一种L-天门冬氨酸废水循环回用处理新工艺,属废水处理与回用技术领域,将L-天门冬氨酸废水在温度小于45℃、操作压力为1.8-2.0Mpa下进行纳滤,去除硫酸根达98%以上、铵离子达50%以上,再将纳滤浓缩液真空浓缩得到主要成份为硫酸铵的结晶,含有部分铵离子的纳滤清液直接循环于L-天门冬氨酸生产配料中和/或再通过反渗透膜处理后作为锅炉蒸汽用水,彻底解决了L-天门冬氨酸废水的氨氮污染问题,同时使生产用水封闭循环,做到零排放,大大节约水资源,整个工艺处理效率高,运行成本低,能耗少。

技术领域
本发明属废水处理与回用技术领域,尤其是指一种L-天门冬氨酸废水循环回用处理工艺。
背景技术
L-天门冬氨酸生产工艺中,因添加氨和硫酸,会生成含有大量硫酸铵的废水,其PH值低,只有3~4,氨氮高,达到10000~20000mg/L。传统的处理方法有:(1)、送到大型污水厂处理,因废水中含氮和硫量高,用生化方法处理效率低,效果差,只能小比例混合进行处理;(2)、真空浓缩,因处理量大,能耗极大。这两种方法均存在设备一次性投资高,难度大,运行成本大的问题,处理水无法回用。
发明内容
本发明正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种L-天门冬氨酸废水循环回用处理工艺,彻底解决了L-天门冬氨酸废水的氨氮污染问题,同时使生产用水封闭循环,做到零排放,大大节约水资源。主要创新在于将L-天门冬氨酸废水用膜法进行浓缩、分离,膜法处理下来的清水质量指标可以达到锅炉用水指标,可以分别用于生产配料和锅炉蒸汽用水,浓水最后通过真空浓缩结晶,提取出含氮固体,综合利用。具体是这样来实施的:一种L-天门冬氨酸废水循环回用处理工艺,其特征在于将L-天门冬氨酸废水在温度小于45℃、操作压力为1.8-2.0MPa下进行纳滤,去除硫酸根达98%以上、铵离子达50%以上,再将纳滤浓缩液真空浓缩得到主要成份为硫酸铵的结晶,含有部分铵离子的纳滤清液直接循环于L-天门冬氨酸生产配料中和/或再通过反渗透膜处理后作为锅炉蒸汽用水。L-天门冬氨酸废水经纳滤后的浓缩液体积大为缩小,真空浓缩负荷大幅度减轻,虽然增加了纳滤成本,但纳滤膜单位处理成本很低,使整个工艺的运行成本大大降低,经处理后,纳滤清液的COD降至50mg/L以下,去除了绝大部份硫酸根,可回用于L-天门冬氨酸生产中循环使用。
本工艺中纳滤采用二级纳滤,二级纳滤工艺能有效分离出硫酸根和铵离子,工艺中采用的纳滤膜的分子量为150-200,一级纳滤控制硫酸根去除率为90%以上,铵离子去除率为40%以上,一级纳滤浓缩液进入真空浓缩,一级纳滤清液进入二级纳滤,二级纳滤浓缩液返回一级纳滤循环,二级纳滤清液循环至L-天门冬氨酸生产配料中和/或再通过反渗透膜处理后作为锅炉蒸汽用水。
本发明把L-天门冬氨酸废水通过纳滤浓缩、分离,彻底解决了L-天门冬氨酸废水的氨氮污染问题,同时使生产用水封闭循环,做到零排放,大大节约水资源,整个工艺处理效率高,运行成本低,能耗少。
具体实施方式
一种L-天门冬氨酸废水循环回用处理工艺,将L-天门冬氨酸废水在温度小于45℃、操作压力为1.8-2.0MPa下进行纳滤,纳滤采用二级纳滤,纳滤膜的分子量为150-200,一级纳滤控制硫酸根去除率为90%以上,铵离子去除率为40%以上,二级纳滤控制硫酸根去除率达98%以上、铵离子去除率达50%以上,一级纳滤浓缩液进入真空浓缩得到主要成份为硫酸铵的结晶,综合利用,一级纳滤清液进入二级纳滤,二级纳滤浓缩液返回一级纳滤循环,含有部分铵离子的二级纳滤清液循环至L-天门冬氨酸生产配料中和/或再通过反渗透膜处理后作为锅炉蒸汽用水。

Claims (3)

1.一种L-天门冬氨酸废水循环回用处理工艺,其特征在于将L-天门冬氨酸废水在温度小于45℃、操作压力为1.8-2.0MPa下进行纳滤,去除硫酸根达98%以上、铵离子达50%以上,再将纳滤浓缩液真空浓缩得到主要成份为硫酸铵的结晶,含有部分铵离子的纳滤清液直接循环于L-天门冬氨酸生产配料中和/或再通过反渗透膜处理后作为锅炉蒸汽用水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的L-天门冬氨酸废水循环回用处理工艺,其特征在于纳滤采用二级纳滤,一级纳滤控制硫酸根去除率为90%以上,铵离子去除率为40%以上,一级纳滤浓缩液进入真空浓缩,一级纳滤清液进入二级纳滤,二级纳滤浓缩液返回一级纳滤循环,二级纳滤清液循环至L-天门冬氨酸生产配料中和/或再通过反渗透膜处理后作为锅炉蒸汽用水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的L-天门冬氨酸废水循环回用处理工艺,其特征在于纳滤膜的分子量为150-200。
