Abstract

本发明公开了一种砌块及生产工艺,砌块包括建筑垃圾、水泥、石灰膏、珍珠岩粉、黄砂、石子,生产工艺包括将建筑垃圾粉碎、配料混合、成型、养护等步骤。本发明利用建筑垃圾为主要原料,节约土地资源,并变废为宝,产品成本低,生产工艺简单。具有较好的隔热保温性能,提高了砌块体的抗压强度和抗剪能力,重量轻、收缩小。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种建筑材料及其生产工艺,是一种砌块及生产工艺。
背景技术:
随着经济的发展,建筑垃圾量日益增多,现有技术中对建筑垃圾的处理,不仅需要大量人力物力,且都作为废物处理,不能有效利用,已成为城市的一大公害。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种节约土地资源,利用建筑垃圾制造的砌块及生产工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种砌块,其特征在于:由下列重量成份组成:
建筑垃圾    15~80%
水泥        10~30%
石灰膏      2~30%
珍珠岩粉    2~50%
黄砂        2~30%
石子        2~30%。
一种砌块的生产工艺,其特征在于:依次包括下次步骤:
①粉碎:将建筑垃圾粉碎;
②配料混合:将粉碎后的建筑垃圾与水泥、辅料按重量配比混合,
同时加入相当于上述组份重量10~20%的水,搅拌均匀;
③成型:用成型机将上述混合料成型;
④用常规砌块的养护方法进行10~40天的养护。
本发明利用建筑垃圾为主要原料,节约土地资源,并变废为宝,产品成本低,生产工艺简单。产品克服了混凝土空心砌块在建筑工程中的弊病,具有较好的隔热保温性能,提高了砌块体的抗压强度和抗剪能力,重量轻、收缩小。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
①粉碎:将建筑垃圾粉碎;
②配料混合:将粉碎后的建筑垃圾与水泥、辅料按下列重量配比混合均匀:
建筑垃圾    50%
水泥        25%
石灰膏      10%
珍珠岩粉    5%
黄砂        5%
石子        5%。
同时加入相当于上述组份总量8%的水,搅拌均匀。
③成型:用成型机将上述混合料成型;
④养护:用常规砌块的养护方法进行28天以上养护,即成成品,成品由上述重量组份组成。
实施例2:
将实施例1中步骤②建筑垃圾与水泥、辅料的重量配比变为
建筑垃圾    25%
水泥        20%
石灰膏      10%
珍珠岩粉    15%
黄砂        15%
石子        15%。
同时加入的水量为相当于上述组份总量10%的水,其余均同实施例1。

1、一种砌块,其特征在于:由下列重量成份组成:
建筑垃圾    15~80%
水泥        10~30%
石灰膏      2~30%
珍珠岩粉    2~50%
黄砂        2~30%
石子        2~30%。
2、一种砌块的生产工艺,其特征在于:依次包括下次步骤:
①粉碎:将建筑垃圾粉碎;
②配料混合:将粉碎后的建筑垃圾与水泥、辅料按重量配比混合,同时加入相当于上述组份重量10~20%的水,搅拌均匀;
③成型:用成型机将上述混合料成型;
④用常规砌块的养护方法进行10~40天的养护。
