Abstract

本发明公开了一种散热效果优异的LED灯泡。本发明包括灯头(1)、绝缘固定座(2)、驱动电路板(3)、LED芯片(51),绝缘固定座(2)与灯头(1)相固定连接,驱动电路板(3)与绝缘固定座(2)相固定连接,驱动电路板(3)通过导线(7)分别与灯头(1)、LED芯片(51)相电连接,LED灯泡还包括散热灯壳(4)、透光保护罩(6),散热灯壳(4)与绝缘固定座(2)相固定连接,LED芯片(51)与一散热基板(5)相连接,散热基板(5)与散热灯壳(4)相固定连接,透光保护罩(6)包罩于散热基板(5)及LED芯片(51)的外部,散热灯壳(4)的外壁上设有若干个散热棒(41)。本发明可广泛应用于LED灯泡领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯泡。
背景技术
LED作为一种新型照明光源以其节能、环保、发光效率高、寿命长等突出优点正越来越广泛地应用在各种场合。传统的灯泡为白炽灯灯泡,其照度较低,光线不明亮,不节能;在白炽灯泡后出现了荧光灯灯泡,其虽然节能,光线较明亮,但是由于大量使用荧光粉,因此不够环保;目前出现了更为节能和环保的LED光源,随之产生了LED灯泡。采用大功率LED光源应用在灯泡中并代替传统的白炽灯和荧光灯已经成为一种发展趋势和研究方向。由于大功率LED的发热量较大,如果不能及时将热量散发出去,则会使LED由于高温而受到损害,严重影响使用寿命,使得LED灯泡的寿命不尽人意,因此需要良好的散热。现有的LED灯泡一般采用散热翅片散热,散热面积仍然不够大;而且由于散热片之间的空隙呈平行排布,如果风从垂直于散热片的方向吹来,则散热片之间的空隙中空气流通不顺畅,即外界的流动空气对灯泡的强制散热的效果不好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种散热效果优异的LED灯泡。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括灯头、绝缘固定座、驱动电路板、LED芯片,所述绝缘固定座与所述灯头相固定连接,所述驱动电路板与所述绝缘固定座相固定连接,所述驱动电路板通过导线分别与所述灯头、所述LED芯片相电连接,所述LED灯泡还包括散热灯壳、透光保护罩,所述散热灯壳与所述绝缘固定座相固定连接,所述LED芯片与一散热基板相连接,所述散热基板与所述散热灯壳相固定连接,所述透光保护罩包罩于所述散热基板及所述LED芯片的外部,所述散热灯壳的外壁上设有若干个散热棒。
所述散热灯壳的顶部设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内侧壁为反光面,所述散热基板、所述LED芯片、所述透光保护罩均位于所述凹槽内。
所述散热基板上于所述LED芯片的外围固定连接有围堰,所述围堰内设有荧光粉和光学树脂。
所述散热灯壳的侧面设有两个通过轴心平面的对称的型肋,所述散热棒的轴线与通过所述型肋的平面相垂直,所述散热棒且以所述型肋为对称面分布。
所述散热棒呈阵列式排布。
所述散热基板通过螺钉固定连接于所述散热灯壳上,所述散热基板与所述散热灯壳的接合处涂有散热膏。
所述绝缘固定座的下部通过螺纹连接与所述灯头相固定,所述绝缘固定座的上部通过紧配合连接嵌入所述散热灯壳内并通过螺丝固定或粘结固定。
所述驱动电路板通过螺钉固定于所述绝缘固定座上。
所述灯头为螺口灯头或卡口灯头。
所述绝缘固定座采用塑胶制造,所述散热灯壳、所述散热基板采用铝或铝合金或铜或铜合金制造,所述透光保护罩采用玻璃或塑料或有机玻璃制造,所述散热棒与所述散热灯壳一体成型制造。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明包括散热灯壳,所述LED芯片与一散热基板相连接,所述散热基板与所述散热灯壳相固定连接,所述散热灯壳的外壁上设有若干个散热棒,各所述散热棒之间的空隙因此而纵横交错呈阵列状,其散热面积是现有的散热翅片散热面积的数倍,有助于热量散发,而且无论风从哪个方向吹来,各所述散热棒之间的空隙中的空气都可以顺畅地流通而不受阻碍,即外界的流动空气对灯泡的强制散热的效果好,另外,即便没有外界空气的强制流动,所述散热棒本身发热时,其产生的热量使得周围的空气被加热而变轻,热空气也能顺畅的沿各所述散热棒之间的空隙流动,散热速度快,散热效果好,故本发明散热效果优异;
由于本发明所述散热灯壳的顶部设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内侧壁为反光面,所述散热基板、所述LED芯片、所述透光保护罩均位于所述凹槽内,所述LED芯片发出的光遇到所述凹槽的内侧壁可反光,使得光束出光损失小,聚光效果好,故本发明出光损失小、光效好;
由于本发明所述散热基板上于所述LED芯片的外围固定连接有围堰,所述围堰内设有荧光粉和光学树脂,所述围堰使得在生产过程中填充荧光粉和光学树脂时,荧光粉和光学树脂不溢流,效果好,故本发明生产效率高;
由于本发明所述散热灯壳的侧面设有两个通过轴心平面的对称的型肋,所述散热棒的轴线与通过所述型肋的平面相垂直且以两个所述型肋为对称面分布,这样的结构是为了制造模具及生产时脱模方便,模具以两个所述型肋所在的平面为分模面即可很容易的脱模,故本发明模具制造方便,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的LED灯泡包括灯头1、绝缘固定座2、驱动电路板3、散热灯壳4、LED芯片51、透光保护罩6,所述灯头1为螺口灯头,当然也可以为卡口灯头,所述绝缘固定座2的下部通过螺纹连接与所述灯头1相固定,所述驱动电路板3通过螺钉固定于所述绝缘固定座2上,所述驱动电路板3通过导线7分别与所述灯头1、所述LED芯片51相电连接,所述绝缘固定座2的上部通过紧配合连接嵌入所述散热灯壳4内并通过螺丝固定,当然也可以通过粘结固定,所述LED芯片51与一散热基板5相连接,所述散热基板5通过螺钉固定连接于所述散热灯壳4上,所述散热基板5与所述散热灯壳4的接合处涂有散热膏,以利于通过所述散热基板5将所述LED芯片51产出的热量传导到所述散热灯壳4上,所述透光保护罩6包罩于所述散热基板5及所述LED芯片51的外部,所述散热灯壳4的外壁上设有若干个呈阵列式排布的散热棒41,所述散热灯壳4的顶部设有凹槽42,所述凹槽42的内侧壁为反光面,所述散热基板5、所述LED芯片51、所述透光保护罩6均位于所述凹槽42内,所述散热灯壳4的侧面设有两个通过轴心平面的对称的型肋43,所述散热棒41的轴线与通过所述型肋43的平面相垂直,所述散热棒41以所述型肋43为对称面分布,所述散热基板5上于所述LED芯片51的外围固定连接有围堰52,所述围堰52内设有荧光粉和光学树脂。
所述绝缘固定座2采用塑胶制造,所述散热灯壳4、所述散热基板5采用铝制造,当然也可以采用铝合金或铜或铜合金等其它导热性好的金属或合金制造,所述透光保护罩6采用有机玻璃制造,当然也可以采用玻璃或塑料制造,所述散热棒41与所述散热灯壳4一体成型制造,所述围堰52采用塑料制造,当然也可以采用有机玻璃制造。
由于本发明所述散热灯壳4的外壁上设有若干个呈阵列式排布的散热棒41,各所述散热棒41之间的空隙因此而纵横交错呈阵列状,其散热面积是现有的散热翅片散热面积的数倍,有助于热量散发,而且无论风从哪个方向吹来,各所述散热棒41之间的空隙中的空气都可以顺畅地流通而不受阻碍,即外界的流动空气对灯泡的强制散热的效果好,另外,即便没有外界空气的强制流动,所述散热棒41本身发热时,其产生的热量使得周围的空气被加热而变轻,热空气也能顺畅的沿各所述散热棒41之间的空隙流动,散热速度快,散热效果好,避免了大功率LED芯片由于不能及时有效散热而导致寿命减少的状况,使得LED灯泡的寿命大大延长。
本发明可广泛应用于LED灯泡领域。

Claims (10)

1、一种LED灯泡,包括灯头(1)、绝缘固定座(2)、驱动电路板(3)、LED芯片(51),所述绝缘固定座(2)与所述灯头(1)相固定连接,所述驱动电路板(3)与所述绝缘固定座(2)相固定连接,所述驱动电路板(3)通过导线(7)分别与所述灯头(1)、所述LED芯片(51)相电连接,其特征在于:所述LED灯泡还包括散热灯壳(4)、透光保护罩(6),所述散热灯壳(4)与所述绝缘固定座(2)相固定连接,所述LED芯片(51)与一散热基板(5)相连接,所述散热基板(5)与所述散热灯壳(4)相固定连接,所述透光保护罩(6)包罩于所述散热基板(5)及所述LED芯片(51)的外部,所述散热灯壳(4)的外壁上设有若干个散热棒(41)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述散热灯壳(4)的顶部设有凹槽(42),所述凹槽(42)的内侧壁为反光面,所述散热基板(5)、所述LED芯片(51)、所述透光保护罩(6)均位于所述凹槽(42)内。
3、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述散热基板(5)上于所述LED芯片(51)的外围固定连接有围堰(52),所述围堰(52)内设有荧光粉和光学树脂。
4、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述散热灯壳(4)的侧面设有两个通过轴心平面的对称的型肋(43),所述散热棒(41)的轴线与通过所述型肋(43)的平面相垂直,所述散热棒(41)以所述型肋(43)为对称面分布。
5、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述散热棒(41)呈阵列式排布。
6、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述散热基板(5)通过螺钉固定连接于所述散热灯壳(4)上,所述散热基板(5)与所述散热灯壳(4)的接合处涂有散热膏。
7、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述绝缘固定座(2)的下部通过螺纹连接与所述灯头(1)相固定,所述绝缘固定座(2)的上部通过紧配合连接嵌入所述散热灯壳(4)内并通过螺丝固定或粘结固定。
8、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述驱动电路板(3)通过螺钉固定于所述绝缘固定座(2)上。
9、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯头(1)为螺口灯头或卡口灯头。
10、根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述绝缘固定座(2)采用塑胶制造,所述散热灯壳(4)、所述散热基板(5)采用铝或铝合金或铜或铜合金制造,所述透光保护罩(6)采用玻璃或塑料或有机玻璃制造,所述散热棒(41)与所述散热灯壳(4)一体成型制造。
