本发明公开了一种防爆缓冲储压阀。安装于内燃机气缸盖上的缓冲储压阀体(1),一端设有连通燃烧室(16)和缓冲储压阀体(1)的连通管(13),另一端设有第一通孔(4)的压紧螺母(2)和第二通孔(6)的调整垫片(3),在缓冲储压阀体(1)内设有衬套(15)和锥形密封活塞(9)及其弹簧(8)和密封环(10),在压紧螺母(2)上设有与锥形密封活塞(9)对应的调整螺栓(5),在缓冲储压阀体(1)上设有储压室(11),以及设有沟通所述储压室(11)与燃烧室(16)的第三通孔(12),锥形密封活塞(9)处于最底部时切断第三通孔(12)。本发明对采用高压缩比的内燃机而言,可避免燃烧压力过高带来的损害,并可提高其动力性、经济性,以及工作的平稳性和可靠性。

Description

防爆缓冲储压阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防爆储压阀,特别是涉及一种内燃机用防爆缓冲储压阀。
背景技术
提高压缩比可使汽油机在动力性、经济性诸方面得到大幅度提升和改善,但却遇到了巨大的障碍。这就是但当汽油机在高压缩比和燃料快速喷射条件下工作时,将不可避免地带来发动机过高的燃烧压力和爆震,不仅不能改善动力性和经济性,而且适得其反,反倒造成燃烧过程恶化,并损害发动机的工作平稳性和可靠性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用高压缩比时,可避免带来过高的燃烧压力,不会损害发动机动力性和经济性,以及工作平稳性和可靠性的防爆缓冲储压阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的防爆缓冲储压阀,安装于内燃机气缸盖上,一端设有连通燃烧室和所述的缓冲储压阀体的连通管,另一端设有具第一通孔的压紧螺母和具第二通孔的调整垫片,在所述的缓冲储压阀体内设有衬套和锥形密封活塞及其弹簧和密封环,在所述的压紧螺母上设有与所述的锥形密封活塞对应的调整螺栓,在所述的缓冲储压阀体上设有储压室,以及设有沟通所述储压室与所述燃烧室的第三通孔,所述的锥形密封活塞处于最底部时切断所述的第三通孔。
在所述的缓冲储压阀体与所述的衬套之间设有与大气相通的间隙。
采用上述防爆缓冲储压阀技术,可以实现发动机定容加热、等压燃烧、控压膨胀的工作过程。用于高压缩比汽油机时,不仅可取消电子点火系统,降低成本,而且具有动力性和经济性以及排放性能好的优点。对发动机在冷启动、怠速、暖机、低负荷、低温状态下工作时,尤为有利。安装于燃烧室壁上的内燃机用防爆缓冲储压阀,承受燃气高压后,可自动增加燃烧室容积,降低燃烧温度和压力,避免爆震的发生,并将所储存的能量,在活塞下行时逐渐放出,使燃烧压力在一定的时期内维持定值,从而得到一个宽阔、丰满的示功图。本发明防爆缓冲储压阀,同样可以用于柴油机,以改善其性能,并向轻量化发展。
综上所述,用本发明制出的动力装置,将是一种具有柴油机特征、汽油机特色,并可根据需要燃用不同燃料和混合燃料的高动力性、高经济性以及排放性能好的新型通用发动机。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,缓冲储压阀体1一端设有连通燃烧室16和缓冲储压阀体1的连通管13,防爆缓冲储压阀的缓冲储压阀体1通过连通管13安装于气缸盖17上,另一端设有第一通孔4的压紧螺母2和第二通孔6的调整垫片3,在缓冲储压阀体1内设有衬套15和锥形密封活塞9及其弹簧8和密封环10,在压紧螺母2上设有与锥形密封活塞9对应的调整螺栓5,在缓冲储压阀体1上设有储压室11,以及设有沟通储压室11与燃烧室16的第三通孔12,锥形密封活塞9处于最底部时切断第三通孔12。
在缓冲储压阀体1与衬套15之间设有与大气相通的间隙7,用于冷却介质的流通、交换,保障各密封零件的适宜工作温度。压紧螺母2与大气相通的第一通孔4,通过调整垫片3上的第二通孔6与锥形密封活塞9后面的空腔相通,从而进一步保证密封零件可靠的工作温度环境。
防爆缓冲储压阀的工作原理是:弹簧8对锥形密封活塞9施加的不会产生爆燃的压力pz,并大于高压缩比发动机的压缩压力pc,故在压缩过程中,锥形密封活塞9被紧压在底部,封闭了通过连通管13与燃烧室16相连并与储压室11相通的第三通孔12,工作按高压缩比进行。燃料喷入燃烧室16着火燃烧后,燃烧室16内的温度和压力迅速提高,在无本发明防爆缓冲储压阀的情况下,将引起爆燃。本发明在燃烧压力大于设定的pz作用力时,锥形密封活塞9后移,压缩弹簧8,同时打开了第三通孔12,燃气通过连通管13、第三通孔12流入储压室11,燃烧室16容积增大,缸内压力、温度下降,从而消除了爆燃。当活塞14下行,燃烧室16内压力减小时,储压室11的高压气体通过第三通孔12及连通管13进入燃烧室16,使缸内压力增高,并恢复至设定的pz值,直至储压室11无法供给足够的高压气体,燃烧室16内压力下降,锥形密封活塞9下行,第三通孔12关闭。由于缓冲储压阀开启时的密封面小于锥形密封活塞5的锥形面积,故在发动机燃烧室16内压力低于压缩压力时,第三通孔12仍可维持通畅供压,直至作用力小于弹簧8的压力时,第三通孔关闭。
调节压紧螺母2在缓冲储压阀体1上旋合长度,从而通过调整垫片3调节弹簧8的压缩长度,压紧螺母2旋出缓冲储压阀体1一定距离,调整垫片3就后退一定距离,弹簧8的长度就伸长一点,压力就变小,压紧螺母2旋入缓冲储压阀体1一定距离,调整垫片3就前进一定距离,弹簧8的长度就缩短一点,压力就变大,从而通过压紧螺母2和调整垫片3调节弹簧8对锥形密封活塞9的压力,即调整许用压力pz
锥形密封活塞9的极限升程,通过调整螺栓5与锥形密封活塞9顶部之间的间隙控制。
本发明也可用于其它需要抑止瞬时压力过快增长,防爆、缓冲、储压的场合。

Claims (2)

1.一种防爆缓冲储压阀,其特征是:安装于内燃机气缸盖上的缓冲储压阀体(1),一端设有连通燃烧室(16)和所述的缓冲储压阀体(1)的连通管(13),另一端设有第一通孔(4)的压紧螺母(2)和第二通孔(6)的调整垫片(3),在所述的缓冲储压阀体(1)内设有衬套(15)和锥形密封活塞(9)及其弹簧(8)和密封环(10),在所述的压紧螺母(2)上设有与所述的锥形密封活塞(9)对应的调整螺栓(5),在所述的缓冲储压阀体(1)上设有储压室(11),以及设有沟通所述储压室(11)与所述燃烧室(16)的第三通孔(12),所述的锥形密封活塞(9)处于最底部时切断所述的第三通孔(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆缓冲储压阀,其特征是:在所述的缓冲储压阀体(1)与所述的衬套(15)之间设有与大气相通的间隙(7)。
