Description
本发明涉及新型含水杀鼠剂配料、用这些配料处理的谷粒以及基于这些配料防治鼠的方法。
用于处理谷粒以制备合适毒饵配料的含水杀鼠剂配料由于它们易于操作，成为本领域技术人员使用粉末配料的理想替代品，因为用这些粉末配料处理的毒饵存在由于磨损或不利的放置引起活性物质从毒饵释放到环境中的风险。
此外，含杀鼠剂的处理配料必须满足苛刻的要求：当涂到毒饵上时，例如毒饵可以是谷粒的形式，这些配料必须一方面能与毒饵上的活性物质尽可能好地粘合(因为活性物质有毒性)；另一方面，当处理后的产品使用或加工时，应当尽可能少地形成粉尘。
因此，本发明的目的是提供杀鼠剂配料，当用这些配料处理谷粒时，它们能尽可能好地与谷粒上的活性物质粘合和/或当处理后的产品使用或加工时尽可能少地形成粉尘。
此目的通过提供含有以下组分的含水杀鼠剂配料来实现：
(a)至少一种杀鼠剂；
(b)至少一种多元醇；
(c)粘着剂；和
(d)单糖和/或二糖和/或低聚糖。
这些本发明配料的优点另外是这些配料能原则上在没有任何溶剂的情况下操作，这出于气味和安全原因是有利的。
自然，无味无嗅的溶剂可以另外作为一种选择。可以例如提到丁内酯或己内酯，但不限于此。合适的用量是0-10重量％，优选1-7重量％，特别优选2-6重量％。
单糖和/或二糖和/或低聚糖的含量是10-50.0重量％，优选10.0-35.0重量％，特别优选15.0-25.0重量％。
杀鼠剂的含量是0.01-30重量％，优选0.01-1重量％，特别优选0.02-0.2重量％。
多元醇的含量是1-50重量％，优选1-20重量％。
粘着剂的含量是1-30重量％，优选1-10重量％，特别优选1-5重量％。
合适的杀鼠剂是：
植物型杀鼠剂，例如海葱糖苷或毒鼠碱；
香豆素杀鼠剂，例如溴鼠隆、溴敌隆、氯杀鼠灵、克灭鼠、杀鼠醚、鼠得克、噻鼠灵、氟鼠灵、华法林；
茚二酮杀鼠剂，例如氯鼠酮、敌鼠、特戊酷-1，3-苟满二酮(pindon)；无机杀鼠剂，例如氧化砷、砷酸钾、砷酸钠、砷酸铊；
有机磷酸酯杀鼠剂，例如毒鼠磷；
嘧啶胺杀鼠剂，例如杀鼠嘧啶；硫脲杀鼠剂，例如安妥；脲杀鼠剂，例如灭鼠优；各种杀鼠剂，例如溴杀灵、杀鼠糖、氟乙酰胺、氟鼠定、氢氰酸的钠盐或钾盐、鼠特灵和氟代乙酸钠；
优选上述香豆素杀鼠剂；特别优选氟鼠灵和鼠得克；非常特别优选氟鼠灵。
合适的多元醇是乙二醇、聚乙二醇、甘油、丙二醇、双丙甘醇，优选甘油。
在本发明范围内优选使用单糖和二糖。非常特别优选使用二糖。
合适的单糖是葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖，优选果糖。
合适的二糖是蔗糖、麦芽糖、乳糖，优选蔗糖(例如是纯形式或作为糖蜜、甜菜糖)
合适的低聚糖是淀粉。
合适的粘着剂是氧化乙烯/氧化丙烯共聚物，聚乙烯醇(例如
4-98，来自Clariant；
60-20，来自Rhone-Poulenc)，聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(

表面活性剂的例子是以下物质的碱金属盐、碱土金属盐、铵盐：木质素磺酸，萘磺酸，苯酚磺酸，二丁基萘磺酸，烷基芳基磺酸酯，硫酸烷基酯，烷基磺酸酯，脂肪醇硫酸酯，脂肪酸和硫酸盐化脂肪醇二醇醚，以及磺化萘和萘衍生物与甲醛的缩合物，萘或萘磺酸与苯酚和甲醛的缩合物，聚氧乙烯辛基酚醚，乙氧基化异辛基酚，辛基酚，壬基酚，烷基酚聚二醇醚，三丁基苯基聚二醇醚，三苯乙烯基苯基聚二醇醚，烷基-芳基聚醚醇，醇和脂肪醇氧化乙烯缩合物，乙氧基化蓖麻油，聚氧乙烯烷基醚，乙氧基化聚氧丙烯，月桂醇聚二醇醚缩醛，山梨醇酯，木质素亚硫酸盐废液，以及甲基纤维素。
增稠剂的例子(即，能赋予配料以假塑性流动性能的化合物，即在静止条件下具有高粘度并在搅拌状态下具有低粘度)是例如多糖或有机层结构的矿物质，例如黄原胶(

消泡剂的例子是有机硅乳液(例如

处理/包衣可以通过本领域技术人员熟知的方法进行(例如用本发明配料喷涂或浸泡/培育谷粒，如果需要的话在合适的设备例如连续或间歇操作的种子包衣设备中进行)。配料可以用最多7.5g 水/kg谷粒稀释。处理后的颗粒可以任选地干燥。
合适的谷粒是大麦、小麦、大米、玉米、燕麦、黑麦、斯佩尔特小麦、格林克恩麦(Grünkern)、粟/高粱、油菜籽和向日葵，优选小麦。
在进一步的实施方案中，本发明包括防治鼠的方法，其中将上述毒饵放在上述动物经常活动的场所。
除了大鼠和小鼠以外，术语鼠也理解为表示麝鼠，优选大鼠或小鼠，特别优选大鼠。
为此，可以例如将处理后的种子颗粒放入合适的陷阱中并放到暴露的位置，例如鼠的通道，鼠挖掘的洞，或有鼠粪的地方。
陷阱应当优选是鼠确定知道有谷粒的类型。不时地检查毒饵的量，从而总结它们的效果和动物数量。

实施例1制备含水配料
A)配料1
先将
母混料(40g的商购氟鼠灵配料，
0.5％母混料，含有5g/kg氟鼠灵)与150g的甜菜糖、100g的甘油、50g的粘着剂Poligen WE 7(聚乙烯蜡)和648g水一起加入并溶解，优选在搅拌下混合。然后，混合10g的Dispers

MBS)。所得的混合物进行均化。
B)配料2
先将
母混料(40g的商购氟鼠灵配料，
0.5％母混料，含有5g/kg氟鼠灵)与200g的甜菜糖、100g的聚乙二醇E400Lutrol E400、100g的粘着剂Semkote E 125(苯乙烯/丁二烯型合成胶乳)和408g水一起加入并在搅拌下溶解。然后，混合50g的Dispers Blau 69-0007并均化此批料。计量加入100g的预先溶胀的黄原胶(2重量％黄原胶水溶液)和2g的杀菌剂(
MBS)。所得的混合物进行均化。
实施例2-用配料1和2处理

制备：
将小麦加入商购连续或间隙式操作的种子包衣装置(批料包衣器)(Concept ML 2000，来自Satec)中。然后，使用蠕动泵或另一种计量装置在温和条件(约690rpm)下加入配料A或B。在30秒后，将处理后的颗粒转移到合适的容器中，并在干燥条件下保存直到包装。

3.根据权利要求1或2的配料，其中多元醇含量是1-50重量％。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项的配料，其中粘着剂含量是2-30重量％。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项的配料，其中氟鼠灵用作杀鼠剂。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项的配料，其中甘油用作多元醇。
7.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的配料，其中聚乙烯蜡用作粘着剂。
8.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的配料，其中基于苯乙烯/丁二烯的胶乳用作粘着剂。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的配料，其中单糖和/或二糖用作组分(d)。
10.根据权利要求1或9的配料，其中组分(d)的含量是10-50.0重量％。
11.一种制备毒饵配料的方法，其中用根据权利要求1-10中任一项的配料处理谷粒。
12.一种谷粒，其已经用根据权利要求1-10中任一项的配料处理。
13.一种防治鼠的方法，其中将根据权利要求12的毒饵放在上述动物经常活动的地方。
