Abstract

本发明涉及一种风力发电主轴承,属于风力发电机领域。特点是:主轴承上外圈、主轴承下外圈、止推圆柱滚子、保持架,主轴承内圈,主轴承下外圈内侧设有两列止推圆柱滚子,主轴承内圈的外侧设有单列向心圆柱滚子,圆柱滚子置于保持架上。本发明减掉了主轴,能大大减小原刚性轴对齿轮箱及发电机的冲击,延长了齿轮箱和发电机的使用寿命,而且很好地实现力的传递,易于维修拆卸。且能承受大负荷轴向力及较大的径向负荷,能很好地适应无主轴风力发电机的工况,满足其受力要求。

风力发电主轴承
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种风力发电主轴承,属于风力发电机领域。
二、背景技术
目前,公知的有齿轮箱的风力发电机结构是主轴承置于主轴承座内,主轴承座与机舱底板固定连接,主轴一端与轮毂连接,另一端通过主轴承座与齿轮箱连接,齿轮箱与发电机相连。这种结构上刚性连接,主轴对齿轮箱及发电机的冲击很大,易造成齿轮箱提早损坏,而且维修拆卸起来极不方便。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的有于提供一种可减少对齿轮箱及发电机的冲击,齿轮箱不易提早损坏,维修、拆卸方便的风力发电主轴承。
技术解决方案:本发明包括:主轴承上外圈、主轴承下外圈、止推圆柱滚子、保持架,主轴承内圈,主轴承下外圈内侧设有两列止推圆柱滚子,主轴承内圈的外侧设有单列向心圆柱滚子,圆柱滚子置于保持架上。
主轴承上外圈及主轴承下外圈的侧壁上均设有注油孔。
主轴承上外圈的顶部及主轴承下外圈的底部上设有油封。
主轴承上外圈与主轴承下外圈由内六角螺钉紧固在一起。
主轴承上外圈及主轴承下外圈上设有通孔。
主轴承内圈上设有通孔。
本发明的优点:
1、主轴承的外圈与机舱相连,内圈与轮毂固定,轮毂穿过主轴承与软连接联轴器连接,软连接联轴器齿轮箱连接,这种结构的好处:一是减掉了主轴,二是能大大减小原刚性轴对齿轮箱及发电机的冲击,延长了齿轮箱和发电机的使用寿命,而且很好地实现力的传递,易于维修拆卸。
2、从主轴承的性能看,它是止推主轴承和向心主轴承的组合,外圈内侧两列为止推圆柱滚子,能承受大负荷轴向力。内圈外侧是单列向心圆柱滚子,也能承受较大的径向负荷。两者结合,能很好地适应此种无主轴风力发电机的工况,满足其受力要求。

五、具体实施方式
本发明主轴承下外圈11内侧设有上、下两列止推圆柱滚子5和止推圆柱滚子9,主轴承内圈12的外侧设有单列向心圆柱滚子2,圆柱滚子2置于保持架8上,保持架10放置在主轴承下外圈11的内台阶上,止推圆柱滚子9放置在保持架10的滚子位里,主轴承内圈12放在主轴承外圈11的内环里,在主轴承内圈12的外侧放有保持架8,将单列向心圆柱滚子2置于保持架8上,位于保持架8下方的主轴承外圈11的内台阶上放置保持架6,止推圆柱滚子5放置在保持架6的滚子位里,主轴承上外圈1与主轴承下外圈11由内六角螺钉7紧固在一起。
主轴承上外圈1及主轴承下外圈11的侧壁上均设有注油孔3。
主轴承上外圈1的顶部及主轴承下外圈11的底部上设有油封4。
主轴承上外圈1及主轴承下外圈11上设有通孔13。
主轴承内圈12上设有通孔14。
使用本发明时,只需将主轴承外圈通过通孔13与机舱连接,主轴承内圈12通过通孔14与轮毂连接即可。

Claims (6)

1、风力发电主轴承,包括:主轴承上外圈(1)、圆柱滚子(5)、保持架(6)、圆柱滚子(9)、保持架(10),主轴承下外圈(11)、主轴承内圈(12),主轴承下外圈(11)内侧设有两列止推圆柱滚子(5、9),其特征在于,主轴承内圈(12)的外侧设有单列向心圆柱滚子(2),圆柱滚子(2)置于保持架(8)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的风力发电主轴承,其特征在于,主轴承上外圈(1)及主轴承下外圈(11)的侧壁上均设有注油孔(3)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的风力发电主轴承,其特征在于,主轴承上外圈(1)的顶部及主轴承下外圈(11)的底部上设有油封(4)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的风力发电主轴承,其特征在于,主轴承上外圈(1)与主轴承下外圈(11)由内六角螺钉(7)紧固在一起。
5、根据权利要求4所述的风力发电主轴承,其特征在于,主轴承上外圈(1)及主轴承下外圈(11)上设有通孔(13)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的风力发电主轴承,其特征在于,主轴承内圈(12)上设有通孔(14)。
