一种磁性矿的选矿方法
技术领域
本发明属于选矿技术领域,具体涉及一种强磁性矿粒的选矿方法。
背景技术
选别强磁性矿石的效果不仅取决于组成矿物的比磁化率的差异,还决定于组成矿物的剩磁和矫顽力的大小。现有技术的选矿是直接将矿粒经过弱磁场磁选机进行选矿,对于磁性较强的矿粒(最大磁化比率在15~20×10-63/千克),磁选的效果非常好;但对于磁性不强的矿粒来说,磁选的效果就稍差一些。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种更加适合于磁性不是很强的矿粒的磁选方法,从而提高了磁选精矿的品味,降低了尾矿品味。
本发明具体是通过如下的技术方案来实现其目的:
一种磁性矿的选矿方法,其特征是,先将磁性矿浆磁化后再进入弱磁场磁选机分离。所述的磁性矿浆是磁化率为5~15×10-63/千克;
具体是:先将所述的磁性矿浆磁化到磁化率为15~30×10-63/千克后再进入弱磁场磁选机分离。
本发明的方案进一步是:先将所述的磁性矿浆磁化到磁化率为20~30×10-63/千克后再进入弱磁场磁选机分离。
所述的磁性矿浆在予磁器中进行磁化,予磁器的磁场强度为400×80A/m,磁化时间为0.2~10秒。所述的予磁器电磁或者永磁。
本发明的方法适合于磁化率不高的矿浆,特别适合于局部氧化的剩磁和矫顽力比较大的矿浆。
本发明的原理是:矿粒经过磁化后彼此团聚成糍团,这种糍团在离开磁场后,由于具有较大的剩磁和矫顽力,所以仍然保留下来进入磁力脱水槽或进入弱磁场分选设备进行选别,由于糍团所受的磁力和重力要比单个矿粒大的多,从而加速细颗粒的沉降,对选别设备的分选效果起到良好作用,明显改善选别指标。
本发明所具有益效果在于:通过本发明的方法可以提高精矿品味,降低尾矿品味,提高了回收率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式详细叙述本发明的方案和效果:
实施例
采用电磁予磁器。该予磁器是由绕在铜管上的圆柱形电磁线圈组成。线圈中通入直流电形成强度为400×80A/m的磁场。
在矿浆进入弱磁场选别设备之前,先通过予磁器铜管,在铜管中停留时间为0.2~10秒,将矿浆磁化到15~30×10-63/千克后再进入弱磁场磁选机分离。
对比例
矿浆不经过予磁器直接进入弱磁场选别设备。

1.一种磁性矿的选矿方法,其特征是,先将磁性矿浆磁化到磁化率为15~30×10-63/千克后再进入弱磁场磁选机分离;并且所述的磁性矿浆在予磁器中进行磁化,予磁器的磁场强度为400×80A/m,磁化时间为0.2~10秒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁性矿的选矿方法,其特征是,先将所述的磁性矿浆磁化到磁化率为20~30×10-63/千克后再进入弱磁场磁选机分离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁性矿的选矿方法,其特征是,所述的予磁器电磁或者永磁。
