本发明涉及螺旋形荧光灯领域,特别是一种螺旋形荧光灯管冷端泡的制备方法。
背景技术
一般的螺旋形荧光灯管的冷端泡B都是通过一道吹泡程序完成的,费工费时,而冷端的作用早已是领域内的公知常识,这里也不在赘述了。
发明内容
本发明要提供的技术方案是一种新型的螺旋形荧光灯管冷端泡的制备方法,如图1它的冷端泡A,它的形成不需要吹泡程序,而是在弯管过程中,根据对冷端泡的大小和位置要求,故意在内模螺芯的内模上对应的造一个缺口,然后在弯管过程中当被加热至软的玻璃管进入内模时,由于内模上缺口的存在,玻璃自然变型形成冷端泡如A,省工省时。由于弯管用的内模螺芯非常普通,对应的造一个缺口就能完成本发明,故这里不再赘述了。

图1为用本发明的方法制造出的最典型的螺旋形荧光灯管冷端泡,其中A为冷端泡。
具体实施方式
实施例1:选玻璃管壹根,根据对冷端泡的位置和大小要求,在内模螺芯成型时,制造一个对应的缺口,然后进行正常的弯管工艺,制成本发明的螺旋形荧光灯管。

1.一种螺旋形荧光灯管冷端泡的制备方法,其特征是在弯管时,在内模螺芯的内模上根据对冷端泡的大小和位置要求造一个缺口,并在弯管过程中同时完成冷端泡的制造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是内模螺芯的缺口造在顶部。
