[0002] LED (发光二极管)是一种固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光,LED具有寿命长、无污染、光效高等特点,正逐步替代白炽灯和荧光灯光源,已广泛应用于景观照明、室内空间展示照明和舞台照明等诸多领域,但是,LED对温度较为敏感,不当的散热,则会导致LED灯具的亮度及电路组件使用寿命加速衰减,解决LED灯具的散热问题是影响到LED是否能够更广泛应用急需解决的问题,LED散热器的产生也必不可少,专利号为201210207131.8及一种LED灯散热器,所述散热器包括与散热源接触实现热量导出的导热板、设置在导热板上的散热肋片,所述导热板背面及散热肋片上均设有散热筋;所述散热肋片另一端设置有用于遮盖散热肋片的弧面顶板;在顶板及导热板上设有透气孔,所述导热板的导热面表面粗糙度小于3.2um,并在其背面设置散热筋,采用先喷沙再阳极氧化的工艺处理,所述散热器结构简洁,散热性能好、通用性强,可配合不同配光曲线的透镜、密封圈、铝基板、胶塞等,易于制作标准化模组散热器与路灯、隧道灯、投光灯等多种户外照明灯具配套使用,但是这样的LED散热器不具备拆装灵活,成本低,散热面积大,防尘防水等能力。

[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便捷型LED灯散热器以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
[0004] —种便捷型LED灯散热器,包括散热器本体,所述散热器本体包括散热灯壳和底盘,所述底盘设于散热灯壳下方,所述散热灯壳侧壁设有8-15排通孔,所述散热灯壳侧壁对应每排通孔的外部设有一对插槽,所述散热灯壳外设有散热腔,所述散热腔末端设有与插槽对应的插口,所述散热腔末端平面上设有散热孔,所述散热孔与通孔的位置对应,所述散热腔为弧形,所述散热腔的弧度为50-70°。

[0014] 如图1所示,一种便捷型LED灯散热器,包括散热器本体I,所述散热器本体I包括散热灯壳2和底盘3,所述底盘3设于散热灯壳2下方,所述散热灯壳2侧壁设有8-15排通孔4,所述散热灯壳2侧壁对应每排通孔4的外部设有一对插槽5,所述散热灯壳2外设有散热腔6,所述散热腔6末端设有与插槽5对应的插口 7,配合使用插口 7和插槽5,可以自由组装,根据实际情况合理安排散热腔6的安装数量,便于零件的更换,所述散热腔6末端平面上设有散热孔8,所述散热孔8与通孔4的位置对应,所述散热腔6为弧形,所述散热腔6采用弧形的设计,既可以缩小散热器的体积,并不影响散热效果,也使散热器外形更加圆润美观,所述散热腔6的弧度为50-70°,将散热灯壳2和散热腔6分开设计,并以插合的方式连接,节省了运输空间,方便大规模生产,采用散热腔6来取代现有的散热片,既可以节约成本,也增加了散热面积,提高了散热效率,加快散热。

1.一种便捷型LED灯散热器,包括散热器本体,其特征在于:所述散热器本体包括散热灯壳和底盘,所述底盘设于散热灯壳下方,所述散热灯壳侧壁设有8-15排通孔,所述散热灯壳侧壁对应每排通孔的外部设有一对插槽,所述散热灯壳外设有散热腔,所述散热腔末端设有与插槽对应的插口,所述散热腔末端平面上设有散热孔,所述散热孔与通孔的位置对应,所述散热腔为弧形,所述散热腔的弧度为50-70°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便捷型LED灯散热器,其特征在于:所述散热腔为冷拉成型的铝合金材质。
