一种宝塔式双螺旋节能灯管,有灯管(2)、灯丝(3)和冷端(1),其特征是冷端(1)为顶部折角式,灯管(2)呈宝塔式盘旋,即从上往下盘旋圈的直径依次增加。本实用新型可以用模具盘绕生产一次加工而成,脱模方便,破损率低,有利于自动化生产,而且便于荧光粉层涂覆,外型美观,成灯照明率高。

宝塔式双螺旋节能灯管
本实用新型涉及一种照明装置,更具体地说涉及一种灯管。
目前国际市场上已有几种盘管式灯管,其节能效果很好,但也有不足之处,即该类灯管或是结构上没有冷端设计,或是在灯管成型之后经二次加工在灯管的顶部吹制形成一个圆形凸起作为冷端。这种设计使生产工艺复杂化,破损率较高,而且荧光粉难以涂复均匀。目前已有的盘管灯设计各圈盘圆直径相同,灯管整体呈直筒形,因此它不但制造时增加脱模困难,影响成品率,而且其各圈灯管之间发光面的遮挡率高,影响了灯管整体的发光效率。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种宝塔式双螺旋节能灯管,它能弥补现有螺旋灯管的上述不足。
本实用新型有灯管、灯丝和冷端,其特征是冷端为顶部折角式,灯管呈宝塔式盘旋,即从上往下盘旋圈的直径依次增加。
本实用新型可以用模具盘绕生产一次加工而成,脱模方便,破损率低,有利于自动化生产,而且便于荧光粉层涂复,外型美观,成灯照明率高。

本实用新型的灯管(2)为宝塔式盘旋,即从上往下盘旋圈的直径依次增加,其顶部折角式冷端(1)与灯管(2)一次成型,灯管(2)的下端装有灯丝(3)。
