Abstract
本发明公开了客车领域内的电动客车燃油辅助系统,包括内燃机,内燃机的轴端经电磁离合器传动连接有发电机,发电机给动力电池组充电,动力电池组给主控制器供电,油门操纵机构来的油门控制信号和驱动电机来的传感器反馈信号传递给主控制器,主控制器将两路信号对比运算后得到输出信号传递给驱动电机,驱动电机驱动车轮转动;动力电池组还有一路输出经逆变器降压后给制动系统和转向系统供电,所述制动系统由制动踏板来的制动控制信号控制其制动力;转向系统由方向盘来的转向控制信号控制其转向。工作时,内燃机可作为动力电池组电能的补充方案,本发明中的内燃机的运行良好,环境污染小;该装置可用于生产更加环保节能的客车。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种客车,特别涉及客车的动力、控制系统。
背景技术
现有技术中的客车,其动力来源于内燃机,内燃机的输出经离合器、减速器输出给驱动轮,驱使驱动轮转动,内燃机的工作负荷随车速、路况变化而变化,因此,内燃机的运转不够平稳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电动客车燃油辅助系统,使内燃机的只需要工作在稳定的输出工况下。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:电动客车燃油辅助系统,包括内燃机,内燃机的轴端经电磁离合器传动连接有发电机,所述发电机给动力电池组充电,动力电池组给主控制器供电,主控制器具有两路信号输入,一路为油门操纵机构来的油门控制信号,另一路为驱动电机来的传感器反馈信号,主控制器将两路信号对比运算后得到输出信号传递给驱动电机,驱动电机驱动车轮转动;动力电池组还有一路输出经逆变器降压后给制动系统和转向系统供电,所述制动系统由制动踏板来的制动控制信号控制其制动力;转向系统由方向盘来的转向控制信号控制其转向。
本发明工作时,驱动车轮前进的动力直接来源于动力电池组,该动力电池组可从市政电网充电后使用,内燃机可作为动力电池组电能的补充方案,由于内燃机间接带动车轮转动,外界负荷的大小对内燃机没有直接影响,因此,内燃机可运转在额定工况下,与现有技术相比,本发明中的内燃机的运行良好,燃烧充分,燃油消耗相对偏低,环境污染小;此外,内燃机布置的位置可不受车轮传动系统的影响,其布置更加方便。该装置可用于生产更加环保节能的客车。
由于客车空调的负荷较大,适合采用内燃机作为动力源驱动压缩机工作,因此可在内燃机的轴端经电磁离合器传动连接空调压缩机。

具体实施方式
如图,为电动客车燃油辅助系统,包括内燃机3,所述内燃机3的轴端经电磁离合器2分别传动连接有发电机1和空调压缩机4,所述发电机1给动力电池组充电,动力电池组给主控制器供电,主控制器具有两路信号输入,一路为油门操纵机构来的油门控制信号,另一路为驱动电机来的传感器反馈信号,主控制器将两路信号对比运算后得到输出信号传递给驱动电机,驱动电机驱动车轮转动;动力电池组还有一路输出经逆变器降压后给制动系统和转向系统供电,所述制动系统由制动踏板来的制动控制信号控制其制动力;转向系统由方向盘来的转向控制信号控制其转向。
其工作时,动力电池组可从市政电网充电,在其放电较多时,可通过内燃机3补充,该内燃机3工作时,可始终运行在额定功率的工况下;当内燃机3功率足够大时,其也可以作为动力电池组充电的主要或唯一来源,客车在途行驶或短暂停车时,内燃机3可始终在稳定的工况下工作,不受外界负荷变化的干扰;此外,通过电磁离合器2的离合可选择发电机1工作、空调压缩机4工作或两者均工作。

1、电动客车燃油辅助系统,包括内燃机,其特征在于:所述内燃机的轴端经电磁离合器传动连接有发电机,所述发电机给动力电池组充电,动力电池组给主控制器供电,主控制器具有两路信号输入,一路为油门操纵机构来的油门控制信号,另一路为驱动电机来的传感器反馈信号,主控制器将两路信号对比运算后得到输出信号传递给驱动电机,驱动电机驱动车轮转动;动力电池组还有一路输出经逆变器降压后给制动系统和转向系统供电,所述制动系统由制动踏板来的制动控制信号控制其制动力;转向系统由方向盘来的转向控制信号控制其转向。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电动客车燃油辅助系统,其特征在于:所述内燃机的轴端还经电磁离合器传动连接有空调压缩机。
