本发明公开了一种可及时发现火苗并将其扑灭的高温油烟管道中的灭火装置，在所述高温油烟管道中设置有喷汽管，喷汽管的管壁上设置有若干个喷汽孔，喷汽管与蒸汽管之间通过电磁阀相连接，所述管道中还设置有至少一个感温探头，所有感温探头分别与灭火控制器的输入端相连，电磁阀与灭火控制器的输出端相连。本发明中的灭火控制器可以通过感温探头感知到高温油烟管道中温度的变化，一旦发现异常，立即打开电磁阀，使蒸汽管中的蒸汽不断地从喷汽管的喷汽孔中向外喷出，迅速将火苗扑灭，从而可有效地避免火灾的发生，保护相关设备的安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及到灭火装置，尤其涉及到高温油烟管道中的灭火装置。
背景技术
众所周知，热定型机在将织物(如布匹)进行干燥和整理、并使之定型的过程中，会产生大量高温(120～230℃)废气(俗称油烟)，该高温废气中含有由于高温培烘织物形成的产物、染料、油脂以及从织物上掉落下来的短纤维等物质，所有这些物质都是易燃物质，含有这些易燃物质的高温废气在经过高温油烟管道时，非常容易起火，大家知道，火势一旦蔓延开来就很难扑灭，整台热定型机及相关设备都将烧坏，造成较大的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的一个技术问题是：提供一种可及时发现火苗并将其扑灭的高温油烟管道中的灭火装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：高温油烟管道中的灭火装置，在所述高温油烟管道中设置有喷汽管，喷汽管的管壁上设置有若干个喷汽孔，喷汽管与蒸汽管之间通过电磁阀相连接，所述高温油烟管道中还设置有至少一个感温探头，所有感温探头分别与灭火控制器的输入端相连，电磁阀与灭火控制器的输出端相连。
在所述的高温油烟管道中设置有三个感温探头，分别靠近高温油烟管道的入、出口和中部。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明中的灭火控制器可以通过感温探头感知到高温油烟管道中温度的变化，一旦发现异常，立即打开电磁阀，使蒸汽管中的蒸汽不断地从喷汽管的喷汽孔中向外喷出，迅速将火苗扑灭，从而可有效地避免火灾的发生，保护热定型机及相关设备的安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，详细描述本发明的具体实施方案。
如图1所示，本发明所述的高温油烟管道中的灭火装置，在所述高温油烟管道3中设置有喷汽管4，喷汽管4的管壁上均匀设置有若干个喷汽孔，喷汽管4与用于提供蒸汽的蒸汽管1之间通过电磁阀2相连接，在靠近高温油烟管道3的入、出口和中部分别设置有一个感温探头5，电磁阀2和三个感温探头5分别与用于控制其动作的灭火控制器相连，其中：电磁阀2与灭火控制器的输出端相连，三个感温探头5分别与灭火控制器的输入端相连，灭火控制器可以是单独的控制器，也可以是背景技术中所述的定型机等设备的控制器，这些都属于通常技术，在此不再赘述。
由于在高温油烟管道3中设置了感温探头5和喷汽管4，当高温油烟管道3中的高温废气着火时，高温油烟管道3中的温度急剧上升，灭火控制器通过感温探头5感知到高温油烟管道3中温度的急剧变化，立即打开电磁阀2，蒸汽管1中的蒸汽不断地从喷汽管4的喷汽孔中向外喷出，迅速将火苗扑灭，从而可有效地避免火灾的发生，保护热定型机及相关设备的安全。

1.高温油烟管道中的灭火装置，其特征在于：在所述高温油烟管道中设置有喷汽管，喷汽管的管壁上设置有若干个喷汽孔，喷汽管与蒸汽管之间通过电磁阀相连接，所述高温油烟管道中还设置有至少一个感温探头，所有感温探头分别与灭火控制器的输入端相连，电磁阀与灭火控制器的输出端相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的灭火装置，其特征在于：在所述的高温油烟管道中设置有三个感温探头，分别靠近高温油烟管道的入、出口和中部。
