Abstract

本发明涉及一种高浓度混合酒精燃料及其制造方法,具体是将酒精、石脑油、异丙基酒精、丁醇酒精、甲苯按照一定比例混合,即可得到成品。该高浓度混合酒精燃料生产成本比较低,与传统燃料相比大大的降低了排放量,并且燃烧率高、燃烧热量充足。

技术领域
本发明涉及发动机所用燃料及其生产方法,特别是涉及到一种高浓度混合酒精燃料及其制造方法。
背景技术
普通燃料是不可在生能源,随着人类社会的进步正逐渐消耗待尽,同时普通燃料的燃烧率不高,燃烧热量不足,有些燃料含水分过高,容易使发动机发生腐蚀,燃烧不完全,燃烧过后还会产生许多残渣,对环境产生污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种燃烧率高、燃烧热量充足、低含水量、燃烧残留物环保的高浓度混合酒精燃料及其制造方法。
本发明以甲醇或乙醇为主要原料,加入异炳基酒精、丁醇酒精、甲苯、石脑油等,将上述成分按照一定比例的混合,即可得到高浓度混合酒精燃料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明的高浓度混合酒精燃料当中,对于高浓度混合酒精燃料总体积,甲醇或乙醇占总体积的35-45%,石脑油占总体积的15-25%,异丙基酒精占总体积的2-15%,丁醇酒精占总体积的3-8%,甲苯占总体积的15-25%。
将上述各化学材料进行混合,最终制成高浓度混合酒精燃料。
具体实施方式
实施例1。按照下列步骤制作本发明的高浓度混合酒精燃料:
a、在综合罐中加入乙醇350毫升,再加入200毫升的石脑油,然后加入150毫升的异丙基酒精,加入50毫升丁醇酒精,再加入250毫升的甲苯。
b、将综合罐中的混合物进行混合搅拌均匀,得到成品。

1、一种高浓度混合酒精燃料及其制造方法,其特征在于:该高浓度混合酒精燃料原料组成的体积百分比如下:
乙醇         35~45%    石脑油     15~25%
异丙基酒精   2~15%     丁醇酒精    3~8%
甲苯         15~25%
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种高浓度混合酒精燃料及其制造方法,其特征在于:乙醇可以用甲醇代替·
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种高浓度混合酒精燃料及其制造方法,其特征在于:按下述步骤制作:
a、在综合罐中加入乙醇、石脑油、异丙基酒精、丁醇酒精、甲苯;
b、将综合罐中的混合物进行混合搅拌均匀,得到成品·
