Abstract

本发明是工业液化气罐罐内腔喷油充氮防锈方法及其装置,方法:开启液化气罐罐口阀门,关闭氮气充入系统的阀门及定量注油系统的阀门,开启抽真空系统的阀门,对液化气罐进行抽真空,达到设定值并保持一段时间后,关闭抽真空系统的阀门,开启定量注油系统的阀门,防锈油被吸入罐内,并迅速雾化均匀地附着在液化气罐表面;关闭定量注油系统的阀门,开启氮气充入系统的阀门,充入氮气;关闭液化气罐罐口阀门。工业液化气罐罐内腔喷油充氮防锈装置,包括液化气罐及用管路连接的定量注油系统、充氮气系统、抽真空系统。优点:无烘干工序,节省能源。节油,且注入的油均匀地附着在罐内腔,易控制用油量。

工业液化气罐罐内腔喷油充氮防锈方法及其装置
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种应用于工业液化气罐包装时,工业液化气罐内腔喷油充氮防锈方法及其装置,属于工业液化气罐包装技术领域。
背景技术
现有工业液化气罐内腔喷油充氮防锈工艺流程是:在水压试验后,将罐内水排出后,须烘干罐内腔,然后用导管将油雾喷入内腔表面;接着进行气密性检漏;最后抽真空充氮。该现有技术的缺点在于:烘干时需要消耗大量能量;应用导管喷油不但喷油不均匀而且耗油量大,且机构复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种没有烘干工艺的工业液化气罐罐内腔喷油充氮防锈工艺,该工艺采用真空干燥,省去了烘干工艺及设备,也减少了喷油时的油耗,定量注油使喷油更加均匀。
本发明的技术解决方案:工业液化气罐罐内腔喷油充氮防锈方法,其特征是在水压试验结束将罐内水排出后,先将液化气罐内腔抽真空达到设定值,并保持一段时间(例如5分钟),再将定量的防锈油吸入罐内,防锈油在真空条件下迅速雾化均匀地附着在液化气罐内表面,最后充入氮气。具体理由是:抽真空时,液化气罐内留有的水在真空条件下会汽化,并在抽真空时一同抽出,保持一段时间是为了将水汽抽干;处于真空状态下的液化气罐可以轻易地将油雾吸入罐内,并迅速汽化均匀地附着在罐内壁。
工业液化气罐罐内腔喷油充氮防锈装置,其结构是由定量注油系统、充氮气系统、抽真空系统组成,各系统用管路连接。
本发明的优点:无烘干工序,节省能源。节省罐内用油量,且注入的油均匀地附着在罐内腔,易于控制用油量。

具体实施方式:
对照附图,其结构是液化气罐1上装有液化气罐口阀门2,该液化气罐口阀门2通过管路连接定量注油系统、充氮气系统、抽真空系统,在定量注油系统上装有控制定量注油系统的阀门4,抽真空系统上装有控制抽真空系统的阀门5,充氮气系统上装有控制氮气充入系统的阀门3。定量注油系统、充氮气系统和抽真空系统都是现有成熟技术。
工作时,开启液化气罐罐口阀门2,关闭氮气充入系统的阀门3和定量注油系统的阀门4,开启抽真空系统的阀门5,对液化气罐进行抽真空达到设定值,并保持一段时间(例如5分钟),以使罐内遗留下来的水在真空中汽化被抽出。关闭抽真空系统的阀门5,开启定量注油系统的阀门4,防锈油被处于真空条件下的液化气罐吸入罐内,并迅速雾化均匀地附着在液化气罐表面。关闭定量注油系统的阀门4,开启氮气充入系统的阀门3,充入氮气(例如到0.2MPa)。关闭液化气罐罐口阀门2。

Claims (2)

1、工业液化气罐罐内腔喷油充氮防锈方法,其特征是开启液化气罐罐口阀门,关闭氮气充入系统的阀门及定量注油系统的阀门,开启抽真空系统的阀门,对液化气罐进行抽真空达到设定值,并保持5分钟,以使罐内遗留下来的水在真空中汽化被抽出;关闭抽真空系统的阀门,开启定量注油系统的阀门,防锈油被处于真空条件下的液化气罐吸入罐内,并迅速雾化均匀地附着在液化气罐表面,关闭定量注油系统的阀门,开启氮气充入系统的阀门,充入氮气,关闭液化气罐罐口阀门。
2、工业液化气罐罐内腔喷油充氮防锈装置,其特征是液化气罐(1)口部装有液化气罐阀门(2),该液化气罐口阀门(2)通过管路分别连接定量注油系统、抽真空系统、充氮气系统,在定量注油系统上装有控制定量注油的阀门(4),抽真空系统上装有控制抽真空的阀门(5),充氮气系统上控制氮气充入的阀门(3)。
