本发明是在线检测钢质管道金属损失程度的管道腐蚀检测器探头弹簧,涉及测量磁变量、厚度线性尺寸的测量及管道系统技术领域。其特征在于它是由聚氨酯制成的弹环。它是由聚氨酯制成的近似于三角形或梯形弹环,在检测器前进方向的前斜边比后斜边要细,后斜边中上部向前略有弯曲,且在上端和下边有固定孔。本弹环因弹力柔和,应用于管道腐蚀检测器的探头上,使检测器过焊道时平稳,探头不受撞击,延长了探头的使用寿命,且弹环本身不易损坏,寿命长,加工容易,是一种理想的探头弹簧。

技术领域
本发明是在线检测钢质管道金属损失程度的管道腐蚀检测器探头弹簧,涉及测量磁变量、厚度线性尺寸的测量及管道系统技术领域。
背景技术
埋地钢质管道尽管在工程施工中已采取了防腐措施,但由于种种原因在管道运行若干年后,还是会逐步出现腐蚀现象。为确保管道运行安全,通常都要定期对管道作在线的腐蚀检测。目前管道腐蚀检测均用内检测方式,主要有超声波检测方法和漏磁检测方法。不管哪种方法,都由很多探头直接与管道内壁接触而进行检测。钢质管道具有如下特点:管道内部有环焊道、螺旋焊缝,管道上有弯头、三通、阀门等管件,管道壁厚变化范围大等。探头在管道内经过上述特征点时,会将探头反复压缩,如过焊缝时探头骑到焊缝上,随后探头又压向管壁,为实现这个功能,每个探头上均需要设置弹簧。现在探头用的弹簧都是弹簧钢丝绕制的压簧,若弹力小,探头压不紧,影响检测效果;若为保证检测效果而增大弹簧的压力,则探头在经过焊道时会因弹力大而撞击管壁,久之会损伤探头。同时,由于探头的弹跳,还会漏掉焊缝附近的检测点,从而导致检测数据不完整。
发明内容
本发明的目的是发明一种在线检测管道金属损失程度的弹力符合要求、弹力变化柔和的管道腐蚀检测器探头弹簧。
为达目的,本发明拚弃用了几个世纪的弹簧钢丝弹簧,而采用弹性性能好的有机材料制作弹簧的技术路线。通常探头是在检测器前进方向的前部与探头臂铰链连接,中后部由弹簧与环圈连接。本弹簧是由聚氨酯制成的弹环。具体是由聚氨酯制成的近似于三角形或梯形弹环,且在上、下两边有固定孔,其具体结构和形状见图2、图3。从图1可以看出本探头弹簧3在探头上的安装位置,在该探头弹簧3顶部有一固定孔,用螺钉与固连有探头滑片1的探头2连接,与探头2连接的探头臂4连接在探头浮动座5上,弹环底部有二个孔,用螺钉与检测器环圈连接。为了减小探头过焊道时的冲击力,在三角形或梯形环的检测器前进方向的前方斜边比后方斜边要细,且后斜边中上部向前略有弯曲,这样过焊道时弹环受力,弹环的前后两条斜边弯曲,就可减小探头的冲击;当通过焊道后,焊道与探头后部接触,探头前方由弹环前斜边的小弹力作用而压向管壁,不会对探头产生大的冲击,当探头全部通过焊道时,因探头前部已接触管壁,弹环的后斜边虽因粗而弹力大,也不会造成探头撞击管壁。为了探头在压下、弹起的过程中,弹环与探头之间定位,同时也使弹环顶的固定孔受力小,弹环顶端的前方有顶尖与被支承零件底部台阶抵住。
可见,本弹环因弹力柔和,应用于埋地钢质管道腐蚀检测器的探头上,使检测器过焊道时平稳,探头不受撞击,延长了探头的使用寿命,且弹环本身不易损坏,寿命长,加工容易,是一种理想的探头弹簧。

具体实施方式
实施例.本例是Φ1016mm高清晰度管道漏磁腐蚀检测器的探头弹簧,以此例说明本发明的具体实施方式。此弹环的形状如图2、图3所示,近似于三角形的酒瓶状,主要尺寸为:宽度56.9mm,高100mm,厚12mm;前外斜边为R146mm,前内斜边为R139mm,后斜边中、下部之外边为R136mm、内边为R128mm,从距底边68mm处弯折为外边R146mm、内边R134mm;前后斜边在顶部相汇处内边R98mm、外边R104.7mm;弹环顶部的孔居中,为喇叭状孔,孔的外端的直径为4.5mm,内端直径6.2mm;弹环底部的二孔为等径孔,孔径3.4mm。将此弹环安装在1016mm高清晰度管道漏磁腐蚀检测器的探头上,经测试及长距离工业现场试验,证明其弹力适当、柔和,过焊道对探头无撞击,对探头无伤害,寿命长,使用一万小时弹环性能无变化。

1.一种在线检测钢质管道金属损失程度的管道腐蚀检测器探头弹簧,其特征在于它是由聚氨酯制成的弹环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道腐蚀检测器探头弹簧,其特征在于它是由聚氨酯制成的近似于三角形或梯形弹环,且在上、下两边有固定孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管道腐蚀检测器探头弹簧,其特征在于弹环的检测器前进方向的前斜边比后斜边要细,且后斜边中上部向前略有弯曲。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的管道腐蚀检测器探头弹簧,其特征在于在弹环顶端的前方有顶尖。
