本发明涉及一种电刷。
背景技术：
现有电机的电刷，其刷体直接与导线部分固定连接，当刷体磨损后，导线、弹簧、接头等须全部更换，造成很大浪费。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理，刷体磨损后，仅需更换刷体本身的环保节能型电刷。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种环保节能型电刷，包括石墨刷体，其特征是：一个铜套套装在石墨刷体上，铜套上固装导线，导线端部与接头连接，在导线上套装弹簧；所述铜套穿装在刷架中，且铜套整体包藏在刷架中，石墨刷体伸出刷架外，刷架设置在刷窝中。
本发明结构合理，刷体磨损后，仅需更换刷体本身，使电刷的其余部分可重复使用，节约成本，利于环保。

具体实施方式：
一种环保节能型电刷，包括石墨刷体1，一个铜套2套装在石墨刷体1上，铜套2上固装铜导线3，铜导线3端部与铜接头4连接，在铜导线3上套装弹簧5。铜套2与石墨刷体1卡合；所述铜套2穿装在刷架6中，且铜套2整体包藏在刷架中(即铜套2不从刷架中伸出)，可以避免铜套被磨损，石墨刷体1伸出刷架外，刷架设置在刷窝7中。
