技术领域
本发明涉及化工产品及其制备方法,特别是一种高温涂装隔离膜及其制备方法。 
背景技术
目前,国内外有关适用于100℃-200℃如氨基烘漆、粉末涂料或有机硅耐高温涂料等烘烤型涂料涂装隔膜技术既资料无报导,也无产品面市。 
发明内容
为了填补高温涂装隔离膜空白,本发明的目的是提供一种高温涂装隔离膜及其制备方法。 
本发明的技术方案是: 
1.本发明选用的原材料是:582#树脂、86#树脂、机油、钙基脂、钠基脂、二丁酯、二甲苯、消泡剂和流平剂。 
2.本发明的具体生产工艺过程是:溶解、中速分散、检测和过滤。 
本发明的特点是:①适用于100℃-200℃烘烤型涂料涂装隔离。②适用于多种高温涂料材质,刷涂和喷涂均可,施工方便。③可完全替代了现有的高温涂装隔离方式,填补了国际空白,适用性强,推广应用价值大。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明的技术内容进行详细描述。 
1.本发明选用的原材料及其重量百分比是: 
①582#树脂:    7%-9%; 
②86#树脂:     43.5%-45.5%; 
③机油:            11.6%-13.6%; 
④钙基脂:          11.8%-13.8%; 
⑤钠基脂:          10.6%-12.6%; 
⑥二丁酯:          3.8%-5.8%; 
⑦二甲苯:          4.5%-6.5%; 
⑧消泡剂BYK141:    0.1%; 
⑨流平剂BYK306:    0.1%。 
2.本发明的具体生产工艺过程是: 
(1)溶解: 
将原材料①582#树脂、②86#树脂和⑦二甲苯加入调漆罐中,开动搅拌溶解。 
(2)中速分散: 
将原材料③机油、④钙基脂、⑤钠基脂、⑥二丁酯、⑧消泡剂BYK141和⑨流平剂BYK306加入调漆罐,中速分散600r/min 1h左右。 
(3)检测: 
从调漆罐中取样,按下表技术指标进行检测。

(4)过滤: 
对检测合格的混合液,用100目丝绢或钢丝网过滤后便获得本发明的最终成品。 
最佳实施例(以生产本发明产品1T为例): 
选用的各种原材料重量为: 
①582#树脂:      80kg; 
②86#树脂:       445kg; 
③机油:          126kg; 
④钙基脂:        128kg; 
⑤钠基脂:        116kg; 
⑥二丁酯:        48kg; 
⑦二甲苯:        55kg; 
⑧消泡剂BYK141:  1kg; 
⑨流平剂BYK306:  1kg。

1.一种高温涂装隔离膜,其特征在于它选用的原材料及其重量百分比是:
①582#树脂:                 7%-9%;
②86#树脂:                  43.5%-45.5%;
③机油:                     11.6%-13.6%;
④钙基脂:                   11.8%-13.8%;
⑤钠基脂:                   10.6%-12.6%;
⑥二丁酯:                   3.8%-5.8%;
⑦二甲苯:                   4.5%-6.5%;
⑧消泡剂BYK141:             0.1%;
⑨流平剂BYK306:             0.1%。
2.一种生产权利要求1所述的高温涂装隔离膜的制备方法,其特征在于它的具体生产工艺过程是:
(1)溶解:
将原材料①582#树脂、②86#树脂和⑦二甲苯加入调漆罐中,开动搅拌溶解;
(2)中速分散:
将原材料③机油、④钙基脂、⑤钠基脂、⑥二丁酯、⑧消泡剂BYK141和⑨流平剂BYK306加入调漆罐,中速分散600r/min 1h;
(3)检测:
从调漆罐中取样,按下表技术指标进行检测;

(4)过滤:
