本发明涉及一种用于采矿业和采石业的衬垫(liner)部件。本发明进一步涉及一种用于在采矿业和采石业中处理块状矿石/块状材料的耐磨损并且耐冲击的衬垫部件。
背景技术
目前,用于承受载荷并且因此磨损的材料是橡胶、铸件、白铁合金以及各种级别的耐磨损衬垫。然而,没有已知可以用于抵抗块状矿石/材料的适当的材料。因此,存在提供用于衬垫部件的材料的需求,该材料抵抗块状材料的磨损和冲击,并且还具有适当的刚性。
发明内容
本发明的目的
本发明的目的是提供耐磨损和耐冲击并且具有刚性的衬垫部件。
本发明的另一个目的是提供具有较长的寿命从而节约成本的衬垫部件。
本发明的又一个目的是提供可以防止槽或料斗的母板被损坏的衬垫部件。
通过随后的说明,本发明的这些和其它目的将变得明显。
本发明的简要说明
根据本发明,提供一种用于采矿业和采石业的耐磨损和耐冲击的衬垫部件,该衬垫部件包括刚性地支撑在钢板上的橡胶基体,所述橡胶基体设置有彼此间隔开的多个钢带。
本发明的其它特征如下:
(a)所述钢板设置有多个装配孔,该装配孔被设计成用于将衬垫部件与用来处理固体材料的槽/料斗的母板固定。
(b)沉孔设置在橡胶基体中,用于固定和插入。
(c)所述钢带被垂直插入橡胶基体中。
(d)在一个变形例中,钢带的下端被支撑在钢板上。
(e)在另一个变形例中,钢带的下端接近所述钢板并且位于所述钢板的上方。
(f)基于被处理的材料的块尺寸设置钢带的数量和间隔。

具体实施方式
从图(1)中看出,由耐磨损和耐冲击的橡胶制成的衬垫(1)具有橡胶部(2)和虚线示出的纵向设置的钢带(3)。从而,根据需求和状况的危急程度在预先选定的位置处设置多个这样的钢带。在图(2)、图(3)和图(4)中更详细地示出了这些钢带的设置方式。图(1)还用虚线示出设置在橡胶上的用于固定和插入的沉孔(counter hole)(4)。
在其它图中更清楚地示出了支撑钢板上的装配孔(5),该装配孔(5)用于固定作为材料处理装置和使用根据本发明的部件的主要装置的槽/料斗的母板。
图(2)示出本发明的实施例的主截面。图(2)示出橡胶部(1)、支撑钢板(2)、被固定到支撑钢板并且被支撑在支撑钢板上的垂直插入的钢带(3)。该图还清楚地示出了沉孔(4)和装配孔(5)。
图(3)与图(2)稍微不同之处在于,钢带在离开钢板少许距离的位置处终止,从而没有被支撑在支撑钢板上。
图(4)是图(2)的局部等轴视图。
衬垫部件主要用于抵抗以一定的速度移动的高达3~4吨块的块状矿石/材料。与目前为止的其它衬垫相比,该衬垫部件确保了更长的寿命。该衬垫部件防止槽和料斗的母板同时被损坏,并且降低了整体成本。
本发明的衬垫的工作原理
在块状物撞击钢带之后,作用力将被分成各个方向的作用力。由于橡胶的缓冲性能,仅垂直方向的力将作用在钢带上,其它剪切力将被橡胶吸收,由于橡胶的弹性,橡胶将恢复其原来的形状。磨损将很少或者不存在,并且不存在永久变形。
从而,总的冲击力既没有作用在钢带上,也没有作用在橡胶上。钢带和橡胶共同承受力。在浮装钢带和橡胶的情况下,垂直方向的力也将被传递到橡胶。
在操作过程中,钢带确保橡胶不会被穿透。
权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.一种耐磨损和耐冲击的衬垫部件,其用于采矿业和采石业,该衬垫部件包括刚性地支撑在钢板上的橡胶基体,所述橡胶基体设置有彼此间隔开的多个钢带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损和耐冲击的衬垫部件,其特征在于,所述钢板设置有多个装配孔,该装配孔被设计成用于将所述衬垫部件与用于处理固体材料的槽/料斗的母板固定。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的耐磨损和耐冲击的衬垫部件,其特征在于,沉孔设置在橡胶基体中,用于固定和插入。
4.根据权利要求1和3所述的耐磨损和耐冲击的衬垫部件,其特征在于,所述钢带被垂直地插入所述橡胶基体中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐磨损和耐冲击的衬垫部件,其特征在于,所述钢带的下端被支撑在所述钢板上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的耐磨损和耐冲击的衬垫部件,其特征在于,所述钢带的下端接近所述钢板并且位于所述钢板的上方。
7.根据权利要求1至6所述的耐磨损和耐冲击的衬垫部件,其特征在于,基于被处理的材料的块尺寸设计钢带的数量和间隔。
8.一种耐磨损和耐冲击的衬垫部件,其实质上由这里参照附图所作的说明限定。

1.一种耐磨损和耐冲击的衬垫部件,其用于采矿业和采石业,该衬垫部件包括刚性地支撑在钢板上的橡胶基体,所述橡胶基体设置有彼此间隔开的多个钢带。
