本发明涉及一种在油脂脱脂工艺中的冷冻系统,主要包括冷冻水周转罐、循环水泵、水冷机组、过滤机,封闭式冷冻结晶锅、气体冷冻过滤设备、气压机;使用时,封闭式冷冻结晶锅通过真空吸入油,冷冻水周转罐向水冷机组供水,并通过循环水泵向封闭式冷冻结晶锅中的换热管提供冷冻水,当封闭式冷冻结晶锅中的油达到设定值时,启动气压机,气体经气体冷冻过滤设备向封闭式冷冻结晶锅加压,并打开过滤机过滤封闭式冷冻结晶锅中的油。由于采用封闭式冷冻结晶锅,能使生产用油符合食品卫生要求,同时采用气体冷冻过滤设备和气压机进行过滤,工作效率高,工作状况稳定。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种在油脂脱脂工艺中的冷冻系统。
背景技术
目前,在油脂脱脂工艺中的冷冻系统主要包括平盖敞口冷冻结晶锅、冷冻水周转罐、循环水泵、水冷机组、过滤机,当油进入平盖敞口冷冻结晶锅达一定程度后,关闭油入口,此时,冷冻水周转罐向水冷机组供水,并通过循环水泵向平盖敞口冷冻结晶锅中的换热管提供冷冻水,对油进行冷冻及搅拌,使油达到冷冻结晶,之后,打开过滤机过滤油;由于采用平盖敞口冷冻结晶锅,在油脂脱脂工艺加工中,油脂与外界产生接触,导致不卫生,同时,通过自压力进行过滤,过滤速度慢且不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种符合食品卫生要求,质量稳定,工作效率高的在油脂脱脂工艺中的冷冻系统。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种在油脂脱脂工艺中的冷冻系统,主要包括冷冻水周转罐、循环水泵、水冷机组、过滤机,其特征在于该系统还包括有封闭式冷冻结晶锅、气体冷冻过滤设备、气压机;使用时,封闭式冷冻结晶锅通过真空吸入油,冷冻水周转罐向水冷机组供水,并通过循环水泵向封闭式冷冻结晶锅中的换热管提供冷冻水,当封闭式冷冻结晶锅中的油达到设定值时,启动气压机,气体经气体冷冻过滤设备向封闭式冷冻结晶锅加压,并打开过滤机过滤封闭式冷冻结晶锅中的油。
所述的气体冷冻过滤设备是气体冷冻过滤器,或是气体冷冻器和气体过滤器。
本发明采用封闭式冷冻结晶锅,能使生产用油符合食品卫生要求,同时采用气体冷冻过滤设备和气压机进行过滤,工作效率高,工作状况稳定。

具体实施方式
参照图1,该冷冻系统主要包括冷冻水周转罐3、循环水泵2、水冷机组1、过滤机8,封闭式冷冻结晶锅4、气体冷冻器5、气体过滤器6、气压机7;使用时,封闭式冷冻结晶锅4通过真空吸入油,冷冻水周转罐3向水冷机组1供水,并通过循环水泵2向封闭式冷冻结晶锅4中的换热管提供冷冻水,当封闭式冷冻结晶锅4中的油达到设定值时,启动气压机7,气体经气体冷冻器5和气体过滤器6向封闭式冷冻结晶锅4加压,并打开过滤机8过滤封闭式冷冻结晶锅4中的油。
上述中的气体冷冻器5和气体过滤器6也可以采用气体冷冻过滤器替代。

1、一种在油脂脱脂工艺中的冷冻系统,主要包括冷冻水周转罐、循环水泵、水冷机组、过滤机,其特征在于该系统还包括有封闭式冷冻结晶锅、气体冷冻过滤设备、气压机;使用时,封闭式冷冻结晶锅通过真空吸入油,冷冻水周转罐向水冷机组供水,并通过循环水泵向封闭式冷冻结晶锅中的换热管提供冷冻水,当封闭式冷冻结晶锅中的油达到设定值时,启动气压机,气体经气体冷冻过滤设备向封闭式冷冻结晶锅加压,并打开过滤机过滤封闭式冷冻结晶锅中的油。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种在油脂脱脂工艺中的冷冻系统,其特征在于所述的气体冷冻过滤设备是气体冷冻过滤器,或是气体冷冻器和气体过滤器。
