Claims (2)

1.一种轮船碰撞防沉的方法,其特征是:在船底或舱内壁上下左右均皱折地用防水胶片片相接式贴附全覆的整块的软布,在纵向的船底或舱壁软布上,横向加一段一段并行支撑铁条,压在软布上起支撑作用,在船底和舱壁的软布和支撑铁条上,再覆盖一层片片压接的全覆铁皮,以防软布脱胶脱落,并可起到二次支撑作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述轮船碰撞防沉的方法,其中所述软布由密不透水耐拉伸的防火材料制成。
