技术领域
本实用新型涉及高炉炉顶落料落斗,具体涉及一种耐磨滞料缓速带衬板料斗。
背景技术
炼铁厂的高炉炉顶的料仓下料装置,长期不间断向高炉内输送破碎矿石、球团矿、焦炭、辅助炼铁材料等,根据料仓大小,料斗衬板需要承万吨至几十万吨的矿料冲击冲刷,而现有的料斗衬板其内侧表面多为平整结构,料斗在下落过程中与内衬衬板滑动接触,造成衬板严重磨损,需要经常更换内衬衬板。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供耐磨的、使用寿命长的滞料缓速带衬板料斗。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种滞料缓速带衬板料斗,包括壳体,壳体上设有一对用于安装料斗的吊耳,壳体内部设有由耐磨材料制成的内衬衬板,壳体与内衬衬板紧密贴合,壳体和内衬衬板上设有落料口,所述内衬衬板内侧上若干用于堆积物料的凹槽。
作为本实用新型的一种优选结构,所述凹槽间隔设置,凹槽与物料下落方向垂直;
作为本实用新型的另一种优选结构,所述凹槽呈螺旋状,从落料口顶部延伸至落料口底部;
进一步的,所述内衬衬板为一体成型结构,采用负压熔模整体铸造。
从上述技术方案可以看出本实用新型具有以下优点:采用整体铸造工艺的内衬衬板相比与多个零件组装成的衬板,不容易变形,开裂,且组装成的衬板的螺栓孔定位比较难。该结构的内衬衬板可以与壳体紧密贴合,衬板与壳体无剥离、无分层、无需螺栓安装,通过凹槽内部堆积矿料,减少矿料与衬板的直接接触面积,矿料对衬板的冲刷有滑动摩擦转化为滚动摩擦,直接减少衬板的磨损,从而保护衬板,切可以减轻衬板的重量,节省成本。

以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细说明
如图1所示,本实用新型的滞料缓速带衬板料斗主要包括一个壳体4,壳体4采用结构钢板焊制造,在壳体4上设置一对吊耳1,吊耳1分别位于壳体两侧,吊耳4用于将料斗安装在炼铁高炉的炉顶,在壳体4内设有一个用于与物料摩擦的内衬衬板2,内衬衬板2与壳体4紧密贴合,壳体4和内衬衬板上设有落料口,内衬衬板2为一体成型结构,采用负压消失模整体铸造。
采用整体铸造工艺的内衬衬板相比与多个零件组装成的衬板,不容易变形,开裂,且组装成的衬板的螺栓孔定位比较难。该结构的内衬衬板可以与壳体紧密贴合,衬板与壳体无剥离、无分层、无需螺栓安装。
在内衬衬板2的内侧设置凹槽3,凹槽用来堆积物料,凹槽的形状可以是螺旋形,从落料口顶部延伸至落料口底部;凹槽也可以是环形,沿着内衬衬板内壁均匀间隔设置,与落料口垂直;凹槽还可以是波浪形等形状。
通过凹槽内部堆积矿料,减少矿料与衬板的直接接触面积,矿料对衬板的冲刷有滑动摩擦转化为滚动摩擦,直接减少衬板的磨损,从而保护衬板,切可以减轻衬板的重量,节省成本。

1.一种滞料缓速带衬板料斗,包括壳体(4),壳体(4)上设有一对用于安装料斗的吊耳(1),其特征在于:壳体(4)内部设有由耐磨材料制成的内衬衬板(2),壳体(4)与内衬衬板(2)紧密贴合,壳体和内衬衬板上设有落料口,所述内衬衬板(2)内侧上若干用于堆积物料的凹槽(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滞料缓速带衬板料斗,其特征在于:所述凹槽(3)间隔设置,凹槽(3)与物料下落方向垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滞料缓速带衬板料斗,其特征在于:所述凹槽(3)呈螺旋状,从落料口顶部延伸至落料口底部。
