Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种垂直轴风力发电机用的外转子发电机,为解决现有技术中风轮的启动风速高的问题而发明。包括:外转子发电机和设置在外转子发电机上的风力机,所述的外转子发电机由发电机轴,定子和设在定部分外的外转子组成,其中,所述的发电机轴为空心轴,所述的定子同轴在所述的发电机轴外并与发电机轴保持静配合;所述的风力机由风轮轴和风轮组成,所述的风轮轴同轴设置在所述的发电机轴内并与发电机轴保持静配合;采用上述结构,风轮重量通过风轮轴传递到塔架上。避免了直接压在发电机上导致发电机轴承受力,从而能够降低风轮的启动风速。同时由于风轮轴可以拆卸,使发电机制造时更加方便。

垂直轴风力发电机用的外转子发电机
技术领域
本实用新型是一种垂直轴风力发电机用的外转子发电机。
背景技术
目前垂直轴风力发电机用外转子发电机一般都是将风轮直接安装在外转子即机壳上,导致发电机主轴承受风轮的重量而使发电机转子的摩擦阻力增加,从而增加了风轮的启动风速,或者因此而导致需要加大风轮尺寸才可以达到设计的风力发电机的功率。众所周知,垂直轴风力发电机的风轮轴较长,给运输、安装和发电机的绕组下线及装配带来了困难。
发明内容:
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、降低风轮的启动风速的垂直轴风力发电机用的外转子发电机。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的垂直轴风力发电机用的外转子发电机,包括:
外转子发电机和设置在外转子发电机上的风力机,
其中,所述的外转子发电机由发电机轴,定子和设在定部分外的外转子组成,其中,所述的发电机轴为空心轴,所述的定子同轴在所述的发电机轴外并与发电机轴保持静配合;
所述的风力机由风轮轴和风轮组成,所述的风轮轴同轴设置在所述的发电机轴内并与发电机轴保持静配合;在所述的风轮轴上下两端通过轴承安装有风轮上法兰和风轮下法兰,所述的风轮安装在风轮上法兰和风轮下法兰上;所述的风轮下法兰位于外转子发电机上方,并通过螺栓与外转子发电机的外转子连接,在所述的风轮上法兰和风轮下法兰之间设有风轮传动轴筒,所述的风轮传动轴筒套设在风轮轴外。
采用上述结构,将风力发电机的轴设计成两根轴即:风轮轴和发电机轴,发电机轴为一空心轴,将风轮轴底部插入空心轴并锁紧;风轮上下连接翼通过轴承与风轮轴上的法兰连接,通过风轮传动轴筒将上下连接翼结合在一起,风轮与外转子发电机的外转子通过螺栓连接,这样重量通过风轮轴传递到塔架上。避免了直接压在发电机上导致发电机轴承受力,从而能够降低风轮的启动风速的。同时由于风轮轴可以拆卸,使发电机制造时更加方便。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,发电机轴1是空心轴(见图3),定子3套在发电机轴1上并与之保持静配合,风轮轴5穿入发电机轴1中并与发电机轴1静配合,其下端由风轮轴锁紧螺母6锁紧。
发电机的外转子通过发电机上轴承4和发电机下轴承2与发电机轴1连接,风轮安装在风轮上法兰13和风轮下法兰10上,风轮上法兰13和风轮下法兰10内部装有风轮上轴承14和风轮下轴承11,它们套在风轮轴5上,风轮下法兰10通过螺栓与发电机外转子9连接,风轮上法兰13与风轮下法兰10通过风轮传动轴筒12连接在一起。在风的驱动下,风轮带动风轮传动轴筒12绕风轮轴5旋转,同时带动发电机转子旋转使发电机发电。风轮轴5在制造时不必安装,因此给发电机装配式带来了方便。
综上可知,本实用新型将风力发电机的轴设计成两根轴,即:风轮轴和发电机轴,发电机轴为一空心轴,将风轮轴底部插入空心轴并锁紧;风轮上下连接翼通过轴承与风轮轴上的法兰连接,通过风轮传动轴筒将上下连接翼结合在一起,风轮与外转子发电机的外转子通过螺栓连接,这样重量通过风轮轴传递到塔架上。避免了直接压在发电机上导致发电机轴承受力,从而能够降低风轮的启动风速的。同时由于风轮轴可以拆卸,使发电机制造时更加方便。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型的结构进行各种改变而不脱离本实用新型的精神范围。因此如果这些改变属于本实用新型权利要求书及其等同技术范围内,则本实用新型也意图涵盖这些改变。

1、一种垂直轴风力发电机用的外转子发电机,其特征在于,包括:
外转子发电机和设置在外转子发电机上的风力机,
其中,所述的外转子发电机由发电机轴,定子和设在定部分外的外转子组成,其中,所述的发电机轴为空心轴,所述的定子同轴在所述的发电机轴外并与发电机轴保持静配合;
所述的风力机由风轮轴和风轮组成,所述的风轮轴同轴设置在所述的发电机轴内并与发电机轴保持静配合;在所述的风轮轴上下两端通过轴承安装有风轮上法兰和风轮下法兰,所述的风轮安装在风轮上法兰和风轮下法兰上;所述的风轮下法兰位于外转子发电机上方,并通过螺栓与外转子发电机的外转子连接,在所述的风轮上法兰和风轮下法兰之间设有风轮传动轴筒,所述的风轮传动轴筒套设在风轮轴外。
