技术领域
本发明涉及一种紫外线固化型喷墨油墨,尤其是涉及一种紫外线固化型喷墨印刷用油墨。
背景技术
与平版、丝网、凹版等常用印刷不同的喷墨印刷方法可以提高水性油墨的印刷速度及使大纸张印刷,因此人们又在开发溶剂·油性油墨和UV油墨。
例如,在专利文献1(日本特开2004-67991号公报)中提出了以下方案:将同时具有(甲基)丙烯酰基和乙烯醚基的化合物与具有羟基的聚合性化合物并用,由于同时具有(甲基)丙烯酰基和乙烯醚基的化合物会使粘度、气味、皮肤刺激性降低,并能得到稳定性及光敏度好的油墨,而具有羟基的聚合性化合物会使固化性提高,形成良好的固化物,也能提高与基材的粘合性,因此便能得到低粘度、低气味、对皮肤低刺激,高稳定性、高光敏度,并且印刷后基本性能良好的喷墨印刷用油墨。
发明内容
然而,考虑到挥发性有机化合物规定、劳动环境规定等对化学物质安全性的要求,人们希望得到不受印刷材料限定、具有广泛的粘合力和耐光性、印刷品在室外也可以使用的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨。
本发明的目的是提供与塑料材料粘合性良好、耐光性也良好的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨。
本发明提供与氯乙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、ABS树脂等塑料材料粘合性良好,耐光性优良的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨。
本发明提供紫外线固化型喷墨油墨,其特征在于:该油墨含有(A)含有乙烯基醚基的丙烯酸酯类;(B)光反应性稀释剂;(C)丙烯酸树脂;(D)光聚合引发剂。
以下详细说明本发明。
本发明采用的(A)含有乙烯基醚基的丙烯酸酯类例如可例举下述通式(I)中表示的含有乙烯基醚基的丙烯酸酯类。市售商品例如有株式会社日本触媒生产的「VEEA」(化学名:丙烯酸2-(2-乙烯基氧基乙氧基)乙酯)。

上述式(I)中,R1表示碳原子数为2~20的有机残基。
本发明的含有乙烯基醚基的丙烯酸酯类可以是上述通式(I)中所表示的化合物,式中的R1所表示的取代基是碳原子数为2~20的有机残基。这种含有乙烯基醚基的丙烯酸酯类可以单独使用,也可以两种以上并用。
上述通式(I)中的R1表示碳原子数为2~20的有机残基,优选碳原子数为2~20的直链状、支链状或环状的亚烷基、或R1代表结构中通过醚键和/或酯键而拥有氧原子的碳原子数为2~20的亚烷基、或R1代表碳原子数为6~11的可被取代的芳族基团。更优选的是,R1代表碳原子数为2~6的亚烷基、或R1代表结构中通过醚键和/或酯键而拥有氧原子的碳原子数2~9的亚烷基。
其中(A)最优选为丙烯酸2-(2-乙烯基氧基乙氧基)乙酯。
本发明采用的(B)光反应性稀释剂”Reactive Diluents,Monomer(反应性稀释剂,单体)”,可举例如:脂族系(甲基)丙烯酸酯、脂环式系(甲基)丙烯酸酯、芳族系(甲基)丙烯酸酯、醚系(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙烯基系单体、(甲基)丙烯酰胺类等。其中,(甲基)丙烯酸酯指至少含有丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯的一种。

通过在含有乙烯基醚基丙烯酸酯类中添加丙烯酸树脂,可以得到作业性良好的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨,并能得到具有耐光性的印刷品。

本发明中,为引发光聚合反应所用的(D)光聚合引发剂可举例如:芳基酮类光聚合引发剂(例如:苄基二甲醛缩苯乙酮类、苯乙酮类(acetophenontype)、苯偶姻醚类、二苯甲酮类(benzophenone type)、肟酮类、烷基氨基二苯甲酮类、苄基类、苯偶姻类、苯甲酰苯甲酸酯类、α-酰肟酯类等)、含硫系光聚合引发剂(例如:硫化物类、噻吨酮类(thioxantontype)等)、其他可用于紫外线固化型树脂组合物的各种光聚合引发剂。
本发明中,光聚合引发剂可含有单独1种或将2种以上并用。
本发明中,(D)光聚合引发剂可与胺类等光增感剂组合含有。光增感剂具体可举例如:三乙醇胺(trietanolamine)、4-二甲基氨基苯甲酸乙酯、4-二甲基氨基苯甲酸异戊酯、甲基(替)二乙醇胺(ethyl diethanol amine)等光增感剂。
更具体的(D)光聚合引发剂可举例如:2,2-二甲氧基-1,2-二苯基乙烷-1-酮(2,2-Dimethoxy-1,2-diphenylethane-1-on)、1-羟基环己基苯酮(1-Hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenylketone)、二苯甲酮(Benzophenone)、2,2-二甲氧基-2-苯基苯乙酮、2,4-二乙基噻吨酮(2,2-Diethylthio xthanthone)、异丙基噻吨酮(Osopropyl thioxthanthone)、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦(2,4,6-Trimethlbenzoyl diphenylphosphine oxide)、乙醛酸甲基苯基酯、双-2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基氧化膦(Bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)-phenylphosphineoxide)、2-苄基-2-二甲基氨基-1-(4-吗啉代苯基)-丁酮-1(2-Benzyl-2-dimethylamaion-1-(4-morphorinophenyl)-butanone-1)、4-苯氧基二氯苯乙酮、双(2,6-二甲氧基苯甲酰基)-2,4,4-三甲基-戊基氧化膦(Bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)-phenylphosphineoxide)、4-叔丁基-二氯苯乙酮、4-叔丁基-三氯苯乙酮、二乙氧基苯乙酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙烷-1-酮(2-Hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-propane-1-on)、1-(4-异丙基苯基)-2-羟基-2-甲基丙烷-1-酮(1-(4-isopropylphenyl)-2-hydroxy-2-methylpropan-1-one)、1-(4-十二烷基苯基)-2-甲基丙烷-1-酮、1-[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]-2-羟基-2-甲基-丙烷-1-酮(1-[4-(2-Hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-propane-1-on)、2-甲基-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-2-吗啉代丙烷-1-酮(2-methyl-1[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-morphorinopropane-1-on)、苄基(Benzil)、苯偶姻(Benzoin)、苯偶姻甲基醚(Benzoine methyl ether)、苯偶姻乙基醚(Benzoine ethylether)、苯偶姻异丙基醚(Benzoine isopropyl ether)、苯偶姻异丁基醚(Benzine isobutyl ether)、苄基二甲醛缩苯乙酮(Benzil dimethyl ketal)、苯甲酰基苯甲酸、苯甲酰基苯甲酸甲酯(Methyl-o-benzoylbenzoate)、4-苯基二苯甲酮(4-Phenylbenzophenone)、羟基二苯甲酮、丙烯化二苯甲酮(Acrylated benzophenon)、3,3’-二甲基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、3,3’,4,4’-四(叔丁基过氧羰基)二苯甲酮(3,3’,4,4’-Tetra-(t-butylperoxrcarbonyl)benzophenone)、9,10-菲醌、莰醌、二苯并环庚酮、2-乙基蒽醌(2-ethyl antherquinone)、4’,4″-二乙基间二苯基酞酮、α-酰肟酯、4-苯甲酰基-4’-甲基二苯硫(4-Benzoyl-4’-methyldiphenyl sulphide)、2-氯噻吨酮(2-Chloro thioxthanthone)、2-甲基噻吨酮、2,4-二甲基噻吨酮(2,4-Diethylthioxantone)、2,4-二氯噻吨酮、2,4-二异丙基噻吨酮、酰基氧化膦、2,4,6-三甲基二苯甲酮(2,4,6-trimethylbenzophenone)、4-甲基二苯甲酮(4-methylbenzophenone)、低聚(オリゴ){2-羟基-2-甲基-1-[4-(1-甲基乙烯基)苯基]丙酮}”Oligo 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1[4-(1-methylvinyl)phenyl]propanone”等。
本发明的紫外线固化型树脂组合物中可根据需要适度配合紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂、阻热聚剂等稳定剂;校正剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、抗沉淀剂、颜料分散剂、抗静电剂、防雾剂等表面活性剂类;蜡、增滑剂、近红外线吸收剂等各种添加剂。还可分散着色颜料或填充颜料等微粒。
此外,为了提高与塑料材料的涂布性或印刷性,或调整紫外线固化型树脂组合物的粘度或固化皮膜(印刷皮膜)的厚度等,还可添加非聚合性有机溶剂。
这里,有机溶剂可举例如:低级醇类、酮类、醚类、溶纤剂类、醋酸正丁酯、单醋酸二甘醇酯等酯类、卤代烃类、烃类等。而且,在被覆耐溶剂性差的PC(聚碳酸酯树脂)时,适合采用低级醇、溶纤剂类、酯类、及它们的混合物。
本发明所用紫外线固化型树脂组合物中可根据需要添加的颜料可举例如:涂料原料便览1970年版(日本涂料工业会编)中记载的填充颜料、白颜料、黑颜料、灰色颜料、红色颜料、褐色颜料、绿色颜料、蓝颜料、紫颜料、金属粉颜料、荧光颜料、珠光颜料等有机颜料或无机颜料,以及塑料颜料等。
上述有机颜料可举例如:各种不溶性偶氮颜料(non laked azo pigments),如:联苯胺黄(Benzidine Yellow G)、汉撒黄(Hansa Yellow)、色淀红4R(Permanent Red 4R)等;可溶性偶氮颜料(Azo laked Pigments),如色淀红C(Lake Red C)、胭脂红6B(Brilliant Carmine 6B)、枣红10(Bordeaux Lake 10)等;各种(铜)酞菁(phthalocyanine pigments)系颜料,如酞菁蓝(PhthalocyanineBlue)、酞菁绿(Phthalocyanine Green)等;各种含氯印染色淀,如罗丹明色淀(Rhodamine Lake)、甲基紫色淀(Methyl Violet Lake)等;各种媒染染料系颜料,如喹啉色淀、坚牢天蓝(Fast Sky blue)等;各种瓮染料系颜料,如蒽醌系颜料(anthraquinone pigments)、硫靛系颜料(thioindigo pigments)、紫环酮(ペリノン)系颜料(perinone pigments);各种喹丫啶酮系颜料,如鲜贵色红B(Cinquasia Red B)等;各种二恶嗪系颜料,如二恶嗪紫(dioxazine Violet)等;各种缩聚偶氮颜料,如Cromophtal等;苯胺黑(Pigment black 1)等。
上述无机颜料可举例如:各种铬酸盐,如:铬黄(Chrome Yellow)、铬酸锌(Basic ZincPotassium Chromate)、钼橙(Molybdate Orange)等;各种氰亚铁酸化合物,如:普鲁士蓝(Iron Blue)等;各种金属氧化物,如:二氧化钛(Titanium Dioxide)、锌白(Zinc Oxide)、钛黄(Nickel Antimony TitaniumYellow Rutile)、氧化铁(Synthetic Iron Oxide Black)、氧化铁红(Synthetic IronOxide Red)、氧化铬绿(Chromium Oxide Green)等;各种硫化物或硒化物,如镉黄(Cadmium yellow)、镉红(Cadmium red)、硫化汞(Chinese vermilion)等;各种硫酸盐,如:硫酸钡、硫酸铅等;各种硅酸盐,如硅酸钙、群青(Ultramarine Blue)等;各种碳酸盐,如:碳酸钙、碳酸镁等;各种磷酸盐,如:钴紫(Cobalt Violet)、锰紫(Manganese Violet);各种金属粉末颜料,如铝粉、金粉、银粉、铜粉、青铜粉、黄铜粉等;上述金属的薄片颜料、云母薄片颜料;金属颜料或珠光颜料,如:覆盖金属氧化物形态的云母薄片颜料(Metal oxide coated Mica pigments)、云母状氧化铁颜料(Micaceous iron oxidepigments)等;石墨、炭黑等。
填充颜料可举例如:沉淀性硫酸钡(Precipitaed Barium sulfate)、白垩、沉淀碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙、白色石灰石、铝白、二氧化硅、含水微粉二氧化硅、超微粉无水二氧化硅(aerosil)、硅砂、滑石、沉淀性碳酸镁、皂土(bentonute)、粘土(China Clay)、高岭土(Hydrated Aluminium Sillcate)、黄土(Ochre)等。
本发明提供使用含有组分(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)的紫外固化型喷墨油墨印刷的印刷品。
本发明的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨能够对氯乙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、ABS树脂等的塑料材料实施印刷。
将本发明的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨通过在材料上涂布后照射紫外线,可以形成固化涂膜。此外,再在该固化涂膜上反复进行涂布和固化,能够层积涂布成多层状。另外,本发明的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨因为耐光性良好,其印刷品适合在室外使用。

具体实施方式
以下说明本发明的实施例。关于紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组成,这些只是例示,并不限制本发明的范围。此外,各实施例以及比较例中使用的光聚合引发剂分别使用了同一材料。
【实施例1】:将VEEA 64.7wt%、二丙烯酸三丙二醇酯(Tripropyleneglycoldiacrylate)16.45wt%、丙烯酸酯系丙烯酸树脂(アクリル酸エステル系アクリル樹脂)7.05wt%、光聚合引发剂11.8w%组成的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组成物混合搅拌,将它作为实施例1的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物。
【实施例2】:将由VEEA 64.7wt%、二丙烯酸三丙二醇酯(Tripropyleneglycoldiacrylate)16.45wt%、氨基丙烯酸酯系丙烯酸树脂(アミノアクリレ一ト系アクリル樹脂)7.05wt%、光聚合引发剂11.8w%组成的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组成物混合搅拌,将它作为实施例2的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物。
【比较例1】:将由VEEA 64.7wt%、二丙烯酸三丙二醇酯(Tripropyleneglycoldiacrylate)16.45wt%、环氧树脂7.05wt%、光聚合引发剂11.8w%组成的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组成物混合搅拌,将它作为比较例1的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物。
【比较例2】:将由VEEA 64.7wt%、二丙烯酸三丙二醇酯(Tripropyleneglycoldiacrylate)16.45wt%、聚酯树脂7.05wt%、光聚合引发剂11.8w%组成的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组成物混合搅拌,将它作为比较例2的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物。
【比较例3】:将由VEEA 64.7wt%、二丙烯酸三丙二醇酯(Tripropyleneglycoldiacrylate)16.45wt%、热塑性聚氨酯7.05wt%、光聚合引发剂11.8w%组成的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组成物混合搅拌,将它作为比较例3的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物。
【比较例4】:将由VEEA 64.7wt%、二丙烯酸三丙二醇酯(Tripropyleneglycoldiacrylate)16.45wt%、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物7.05wt%、光聚合引发剂11.8w%组成的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组成物混合搅拌,将它作为比较例4的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物。
【试验例1】:在此,对上述实施例1~2的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物,以及比较例1~4紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物的油墨化的稳定性进行了试验。其结果如表1所示。
关于油墨化稳定性试验,是在25℃的条件下目视观察搅拌混合后24小时的外观状态。
【试验例2】:对稳定性良好的实施例1~2的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物,以及比较例1~2的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物的粘合性进行了试验。其结果如表2所示。
另外,试验片如下获得:在含有聚碳酸酯、ABS、氯乙烯、丙烯基的材料上涂布各紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物,然后对涂布的涂膜照射紫外线,从而得到固化膜。
粘合性试验是将所得到的印刷品在20℃温度下放置24小时后,依照JIS K5400 8.5.2规定的「划格法」进行粘合试验。
评价例:如图1
评价分数10:每条划伤都很细并且两侧光滑,划伤线的相交点和每个小正方形格都没有脱落。
【试验例3】对稳定性良好的实施例1~2的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物、以及比较例1~2的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物的耐光性进行试验。其结果如表3所示。
另外,试验片如下获得:在含有ABS的材料涂布紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物,然后对涂布的涂膜照射紫外线,从而得到固化膜。
耐光性试验是将所得到的印刷品在20℃温度下放置24小时后,以下述试验条件进行照射后,目视观察涂膜的变化。
试验条件
①试验机:东洋精机制作所制造的耐光性试验机SUNTEST CPS
②光源:1500W氙空气冷却灯周期:灯照射4小时-非照射(结露)4小时
③照射黑板测温计温度:灯照射时约60℃、非照射时(结露)约50℃
④照射时间:100小时

从表1的结果来看,实施例1及2与比较例2~4相比,可以制成紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物。

从表2的结果来看,实施例1及2可以制成粘合在多种材料上的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物。

从表1~3的结果来看,实施例1及2与比较例1~4相比,可制成粘合性好、耐光性良好的紫外线固化型喷墨油墨的组合物。
Claims (7)
1、一种紫外线固化型喷墨油墨,其特征在于,其含有下述组分:
(A)如式(I)所示的含乙烯基醚基的丙烯酸酯
CH2=CH-COO-R1-O-CH=CH2
(I);
(B)光反应稀释剂;
(C)丙烯酸树脂;和
(D)光聚合引发剂;
其中,式(I)中R1代表碳原子数为2~20的有机残基。
2、权利要求1所述的紫外固化型喷墨油墨,其特征在于所述式(I)中R1代表碳原子数为2~20的直链、支链或环状亚烷基、或R1代表结构中通过醚键和/或酯键而拥有氧原子的碳原子数为2~20的亚烷基、或R1代表碳原子数为6~11的可被取代的芳族基团。
3、权利要求2所述的紫外固化性喷墨油墨,其特征在于所述式(I)中R1代表碳原子数为2~6的亚烷基、或R1代表结构中通过醚键和/或酯键而拥有氧原子的碳原子数为2~9的亚烷基。
4、权利要求1所述的紫外固化型喷墨油墨,其特征在于所述(A)为丙烯酸2-(2-乙烯基氧基乙氧基)乙酯。
5、权利要求1所述的紫外固化型喷墨油墨,其特征在于所述(B)为二丙烯酸三丙二醇酯。
6、权利要求1所述的紫外固化型喷墨油墨,其特征在于所述(C)为选自丙烯酸系丙烯酸树脂和氨基丙烯酸系丙烯酸树脂的一种或其混合物。
7、使用权利要求1所述的紫外固化型喷墨油墨印刷的印刷品。
