本发明所述的用光生物聚乙烯降解母料生产拉伸缠绕膜的方法,1)采用的原料为,重量百分比:69.8-79.4%线性低密度聚乙烯,0.2-0.6%聚乙丁烯,30-20%不含开口剂、爽滑剂的光生物聚乙烯降解母料;2)采用单层流延共挤工艺,或多层流延共挤工艺。本发明的有益效果是,用光生物聚乙烯降解母料生产的拉伸缠绕膜,不但降低生产成本,而且拉伸缠绕膜使用后的废弃物由于能自行降解,可与垃圾同步处置,不会造成环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用光生物聚乙烯降解母料生产拉伸缠绕膜的方法。
背景技术
目前企业生产的拉伸缠绕膜,大都采用聚乙烯树脂或线性低密度聚乙烯树脂为主要原料,产品废弃后无法降解,造成白色污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种用光生物聚乙烯降解母料生产拉伸缠绕膜的方法,它既能保证拉伸缠绕膜应有的品质要求,其废弃物又能自行降解,有利于环境保护。
本发明所述的用光生物聚乙烯降解母料生产拉伸缠绕膜的方法,1)采用的原料为,重量百分比:69.8-79.4%线性低密度聚乙烯,0.2-0.6%聚乙丁烯,30-20%不含开口剂、爽滑剂的光生物聚乙烯降解母料;2)采用单层流延共挤工艺,或多层流延共挤工艺。
本发明另一实施例,其采用的原料为,重量百分比:20-30%不含开口剂和爽滑剂的光生物聚乙烯降解母料,74.8-59.4%线性低密度聚乙烯,5-10%茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯,0.2-0.6%聚乙丁烯。
本发明的有益效果是,用光生物聚乙烯降解母料生产的拉伸缠绕膜,不但降低生产成本,而且拉伸缠绕膜使用后的废弃物由于能自行降解,可与垃圾同步处置,不会造成环境污染。

具体实施方式
本发明的生产流程如附图所示。本发明所述光生物聚乙烯降解母料不含开口剂、爽滑剂,因为若用了含有开口剂、爽滑剂的光生物聚乙烯降解母料,会使拉伸缠绕膜的增粘剂聚乙丁烯失去粘性。生产透明拉伸缠绕膜采用透明光生物聚乙烯降解母料,生产非透明拉伸缠绕膜采用普通的光生物聚乙烯降解母料,并按颜色要求加入适量色母料。本发明采用单层流延共挤工艺,或多层流延共挤工艺。按每100公斤配比比例。
实施方式一:
工艺配方:20-30公斤的透明光生物聚乙烯降解母料,79.8-69.4公斤的线性低密度聚乙烯,0.2-0.6公斤聚乙丁烯。
实施方式二:
工艺配方:20-30公斤的普通光生物聚乙烯降解母料,79.8-69.4公斤的线性低密度聚乙烯,0.2-0.6公斤聚乙丁烯。
实施方式三:
20-30公斤的透明光生物聚乙烯降解母料,74.8-59.4公斤的线性低密度聚乙烯,5-10公斤的茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯提高薄膜强度,0.2-0.6公斤聚乙丁烯。
实施方式四:
20-30公斤的普通光生物聚乙烯降解母料,74.8-59.4公斤的线性低密度聚乙烯,5-10公斤的茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯提高薄膜强度,0.2-0.6公斤聚乙丁烯。

1.用光生物聚乙烯降解母料生产拉伸缠绕膜的方法,其特征是:
1)采用的原料为,重量百分比:69.8-79.4%线性低密度聚乙烯,0.2-0.6%聚乙丁烯,30-20%不含开口剂和爽滑剂的光生物聚乙烯降解母料;
2)采用单层流延共挤工艺,或多层流延共挤工艺。
