Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及离心式压缩机,更具体地,涉及多级离心式压缩机中的结构,其用来尽量减小或消除反向或分离流动区,从而改善压缩机性能。
背景技术
多级离心式压缩机中的回流通道通常由多个具有相似几何形状的类似的叶片或翼面构成。对于某些流动状态而言,需要这些叶片显著地改变流动,从而可能在回流叶片中产生流动分离并降低压缩机性能。
在低流动系数的多级压缩机设计中,进入回流叶片的流动角因流动的高切向分量而可能很小。但不管怎样,叶片必须在流动进入下一级(following stage)之前消除速度的切向分量。扩散比也倾向于为低的扩散比。
切向或旋转分量的消除因而必须在相对短的距离上发生。由于高的切向分量,这导致在极短距离上将流动从主要为切向流动转变成径向流动。这些要求可导致流动分离和性能下降。
发明内容
在示范性实施例中,多级离心式压缩机中的回流段包括多个周向定位的流动叶片,和多个设置在流动叶片之间的分流叶片。
在另一个示范性实施例中,多级离心式压缩机中的回流段包括多个周向定位的流动叶片,和置入在各流动叶片之间的流动修正结构,该流动修正结构用来尽量减小反向或分离流动区。
在又一个示范性实施例中,多级离心式压缩机中的回流段包括多个周向定位的成翼面形状的流动叶片,和置入在流动叶片之间的多个成翼面形状的分流叶片,该分流叶片具有不同于流动叶片的几何形状,并用来尽量减小反向或分离流动区。

图1示出了多级离心式压缩机中包括常规回流叶片RV的回流段。在典型设计中,回流段包括若干个(例如十五个左右)周向定位的流动叶片RV。参考上文所述的背景技术,所希望的是通过消除或尽量减小分离流动区而改善压缩机性能,从而改善多级压缩机的性能。
参照图2,在示范性实施例中,在各流动叶片之间置入了流动修正结构,这些结构用来更好地控制流动转向和尽量减小反向或分离流动区。回流段包括多个周向定位的流动叶片12,且流动修正结构包括多个设置在流动叶片12之间的分流叶片14。分流叶片14优选但不必形成为具有不同于流动叶片12的几何形状,并且设置在流动叶片12之间的交替位置内。叶片12、14的数目以及相应的几何形状选择和分析成用以确保尽量减小或消除回流段中的流动分离区。在一个示范性优选实施例中,回流段包括十三个流动叶片12和十三个分流叶片14。
参照图3至图6,已执行了计算流体动力学运算来验证该结构对比常规方法实现了改善。图3示出了叶片表面上不存在分流器的平均速度曲线。在叶片的上表面上明显可见分离泡(separation bubble)。参照图4,分流器的插入几乎完全地消除了该分离泡并因而消除了不稳定性和性能差的潜在源。
图5示出了接近不带有分流器的下一级叶轮的平均速度边缘曲线。图6具有分流器。图6示出了接近下一级的流动均匀得多,是良好性能所需要的特征。
根据各曲线的比较,表明与标准设计相比,分流叶片14已产生了尽量减小的再循环。而且,在下一级叶轮入口处的速度分布更为均匀。回流叶片出口处的流动角运算(质量平均)表明,带有分流器的回流叶片比标准回流叶片提供了大约多5°的流动转向。因此,尽量减小或消除了反向或分离流动区,从而改善了压缩机性能。
尽管本发明已结合目前所考虑到的最实际的优选实施例进行了描述,但应理解的是,本发明并不限于所公开的实施例,相反地其意欲涵盖包括在所附权利要求精神和范围内的各种修改和等同装置。

Claims (10)

1.一种多级离心式压缩机中的回流段,所述回流段包括:
多个周向定位的流动叶片(12);和
多个设置在所述流动叶片(12)之间的分流叶片(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的回流段,其特征在于,所述流动叶片(12)包括翼面形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的回流段,其特征在于,所述分流叶片(14)包括不同于所述流动叶片(12)的几何形状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的回流段,其特征在于,所述分流叶片(14)比所述流动叶片(12)短。
5.根据权利要求1所述的回流段,其特征在于,所述分流叶片(14)的数量和几何形状选择成用以尽量减小流动分离区。
6.根据权利要求5所述的回流段,其特征在于,所述回流段包括十三个流动叶片(12)和十三个分流叶片(14)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的回流段,其特征在于,所述流动叶片(12)和所述分流叶片(14)交替地设置。
8.一种多级离心式压缩机中的回流段,所述回流段包括:
多个周向定位的流动叶片(12);和
置入在各所述流动叶片(12)之间的流动修正结构,所述流动修正结构用来尽量减小反向或分离流动区。
9.根据权利要求8所述的回流段,其特征在于,所述流动修正结构包括多个分流叶片(14),所述分流叶片(14)分别置入在所述流动叶片(12)之间。
10.一种多级离心式压缩机中的回流段,所述回流段包括:
多个周向定位的成翼面形状的流动叶片(12);和
多个置入在所述流动叶片(12)之间的成翼面形状的分流叶片(14),所述分流叶片(14)具有不同于所述流动叶片(12)的几何形状,并用来尽量减小反向或分离流动区。
