Abstract

本发明提供一种剪切机构,其包括相互配合的第一主体部及第二主体部,该第一主体部包括第一基座,第一刀杆以及第一剪切刀,该第一刀杆具有两端部且该第一刀杆的一端部与第一基座相连,该第一剪切刀包括一剪切部及一枢结部,且该第一剪切刀通过枢结部可拆卸地枢结在所述第一刀杆的另一端部;该第二主体部包括第二基座,第二刀杆以及第二剪切刀,该第二刀杆具有两个端部且该第二刀杆的一端部与第二基座相连,该第二剪切刀包括一剪切部及一枢结部,且该第二剪切刀通过枢结部可拆卸地枢结在所述第二刀杆的另一端部。该剪切机构可适用于不同浇道形式射出成型元件的剪切工艺。

Description

剪切机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种剪切机构,特别是一种对射出成型所得成型元件进行剪切的剪切机构。
背景技术
射出成型是将熔融的成型材料以高压的方式填充到封闭的模具内以制作预期形状产品的工艺,其以低成本、高效率、高精度等优点而被广泛应用于陶瓷、聚合体等材料的产品制作,可参见Leslie J.Bowen等人在文献Applications of Ferroelectrics,1992.ISAF’92.,Proceedings of the Eighth IEEE International Symposium on中的Fabricationof piezoelectric ceramic/polymer composites by injection molding一文。
由于成型浇道的不同,射出成型后得到的成型元件结构也不相同。
图1所示为采用正浇道射出成型的成型元件20,该成型元件20包括竖浇道部200、主浇道部202以及多个镜片204,该主浇道部202与竖浇道部200相连并以竖浇道部200的一末端为中心呈辐射状分布,该多个镜片204位于主浇道部202端部且位于主浇道部202的中心轴AA’的延伸方向上。
图2所示为采用侧浇道射出成型的成型元件30,该成型元件30也包括竖浇道部300、主浇道部302以及多个镜片304,与采用正浇道射出成型的成型元件20不同的是,侧浇道射出成型的成型元件30的镜片304位于主浇道部302端部且位于主浇道部302的中心轴BB’的一侧。由于正浇道和侧浇道射出成型的镜片与主浇道部之间的相对位置关系不同,在后续对成型元件进行剪切时剪切机构的刀口的方向要求也不同,因而需要采用具有不同刀口方向的剪切机构进行剪切工艺。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种适用于不同浇道形式的射出成型元件的剪切机构。
一种剪切机构,其包括相互配合的第一主体部及第二主体部,该第一主体部包括第一基座,第一刀杆以及第一剪切刀,该第一刀杆具有两端部且该第一刀杆的一端部与第一基座相连,该第一剪切刀包括一剪切部及一枢结部,且该第一剪切刀通过枢结部可拆卸地枢结在所述第一刀杆的另一端部;该第二主体部包括第二基座,第二刀杆以及第二剪切刀,该第二刀杆具有两端部且该第二刀杆的一端部与第二基座相连,该第二剪切刀包括一剪切部及一枢结部,且该第二剪切刀通过枢结部可拆卸地枢结在所述第二刀杆的另一端部。
与现有技术相比,所述剪切机构的第一、第二剪切刀分别可拆卸地枢结于第一、第二刀杆的端部,使所述第一、第二剪切刀相互正对并可相对第一、第二刀杆转动,从而可根据待剪切元件的浇道种类适当转动第一、第二剪切刀,以改变第一、第二剪切刀的剪切方向,进而可满足不同浇道形式射出成型元件的剪切工艺需求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步的详细说明。
参见图3,本发明实施例所提供的剪切机构10包括:第一主体部11以及第二主体部12。
请一并参见图4,该第一主体部11包括一个基座110、八个刀杆112以及八个剪切刀114。
该基座110上设置有承载部1102,收容部1104,定位孔1106以及定位件1108。该承载部1102用于承载待剪切的成型元件。该收容部1104设置在基座110的侧部,用于收容所述刀杆112。该定位件1108可穿过定位孔1106并将所述刀杆112固持在所述基座110上。该定位孔1106与收容部1104相连通,该定位孔1106可为螺纹孔。该定位件1108可为与定位孔1106螺纹配合的螺丝。当然该枢结孔1106也可为贯穿第一基座110的内壁光滑的通孔,而该枢结件1108则相应的为可相互配合使用的螺栓及螺帽。
该八个刀杆112呈辐射状地设置在基座110上,其中每一个刀杆112都具有两个端部1120及1122。该端部1120被收容并固持在基座110的收容部1104内。该端部1122包括收容槽1124以及枢结孔1126。该收容槽1124用于收容剪切刀114。该枢结孔1126与收容槽1124相连通,其可为螺纹孔。该枢结孔1126可与一枢结件1128相互配合以将剪切刀114可拆卸地枢结在刀杆112的端部1122,所述枢结件1128可为与枢结孔1126螺纹配合的螺丝。当然该枢结孔1126也可为贯穿刀杆112的内壁光滑的通孔,而所述枢结件1128则相应的为可相互配合使用的螺栓及螺帽。
该剪切刀114包括剪切部1140和枢结部1142,该剪切部1140和枢结部1142可相互垂直设置。该剪切部1140具有用于剪切射出成型元件的刀刃1144。该枢结部1142包括枢结槽1146,该枢结部1142被收容在所述刀杆112的收容槽1124内,所述枢结件1128可穿设过枢结孔1126以及枢结槽1146,从而将剪切刀114的枢结部1142枢结并固持在刀杆112的端部1122处。
由于所述刀杆112的端部1120收容在基座110的收容部1104内,并通过定位孔1106和定位件1108固持住,因此当调松螺纹耦合在定位孔1106内的定位件1108时,刀杆112便可实现伸缩,待将刀杆112伸缩至预期长度便可再通过定位孔1106和定位件1108将刀杆112固持住。
同理,该剪切刀114也可如刀杆112一样实现伸缩功能。另外,由于所述剪切刀114的枢结部1142被枢结件1128和枢结孔1126枢结在刀杆112的端部1122处,因此当调松枢结件1128和枢结孔1126的配合时,剪切刀114便可沿枢结件1128转动,待将剪切刀114旋转至预期角度便可再通过枢结件1128和枢结孔1126将剪切刀114枢结并固持住。
所述第二主体部12与第一主体部11相配合,且该第二主体部12的结构与第一主体部11大体相同,其包括一个基座120、呈辐射状设置在基座120上的刀杆122、以及设置在刀杆122端部的剪切刀124。该基座120上设置有收容部1204,定位孔1206以及定位件1208。该刀杆122的呈辐射状地分布在基座120侧部,且该刀杆122的一端被收容在收容部1204内。剪切刀124可拆卸地枢结在刀杆122的另一端部。不同的是,该第二主体部12的基座120上没有设置承载部,而是设置有可容纳竖浇道部200、300的收容孔/腔(图未示),其可在第一主体部11、第二主体部12相向移动以进行剪切时避免竖浇道部200、300阻碍第二主体部12的运动。
所述第一、第二主体部11、12可沿相互远离或相互接近的方向往返移动,以对射出成型工件进行剪切。
参见图5,采用剪切机构10对正浇道射出成型的成型元件20进行剪切时,可将成型元件20放置在第一主体部11的承载部1102上并使主浇道部202与刀杆112一一对应。此时,剪切刀114、124分别位于刀杆112、122的轴向延伸方向的端部,而镜片204位于主浇道部202轴向延伸方向的端部,使第一主体部11、第二主体部12相向移动便可对成型元件20进行剪切。
参见图6,采用剪切机构10对侧浇道射出成型的成型元件30进行剪切时,可先调松枢结件1128,然后分别调节第一、第二主体部11、12的剪切刀114、124沿枢结件1128转动至刀杆112、122端部的一侧再调紧枢结件1128进行固定,再将成型元件30放置在第一主体部11的承载部110上并使主浇道部302与刀杆112一一对应。此时,剪切刀114、124分别位于刀杆112、122端部的一侧,而镜片304也位于主浇道部302端部的一侧,然后使第一主体部11、第二主体部12相向移动便可对成型元件30进行剪切。
需要说明的是,所述剪切机构的刀杆及剪切刀的数目并不局限于八个,其也可是一个、两个、三个、四个、六个甚至更多;所述刀杆和基座也可为一体的;所述刀杆在基座上的分布也不局限于呈辐射状分布,只要保证刀杆相对于基座的分布状态与待剪切元件的主浇道部相对于竖浇道部的分布状态相同即可;剪切刀枢结部的枢结槽设置也可变更为贯穿刀杆端部的枢结孔,当枢结件为螺丝,或螺栓和螺帽的配合时候,该枢结孔可以相应的为与螺丝螺纹配合的螺纹孔或内壁光滑的通孔。
本实施例所提供的剪切机构10,其剪切刀114分别枢结在第一、第二主体部11、12的刀杆112、122的端部,使所述剪切刀114、124相互正对并可拆卸地设置在刀杆112、122上,从而可根据待剪切元件20、30的浇道种类适当转动第一、第二主体部112、122的剪切刀114、124,以改变第一、第二主体部剪切刀114、124的剪切方向,从而可满足不同浇道形式射出成型元件的剪切工艺需求。另外,当剪切机构10具有多个刀杆及剪切刀时,其可一次剪切下多个镜片,从而具有剪切效率高的特点。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,如适当变更刀杆数量,刀杆在基座上的分布,以及剪切刀与刀杆的枢结方式等,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果均可。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种剪切机构,其可用于剪切射出成型的成型元件,该剪切机构包括:
第一主体部,该第一主体部包括第一基座,第一刀杆以及第一剪切刀,该第一刀杆具有两端部且该第一刀杆的一端部与第一基座相连,该第一剪切刀包括一剪切部及一枢结部,且该第一剪切刀通过枢结部可拆卸地枢结在所述第一刀杆的另一端部;
第二主体部,其与第一主体部相配合,该第二主体部包括第二基座,第二刀杆以及第二剪切刀,该第二刀杆具有两端部且该第二刀杆的一端部与第二基座相连,该第二剪切刀包括一剪切部及一枢结部,且该第二剪切刀通过枢结部可拆卸地枢结在所述第二刀杆的另一端部。
2.如权利要求1所述的剪切机构,其特征在于所述第一刀杆及第二刀杆的数目均为多个,且该多个第一、第二刀杆分别呈辐射状设置在所述第一、第二主体部的基座上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的剪切机构,其特征在于所述第一、第二刀杆分别可拆卸地设置在所述第一、第二基座上。
4.如权利要求3所述的剪切机构,其特征在于所述第一、第二基座分别包括定位孔,收容部以及定位件,所述第一、第二刀杆分别经由穿设过该定位孔的定位件固持在所述第一、第二基座的收容部内。
5.如权利要求4所述的剪切机构,其特征在于所述定位孔与收容部相连通,该定位孔和定位件为螺纹配合的螺纹孔和螺丝。
6.如权利要求4所述的剪切机构,其特征在于所述定位孔为贯穿对应的第一、第二基座的通孔,所述定位件为螺纹配合的螺栓及螺帽。
7.如权利要求1所述的剪切机构,其特征在于所述第一、第二刀杆的另一端部分别包括枢结孔以及收容槽,所述第一、第二剪切刀的枢结部分别设有枢结槽,所述第一、第二剪切刀的枢结部分别经由穿设过对应的枢结孔的枢结件枢结在第一、第二刀杆的收容槽中。
8.如权利要求7所述的剪切机构,其特征在于所述枢结孔与收容槽相连通,所述枢结孔和枢结件为螺纹配合的螺纹孔和螺丝。
9.如权利要求7所述的剪切机构,其特征在于所述枢结孔为贯穿所述第一、第二刀杆的另一端部的通孔,所述枢结件为螺纹配合的螺栓及螺帽。
