Abstract

本发明公开了一种空腔脏器取材装置,适用于不同大小的空腔脏器取材,其结构包括基板、可移动固定夹、可滑动弓形架、弓形架滑槽,所述的基板上设有纵横方向刻度尺,所述的可滑动弓形架横梁可供置入取材刀具进行直线方向取材。本发明的一种空腔脏器取材装置,具有结构简单,使用方便,可以直接测量肿瘤大小,有效地完成病理组织取材工作等优点,由于可移动固定夹能前后调节,所以不仅能进行常规空腔脏器取材,而且还可进行大组织空腔脏器取材。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空腔脏器取材装置,具体地说是一种可以适用于不同大小的空腔脏器取材的空腔脏器取材装置。
背景技术
上世纪60年代,病理大切片技术问世以来,大切片以观察病变范围及周围组织全面而受到临床和病理工作者的重视,以往大组织及常规组织取材,由于受到取材者个人技术的限制,组织片取材厚度不均,表面呈波浪形,组织面间不平行,使得切片的后续制作难度加大,耗时耗力,其中尤以取材环节直接影响切片质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题针对现有技术所存在的缺陷而提供一种空腔脏器取材装置,解决现有技术存在的空腔脏器大切片过程中没有专用器材导致切片质量下降的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:空腔脏器取材装置,其结构包括基板、可移动固定夹、可滑动弓形架、弓形架滑槽,所述的可滑动弓形架在基板上开设的弓形架滑槽内可滑动;所述的靠近弓形架滑槽的边缘设置有用来固定组织的可移动固定夹。
所述的可移动固定夹包括大、小固定夹;上下两端为大固定夹,大固定夹的内侧设置小固定夹;大固定夹可为两个,小固定夹可为四个。
所述的基板上设有纵横方向刻度尺;所述的纵横刻度尺相互垂直并均设置于小固定夹内侧方位。
所述的可滑动弓形架包括横梁和两端的竖臂;所述的两端的竖臂置于弓形架滑槽中;所述的横梁上设置有安装取材刀具工作位。
本发明的一种空腔脏器取材装置与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明的空腔脏器取材装置,具有结构简单,使用方便等优点,可以用三刃取材刀在空腔取材台上取材,也可以直接测量肿瘤大小,能有效地完成病理组织取材工作,由于移动压板可以活动调节,所以不仅可以进行常规空腔脏器取材,而且还可以进行大组织空腔脏器取材。

其中:1、基板;2、大固定夹;3、小固定夹;4、可滑动弓形架;5、弓形架滑槽;6、纵向刻度尺;7、横向刻度尺。
具体实施方式
根据图所示,一种空腔脏器取材装置,其结构包括基板1、大小固定夹2、3,所述的基板1上设有弓形架4及滑槽5。所述的可滑动弓形架在基板上开设的弓形架滑槽内可滑动;所述的可滑动弓形架包括横梁和两端的竖臂;所述的两端的竖臂置于弓形架滑槽中;所述的靠近弓形架滑槽的边缘设置有用来固定组织的可移动固定夹。可以根据组织大小进行上下左右调节宽度后固定组织,适用于不同大小的空腔脏器取材。所述的可滑动弓形架4横梁可供置入取材刀具进行直线方向取材。
所述的基板上设有纵横方向刻度尺6、7,所述的纵横刻度尺相互垂直并均设置于小固定夹内侧方位。可以直接测量肿瘤大小,能有效地完成病理组织取材工作。

Claims (4)

1.空腔脏器取材装置,其特征是:其结构包括基板、可移动固定夹、可滑动弓形架和弓形架滑槽,所述的可滑动弓形架在基板上开设的弓形架滑槽内可滑动,所述可滑动弓形架的横梁上设置有安装取材刀具工作位;靠近弓形架滑槽的边缘设置有用来固定组织的可移动固定夹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空腔脏器取材装置,其特征是:所述的可移动固定夹包括两个大固定夹和四个小固定夹;所述两个大固定夹位于基板两端,在所述两个大固定夹间设有四个小固定夹。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的空腔脏器取材装置,其特征是:所述的基板上设有纵横方向刻度尺;所述的纵横方向刻度尺相互垂直并均设置于小固定夹内侧方位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空腔脏器取材装置,其特征是:所述可滑动弓形架还包括两端的竖臂,所述两端的竖臂置于弓形架滑槽中。
