技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于阻止在患者的骨盆区域出血的腹腔囊,其包括可膨胀的囊。
背景技术
当前,通过往骨盆腔填塞足够量的消毒纱布以按压相关的血管使其闭塞而阻止在腹部外科手术过程中可能的出血。这种纱布必须在48小时以内取出,以便最小化感染的风险。取出纱布需要另一手术,该另一手术给患者带来很大的损伤并且需要满足手术进行所需的所有条件。
总的目的是减少对患者的损伤并且限制取出止血所需物质所必须的手术规模。
美国专利说明书2003/0236546涉及一种阻止腹腔中的出血(具体地是分娩过程中发生的出血)的囊制品。所述囊设有进口管,该进口管用于用空气或者生理流体使所述囊膨胀。所述囊由能够膨胀的例如聚氨酯、橡胶、硅树脂、人造橡胶或乙烯树脂之类的材料制成,并且当所述囊膨胀时,其优选呈心形形状,以使所述囊最终能够适应需要施加止血压力的空间。囊的表面可以涂覆有或浸渍有或通过其它方式设置有用于控制出血的止血涂层。所述囊进一步设置有用于从腹腔排出流体(血液)的排放管。关于该排放管,美国专利说明书US2003/0236546提到排放管应该具有足够的刚度,以便在囊膨胀时维持囊的内径。
美国专利说明书US2003/0236546既没有进一步指出如何优化囊在腹腔中的定位,也没有指出如何防止囊粘到腹腔中的组织上。
此外,从美国专利说明书US2003/0236546中已知的装置不是设计用在露出腹腔的外科手术过程中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供这种用在露出腹腔的手术过程中的腹腔囊,并且与现有技术的情况相比可以有效地实现囊的定位,同时减少对患者的损伤。
为此,根据本发明的腹腔囊的特征在于:所述囊设置有光滑表面以及一根条带,该条带是抗挠刚性的并且形成为跟随囊的形状,以便定位囊。
通过使用所述囊,相应于出血的压力可以施加到血管上,同时借助于跟随囊的形状的条带优化了囊的定位。为此,必不可少的是所述条带具有足够的抗挠刚度以允许操纵所述囊到适当位置上。当出血已经被阻止并且不再需要所述囊作用于出血时,跟随囊的形状的条带还用于以最小化感染的囊的手术从腹腔中简单地取出。囊的光滑表面便于容易地取出囊,因为它防止粘到组织上。这样,有效地限制了对患者的损伤。
在本发明的另一方面中,所述腹腔囊的特征在于:所述囊被分割成预成形的隔室。
这样可以提供一种具有优化形状并且完全适于用在患者腹腔中的囊。
根据本发明的一个非常合适的实施例的腹腔囊的特征在于:具有三个子隔室,并且条带形成为跟随所述三个隔室中第一隔室的形状,以一曲线从第二隔室延伸到第三隔室,并且在使用过程中从此处伸出到患者体外。
在本发明的又一方面中,所述腹腔囊的特征在于:所述条带包括用于所述囊的膨胀介质的进口和出口的通道。
这是向所述囊供给的一种便利的方式,同时供应的压力大小可以精确地调节成阻止出血。
根据本发明的腹腔囊的止血性能进一步通过将所述通道设计成用于独立地膨胀所述囊的隔室的手段而增强。
在本发明的再一方面中,腹腔囊的特征在于:所述囊的外部设置有促进凝血的涂层。
这进一步改进了根据本发明的装置的止血性能。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1,附图标记1表示根据本发明的用于阻止患者体内出血的腹腔囊。该腹腔囊设计用于患者的盆腔区域并且包括可膨胀的囊2。
囊2设置有光滑表面并为了定位囊具有抗挠刚性条带3,该条带3跟随囊2的形状。
图2示出囊2被分割和实施有三个预成型的子隔室4、5和6。
为此,条带3成形为适合这三个隔室4、5和6中的第一隔室4并且以一曲线从第二隔室5延伸到第三隔室6,其中在使用时所述条带3伸出到患者体外。
图2中的虚线示出条带3中的通道设置用于囊2的隔室4、5、6的膨胀介质的进口和出口。在图1中,这些进口通道和出口通道的开口用附图标记7表示。
所述通道设计用于独立地膨胀囊2的单独的隔室4、5、6。

Claims (2)
1.一种用于阻止患者盆腔区域中的出血的腹腔囊(1),所述腹腔囊(1)包括可膨胀囊(2),所述可膨胀囊(2)设置有光滑表面和条带(3),所述条带(3)是抗挠刚性的并且形成为跟随所述可膨胀囊(2)的形状,以便定位所述可膨胀囊,其特征在于:所述可膨胀囊(2)沿其长度被分割成三个预成形的隔室(4,5,6),并且条带(3)形成为跟随所述三个隔室(4,5,6)中最远端隔室(4)的形状,以一曲线从中间隔室(5)延伸到最近端隔室(6),并且在使用过程中从此处朝近端伸出到患者体外,并且所述条带(3)包括用于所述可膨胀囊(2)的膨胀介质的进口和出口的通道,所述通道设计用于独立地膨胀所述可膨胀囊(2)的隔室(4,5,6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腹腔囊(1),其特征在于:所述可膨胀囊(2)的外部设置有促进凝血的涂层。
