Abstract

本发明公开了一种沥青路面耙松装置,由基架、摆架、汽缸、弹簧、辅助疏松耙摆臂、辅助疏松耙、主疏松耙组成;汽缸的缸体铰接在基架的后端,摆架的前端铰接在基架的前端,摆架中部与汽缸的汽缸活塞杆铰接,形成三角形支撑;摆架后部向上翘起;辅助疏松耙摆臂前端铰接在摆架中部,辅助疏松耙摆臂前端铰接在摆架中部,辅助疏松耙摆臂后端上部与摆架后部间支撑弹簧;辅助疏松耙摆臂后端下部设置辅助疏松耙;在摆架中部设置主疏松耙。本装置,采用整体气缸加压、后排辅助疏松耙弹簧加压,利用压缩空气的可压缩性和弹簧的自动伸缩性,确保疏松耙耙齿与被耙松的路面始终接触,避免了路面凹坑不能耙松和路面凸起处阻碍疏松耙前行甚至损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种沥青路面耙松装置,属于沥青路面就地热再生施工设备技术领域。
背景技术
将加热过的沥青路面耙松是沥青路面就地热再生设备的主要功能之一,现有沥青路面就地热再生设备路面耙松装置均用液压油缸控制疏松耙高度,由于液压油的不可压缩性,一旦液压油缸活塞杆伸出一定的长度,沥青路面疏松耙的高度就已确定,这样松耙的高度不能自适应路面高低的变化始终保持与路面的接触,当路面出现凹坑时不能耙松,当路面凸起时由于疏松耙没有缓冲避让性能造成机械损坏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种沥青路面耙松装置,采用整体气缸加压、后排辅助疏松耙弹簧加压,利用压缩空气的可压缩性和弹簧的自动伸缩性,确保疏松耙耙齿与被耙松的路面始终接触,避免了路面凹坑不能耙松和路面凸起处阻碍疏松耙前行甚至损坏。
本发明沥青路面耙松装置,主要由基架、摆架、汽缸、弹簧、辅助疏松耙摆臂、辅助疏松耙、主疏松耙组成;汽缸的缸体铰接在基架的后端,摆架的前端铰接在基架的前端,摆架中部与汽缸的汽缸活塞杆铰接,形成三角形支撑;摆架后部向上翘起一个角度;辅助疏松耙摆臂前端铰接在摆架中部,辅助疏松耙摆臂后端与摆架后部之间支撑弹簧;辅助疏松耙摆臂后端下部设置辅助疏松耙;在摆架中部设置主疏松耙。本技术方案中所述的前端或后端,是以沥青路面耙松装置工作中的前进方向为前方。
所述摆架下方设置主转轴,主疏松耙固定在主转轴上且可随主转轴转动,以适应路面的横向不平。
所述辅助疏松耙摆臂后部下方设置副转轴,辅助疏松耙固定在副转轴上且可随副转轴转动,以适应路面的横向不平。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例:如图1所示,沥青路面耙松装置,主要由基架1、摆架3、汽缸4、弹簧5、辅助疏松耙摆臂6、辅助疏松耙8、主疏松耙11组成;汽缸4的缸体铰接在基架1的后端,摆架3的前端铰接在基架1的前端,摆架3中部与汽缸4的汽缸活塞杆10铰接,形成三角形支撑;摆架3后部向上翘起一个角度;辅助疏松耙摆臂6前端铰接在摆架3中部,辅助疏松耙摆臂6后端上部设有弹簧滑杆13,弹簧滑杆13套装弹簧5,弹簧滑杆13与摆架3后部滑配连接;在辅助疏松耙摆臂6后部下方设置副转轴7,辅助疏松耙8固定在副转轴7上且可随副转轴7转动,以适应路面的横向不平。;在摆架3下方设置主转轴12,主疏松耙11固定在主转轴12上且可随主转轴12转动,以适应路面的横向不平。
摆架3由汽缸4控制其绕转轴2转动,并带动主疏松耙11和辅助疏松耙摆臂上下运动。当主疏松耙11或辅助疏松耙8遇到路面凸起时,耙齿受到较大的向上力,当受力超过气缸给出的向下力时,气缸内气体压缩,气缸活塞杆自动缩回,疏松耙自动向上运动以避让,避免损坏,当主疏松耙11或辅助疏松耙8遇到路面凹坑时,疏松耙受到的向上力减小,气缸4内的气体压力变小而膨胀,气缸4的活塞杆自动伸长,摆架3向下摆动,主疏松耙11和辅助疏松耙8向下运动保持和地面接触耙松凹坑地面。弹簧5始终压在辅助疏松耙摆臂6上,利用弹簧的伸缩性能使得辅助疏松耙与地面始终保持接触并自动避让路面凸起,保护疏松装置不受机械损害。

Claims (3)

1.一种沥青路面耙松装置,主要由基架(1)、摆架(3)、汽缸(4)、弹簧(5)、辅助疏松耙摆臂(6)、辅助疏松耙(8)、主疏松耙(11)组成;其特征是:汽缸(4)的缸体铰接在基架(1)的后端,摆架(3)的前端铰接在基架(1)的前端,摆架(3)中部与汽缸(4)的汽缸活塞杆(10)铰接,形成三角形支撑;摆架(3)后部向上翘起;辅助疏松耙摆臂(6)前端铰接在摆架(3)中部,辅助疏松耙摆臂(6)后端与摆架(3)后部之间支撑弹簧(5);辅助疏松耙摆臂(6)后端下部设置辅助疏松耙(8);在摆架(3)中部设置主疏松耙(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述沥青路面耙松装置,其特征是:所述摆架(3)中部设置主疏松耙(11),具体结构是,摆架(3)下方设置主转轴(12),主疏松耙(11)固定在主转轴(12)上且可随主转轴(12)转动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述沥青路面耙松装置,其特征是:所述辅助疏松耙摆臂(6)后端下部设置辅助疏松耙(8),具体结构是,辅助疏松耙摆臂(6)后部下方设置副转轴(7),辅助疏松耙(8)固定在副转轴(7)上且可随副转轴(7)转动。
